Hotellissa Pointe Royale Condominium Resort & Golf Course on golf-kenttä, uima-allas sisällä ja poreallas. Langaton Internet-yhteys on ilmainen yleisillä alueilla. Majoitusliikkeen golf kerrostalolomakylä ravintolapalveluihin kuuluu baari / aulabaari. Henkilökunta voi järjestää: concierge-palvelut, matkajärjestelyt / lippupalvelu ja tilaisuuksien tarjoilut. Hotellissa on muun muassa seuraavat lisäpalvelut: ulkouima-allas (kauden mukaan), lastenallas ja kuntokeskus tai -sali. Pysäköinti sisältyy huonehintaan.

Huoneissa on parvekkeet, josta on joku seuraavista näköalatyypeistä: järvi, vuori tai allas. Majoitusliikkeen Pointe Royale Condominium Resort & Golf Course ilmastoitujen huoneiden palveluihin kuuluvat kahvin-/teenkeitin ja hiustenkuivaaja. Vieraat voivat käyttää lisämaksusta huoneessa nopeaa langatonta Internet-yhteyttä. Televisioissa on kaapelikanavat, joihin sisältyvät DVD-soitin ja video. Kaikissa huoneissa on suoravalintapuhelimet; ilmaiset paikallispuhelut ovat käytettävissä (voimassa saattaa olla rajoituksia).
Tämä kerrostalolomakylä on 3-hotelli ja sen huoneissa on keittiö, jossa on täysikokoinen jääkaappi / pakastin, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone ja astiat / ruokailuvälineet.

"Spring Break 2012"
The Resort was good for my family and we all enjoyed our stay and Spring Break. The only thing that could have been better is that the condo had the view and the set up that was discussed in the booking of the stay.

Great price for a good location and a clean, comfortable condo. The decor is a bit dated, but overall, the accommodations were just what we were looking for.

we were very upset with our recent stay at pointe royale condominium resort. the rooms were not updated. the dryer was worn out and made the most horrible noise. called maintence 2 fix it and said it was due 2 the age of dryer. the ac didn't work well u could not turn it below 70 or it would freeze up.. no fans .. the bathroom was very small.. we will […] not stay here again Lisätietoja
"Disappointed"
Pointe Royale was not quite as nice as I expected for the price. We were unable to connect to the WiFi at the club house. We had to pay and install software on our computer to connect to the internet in our condo. The pool by our condo was closed. The afternoon we went to the club house that pool was also closed. The kids absolutely loved having their own room and it was a very comfortable stay.
"Needs Improvement"
Room was far from being exeptionally clean. Smelled terribly of smoke despite being a no smoking environment. Found several bugs in the condo. Needs thorough cleaning and updates. The picture on website was very deceiving. The grounds were very nice so maybe there are much better condo choices within the complex but this one was not a good choice.
"Better then a hotel"
Definetly better then staying at a hotel. Our condo was furnished with all the basics. We had everything we needed. A great view of the golf course. The grounds were well taken care and beautifully landscaped. The inside was well maintained. We didn't have any problems during our visit. The club hous was nice only had drinks there. The pool was fantasic. […] A life gaurd was there untill closing and plenty of lounge chairs. There is also a kiddy pool. "Fantastic Value/Wonderful Neighborhood"
Pointe Royale was a nice, comfortable condo. Clean. Quiet. A golf course neighborhood; didn't feel like a tourist stay, but like a home. Great pool. Didn't have time to play tennis, but could have. "A Beautiful Resort!"
We enjoyed our stay at this resort. The only complaint we have is that the unit we were given was on a lower level (had a basement feel) and on the day before we checked out it rained all day and the front porch flooded. It was very comfortable inside though! We loved that we were not right in the middle of everything, yet it was only a short drive […] to get to any of the places that we wanted to see. "Pricey"
We slept very comfortable, however, even though the room was cleaned it wasn't given a second glance because we found hairs on the bathroom counter. For the price we would expect the room to have a second look when it comes to cleaning. We weren't impressed with the facility not upgrading the rooms to a more modern feel. The room had an old feel to […] it, but had more modern decorations which left us a little confused. A upgrade on the rooms would attract more people that would pay the pricey bill.
