Pieni hotelli sivukadulla, josta minuutin kävely hyörinän keskelle. Alueella paljon kojumyyntiä ja ravintoloita. Sivukuja itsessään kumminkin hiljainen. Muille alueille liikkuminen suijui kätevästi tuktukeilla. Huone ei ehkä ollut kaikkein viihtyisin, sopii siis henkilöille, jotka eivät halua viettää aikaansa hotellissa. Ilmasto oli kostea, joten kaikki oli kostean nihkeää. Suihkusta tuli vissiin lähes joka kerta lämmintä vettä. Suihkun kaikkia hierovia ominaisuuksia emme testanneet, joten emme tiedä toimivatko ne :D Plussaa oli aulassa ollut tietokone, jota sai käyttää surffailuun ilmaiseksi. Henkilökunta mukavaa ja auttavaista.

Yhden yön kokemuksella: Hinta-laatusuhde kohdallaan. Mukava ja avulias henkilökunta. Taksikyytiä lentokentältä kannattaa yrittää tinkiä koska lupauksista huolimatta eivät meinaa löytää perille. Hotellin keltaisen opaskyltin erottaa kuitenkin sivukujalta isomman hotellikadun varrelta jos malttaa tiirailla. Hotellin henkilökunnalta kannattaa kysellä ravintolasuosituksia. Itse pidin kovasti läheisestä kasvisruokamestasta, nimeä en nyt muista mutta alkoi B:llä ja sijaitsi 2 min kävelymatkan päässä "makeisleipomon" yläkerrassa ;) Muualla en ehtinyt pyörimään.

Jostain syystä taksin oli vaikea löytää hotellia, mutta kyselemällä hän löysi paikan. Alueella ei taida sijaita muita hotelleja. Itse hotelli on siisti ja aika pieni (ei paljon huoneita). Huoneet siistit ja palvelu pelasi. Iso tie aika lähellä joten kannattaa muistaa mainita huonetta tilatessa, että saisi huoneen pois päin tieltä. Jos meinaa viettää enemmän aikaa itse hotellilla, niin sitten kannattaa harkita muuta. Palveuita ei ole kovin paljoa. Mutta itselle hotelli toimi mainiosti koska olimme siellä lähinnä yötä pelkästään.

Palvelu hotellissa oli ensiluokkaista! Ravintolavaihtoehtoja oli tarpeeksi ja palvelu joustavaa. Turvajärjestelyt olivat mittavat. Huoneiden siivous ei aivan länsimaiseen tasoon yltänyt. Suosittelen!

This is an expensive hotel (5 star hotels in Delhi are) but we felt it was well worth it. From arrival in the amazing lobby area to being shown our beautiful room, we felt everything about the experience was of the highest quality. (Great pool area too.) The restaurants are similarly expensive (we tried Varq, and the top-floor Grill) but of the highest […] quality- Manchan has an Indian/International menu and the a la carte menu is quite a bit cheaper, still very good. Staff were 100% attentive. The hotel is well located, close to the bustle of the centre (a few minutes drive from India Gate and Raj Path by auto-rickshaw- and close to the metro, which was fun as an experience!) "OK but we expected more based on previous stays"
Good hotel but being a Taj, based on previous stays this one was disappointing. It needs a real refit. Bathroom mats weren't clean enough and showers were disappointing, especially after a long journey, water pressure was below par. It's still a good hotel but I think next time we will try some of the newer ones. Taj in Mumbai still much better than […] Delhi. "Taj Mahal Hotel New Delhi"
Close to the Khan market, India Gate and other sights, and in an easily accessible and quiet area of New Delhi. This hotel is all about the service. Nothing is too much trouble and a stay on the club floor is worth every extra cent it costs.
Delightful staff, wonderful atmosphere and great food and wine !

Would make this my number one hotel in Dehli - great service, great lounge, lovely people. Rick's bar is good for snacks and late night drinks - music a little loud, dance like and off putting but the service and hotel made up for this. Room was a deluxe upgrade and while lovely had seen slightly better days, could do with a refurb. / refresh.

We stayed here for two nights during our India tour. It was a very nice hotel with lots of amenities. There were several restaurants, of which we only manged to try the Japanese one (very good, highly recommended). The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and out were simple and expedient.

We were on our honeymoon and they absolutely spoiled us. The delivered flowers and a cake to our room. While we were lounging by the pool the drew a rose petal bubble bath for us. They had spread the word throughout the hotel and we had amazing service during dinner at wasabi which was excellent. We stayed two nights and also had a meal at varq that […] was delicious! We were there on vacation..and had a wonderful time. Staff were extremely helpful, courteous, polite and professional. When our son felt unwell, the doctor was dispatched immediately by the staff who took care of the matter. Service throughout the hotel was extremely warm. The service is friendly without ever feeling over-familiar. I like the hotel so much that I use it as a refuge for coffeee, a light lunch and so on when and have always felt welcome

The service was second to none. Every member of staff bent over backwards to makes us very welcome and from check in to check out it all ran extremely smoothly.

高級ホテルのはずであり、ロビーその他に高級感が感じられるが、その割りに後に印象が残らない。機能部品に全く問題が無かった点は良かった。（インドでは高級ホテルといえども大概何か機器の作動不良が発生する） チェックアウト後に、ブータンの国王夫妻が新婚旅行に訪れてチェックインしたのを近くに観ることができた。インド政府の国賓用リムジンや、階段に敷く絨毯なども見る事ができた。

パッケージツアーの最後の宿泊が当ホテルでしたので利便性を考慮して延泊先として選びました。 日本在住のインド人の友人、またインド在住の日本人友人にたずねても「タージならインドを感じられる高級ホテルのひとつ」というお薦めがありましたのも選択した要因です。 出発前の12月７日にバラナシ・ガンガーで爆破テロが発生しましたので昔のムンバイ・タージホテルの事件を思い出し少々不安はありましたが「一層警備がきびしくなるから大丈夫」とホテルの方が語っておられました。日常的に入館者（車）の持ち物検査を行っていました。 １１階のプールビューのお部屋でしたが残念ながら見えたのは工事中のプールでした。年明けには工事終了するらしいです。「朝陽の眺められるこちら側がいいですよ」とレセプションのMRXXXXがチャックインの […] 際に勧めて下さいました。確かに日の出を拝むのはいい気分でした。 ツイン・ラグジュアリカテゴリーの部屋でした。ベッドの硬さも快適・清潔◎ 毎朝「ナマ鳩時計」で起こされるのは少々▼ 窓枠の外側が丁度鳩がとまれるスペースとなているので フン・鳴き声がちょっと嫌でした× 朝食ブッフェ付きは価値があると思いました。お料理がふんだんに用意されています。フルーツだけでも私にとっては◎！オムレツは他の滞在先と同じように固めに作るので少し△。パンやムーズリーの種類も豊富〇。ローカル色〇。コンチネンタル色〇。ローカルお粥風＆温野菜◎。カプチーノもチキンと用意してくださいました。 朝食と同じ場所での夕食もスープ・メイン・デザート・ビールで二人でRs5000．当方にはちょっと量が多かったけどMRXXXXとの会話が何よりの御馳走でした。 地下日本食「WASABI」デリーで最高級とされる和食のお店。ランチお寿司・サラダ・味噌汁Rｓ2000（一人）くらいだったかな？握り鮨はシャリの温度がとてもよく、ネタも吟味されており大満足◎ ジム一通りの機器はそろっておりインストラクターが親切に使用方法を教えてくれ、ストレッチの際はアドバイスや補助をしてくれました◎ 設備が地下なのでめりディアンのように外の風景は望めない残念△ スパはシャワー・ジャグジー・ミストとドライサウナがあり水着着用でなくても問題ないとのことでした。担当者のMSXXXXは初めに当方の希望をきき「シャワー・ジャクジー１０分・ミストサウナ」と伝えると、適正な設定をしてくださいました。ジム・スパとも2度目以降の使用時には、当方の希望は何も伝えないでも「いつも通り？」という質問に「はい」と答えれば、きちんと対応してくださいました◎ マッサージはインドならアーユルベーダですね。宿泊者しか施術を受けられないので経験する価値あり◎ 地元日本人マダムが「ローカル中級」という街中のお店にも行きました価格はもちろんホテルのほうが高いのですが設術自体もベッド・シャワーなどの設備の面も価値はあると思いました。 パッケージツアー中もアグラなど各地すべてタージグループのホテルを使いました。敷地は広く雰囲気はよいのですがホテル設備自体はいずれも古いので水回りなど不満はありました。しかしニューデリーではそういう問題もなく快適でした。当ホテルには日本人セールスマネジャがいらっしゃるので何か問題あればご相談にのっていただけると思います。 Lisätietoja
