Westgate Towers - Kissimmee

We stayed for only one night last weekend. I have stayed in dozens of Orlando hotels but this is one I will return to. Large room, triangled jacuzzi tub (although it isn't private...it is in the corner of the room), separate shower and comfortable beds. Location was FANTASTIC. Close to Disney and several restaurants. I will definitely return.

I really enjoyed the stay at Westgate Towers. From the moment I checked in the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Check in was a breeze and Trevor not only showed me the room but also carried my bags up for us. The rooms were great and I liked that it had a full tub. Although we didn't get to enjoy them, there are lots of amenities on this and […] the shared property to do. My only concern is the thinkness of the walls. If you have a noisy neighbor, you can hear everything through the wall. Other than that one minor thing I felt this was a great place to stay and I will be booking my future trips there. Lisätietoja

I thought the hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms we comfortable and staff was very kind, professional, and accommodating. There was a lot to do in within the property even though we didn't get to enjoy them. The only real down side to the room was that the walls are pretty thin so if your neighbor is making noise you can hear it.

We are always looking for good & affordable quality places to stay when we go to Disney and Westgate Towers hit a homerun. Can't wait to stay there again. Traveler upate, the address listed on Hotels.com is incorrect, it is 7600 W. Irlo Bronson Hwy, behind the Sizzler resturant.

Nice place to stay. I will stay at Westgate Towers when I return to Kissimmee, FL. It was close to all the must see sights. We enjoyed our stay.

Very good staff and overall good stay!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone an would stay here if we go back home again....only problem was our room key but other than that good stay. :)

Beautiful facility, well kept up. Only issue would be there is no housekeeping other than getting new towels if needed. Didn't realize I needed to make the bed in the a.m.

The hotel was a bit off the beaten path, but close to the attractions. Upon arrival, the check-in process was a little more than I wanted to handle. We checked in and getting the keys was a snap. We were then sent to another desk where the man tried to plug a timeshare. My annoyance was that he shook my boyfriend's hand but didn't even make eye contact […] with me! I handed him the reservation paperwork and asked "don't you want to know my name, since I paid for the hotel?" and his attitude immediately changed. We turned down signing up for a timeshare pitch and were sent to another desk to get a map to our room. Once we finally got to the room, I was pleased with the location, cleanliness and size. The tub and shower were literally out in the open. There was nothing but a clear, glass door separating someone bathing from the rest of the room. I had to wait until my son was asleep or out of the room to shower. I have never seen anything like it. Housekeeping was awful and rude. I do have to say that the front desk people were all very helpful and […] polite. I am not a picky person. We went for the theme parks, not the hotel. But I would never stay at that hotel again. Wonderful!

We (my kids and I) had a blast. I went to Kissimmee to take the kids to Disney World and didnt want to leave the hotel. I even paid for another night. Im planning on going there again soon. The price was great for the size room I got. Spacious! I enjoyed my stay.

Unless you have a car it's very difficult to go anywhere. The shuttle system to the parks went once in the morning and once in the evening. We were told we had a spot for the first morning then told it was filed up so we needed to taxi to Epcot. We needed to taxi several times. AND, the taxis often did not know where the hotel was. It took 40 minutes […] one morning for the taxi to arrive. Major stress worrying if the taxi would be on time the morning of departure. So, again, got a car it works!! Lisätietoja

Booked a studio, and then upon arrival, the very friendly front desk associate upgraded us to a one-bedroom. The room exceeded our expectations. Clean, up-to-date, and comfortable. It was great. Just an exit away from the Disney parks, very convenient location. Grocery store and lots of restaurants very close. The ONLY real "negative" if you wanted […] to even call it that, is that WiFi is not included. For a place that seemed to have everything, most of which was complimentary to hotel guests, it seemed odd to have to pay an additional charge for WiFi; especially when so many other hotels include it these days. I really didn't like being forced to talk to the hotels time share saleman in order to check-in. When you check-in, the guy behind the desk sends you over to another desk to get your "welcome kit" which is code for "hey sign up for our time share tour and get $50" After finally getting out of that you are then sent to another desk to finally get your […] room key and map. ridiculous. My family and I stayed for a weekend getaway to Disney. Staff was so very accommodating I felt as if I was the one and only rental they had. 3 Heated Pools w/jacuzzis and we left our suits at home, not a good thing on our part. There was a lot to like about the suites- big, beautiful rooms; washer/dryer; full kitchen; jacuzzi; etc..The few negatives...didn't like paying so much for wifi; I was told they do Waste Management- even though you wouldn't know it; and just be sure to say NO to the time share right off the bat and they won't bother you. Ibstayed for 2 nights. Resort was nicely kept, nothing fancy but nice. Room was spacious and overall clean. Bathroom was large but a little run down. Washer n dryer was very loud. But I would recommend it and it was a good price.

We really enjoy our stay at Westgate Towers, We got a good deal on an 1 bedroom villa for a nice intimate pre-valentine's day wknd and everything was wonderful. Perfect room, friendly staff & excellent location. Even though there was an offer to attend 90 min presentation, I politely declined and received no pressure to go. Loved this place! We had a 1 bd room villa on the first floor by pool. Loved it. No free wifi but it was ok. I would stay again!

The complex was mostly empty. When checking in the receptionist recommended we stay on the 6th floor which was recently refurbished. We accepted that and the rooms were wonderful.

Clean place. Check-in process is a little burdensome...(you have to listen to a timeshare presentation booking spiel for the next morning before you get "released" to your room). LOL.

My family and I loved this place. We stayed in their updated remodel villa and were very impressed. I read other comments in regards to them trying to sell timeshares to you, but that was not the case they left us alone and the staff was wonderful. I would definitly stay again.

I purchased a 2 bedroom suite through Hotels.com. Upon my arrival the adjoining room to my suite was locked. After contacting the front desk advising them to open the additional room on more than 2 occassions, it was not opened until 6 hours after I checked in. Not satisfied.

My wife and I have two children and when you have a long hot day at disney world and you come back to your room and go right into the pool to cool off without 50 people being there in the pool ( the have three to choose from). Westgate towers is very accomidating when you have children with the full kitchen two bedrooms two bathrooms and a juccuzzie. […] It was a very enjoyable stay and the staff if fantastic. Our stay was fabulous. We had plenty of room and when we needed to replenish towels and coffee the front desk was very accommodating.

Room was smaller than expected. Use caution because they try thair best to sale you a time share. When you take a vacation, you take it to relax. Not to bugged by timeshare sales pitches.

The apartment itself was nice and spacious and even had washer and dryer which is very convenient when traveling with kids. However, the check-in process was not that great. After receiving the access cards, guests are redirected to another desk to receive their "welcome package". There, you're asked to sign-up for a 90 minute presentation of the premises […] in order to receive a VIP package. You also need to make a refundable $20 deposit. I didn't appreciate being dragged into an unexpected sales solicitation. Also, their shuttle service to Disney World is very limited. There are only 2 shuttles a day, one in the morning and one at noon, and they have a limited number of seats. We booked this place partly because of the courtesy shuttle service but we had to take a yellow cab because the shuttles were full. Bummer! Lisätietoja

I was looking for a nice place to stay for a weekend trip to Disney with my girlfriend. This place could not have been more perfect. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was wonderful. Parking was not a worry. This place is very close to the Disney parks. It took us around 10mins to get from our car in Epcot to the hotel parking lot. I am a season passholder with Disney and Seaworld.Usually we stay at a disney hotel,but they were all booked so I went online and found this hotel.Very glad I did.I boooked a studio with kitchentte and when we got there they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom with jaccuzzi tub,livingroom with pullout couch,2 full bathrooms and a full kitchen.All cermaic tile,washer […] dryer,the works.Wish the pool stayed open later.Location was very close to animal kingdom,you can see the top of expedition everest from our room.Plenty of stores all around,and in the center of everything.My kids loved this placePools were basic pools but the kids had fun anyway,closes at 11;00pm sharp,so no after park swimming,bummer.I don't suggest ordering from the pizza place they leave a flyer for that delivers,we got charged on the bill for delivery(which we didn't know)and when we asked the driver if charge was included he said no so we tipped him,wouldn't have minded if the food was good.It was horrible!!!Really bad!!We only stayed 2 nights,but would definately stay again.My whole family enjoyed the stay. This is a decent, no frills place to stay. It is convenient to Disney and other attractions. The room where we stayed (101B) was a bit worn and the bathroom was very odd. It had a toilet and shower in a small room with a sliding glass door (hard to close all the way) and a bathtub which was not private, but was in the room with the beds.

On our recent stay to Orlando last week we stayed at Westgate Towers. This is a resort and not a hotel which is a good thing. The resort was CLEAN and more than what we expected. Yes, they did try to get u to tour. I kindly declined and there was nothing else said. We had a 2 bedroom which they gave us a 1 bedroom with a sudio attached. My kids loved […] their own space. The had there own kitchenette. They were soo happy they unpacked the car without me telling them and that is a FIRST. Westgate has alot of amenities. I am staying there again on my next visit.... Great location close to all attractions .....room was clean , friendly services , could have done without the required "time share breakfast" should have been optional to go or not , instead of eating up 2 hours of my vacation time ......other than that was a great hotel

I have satyed with westgate before at villas and lakes....both are great! towers room was as expected but no balcony or view of anything. young man at front desk was great and ladies that came to clean the room were too. we saved a 100 so i guess i shouldnt complain but if you have a choice stay a one of the beautiful other choices. you will also have […] the convenience of restaurants, spa, grocery store and resort fun stuff(golf, paddle boats, fishing) without leaving the property. The staff was very accomodating...and the hotel is located sooo convenient to Disney Parks.

We were sent to the wrong hotel to check-in then we got to the right place the room was 1980's furniture and the shower was so gross all i wanted to do was go home but we had our grandson with us and didn't want to make him upset we were all tired so we stayed made a complaint to the front desk to clean the room they did but it didn't help that gross […] shower will never stay at westgate again have had this same experience before with that company I am done with them!!
