The LaLiT New Delhi tarjoaa asiakkailleen seuraavat palvelut: ulkouima-allas, poreallas ja höyryhuone. Langaton ja langallinen nopea Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä yleisillä alueilla (maksullinen) ja majoitusliikkeessä on myös Internet-yhteyspiste. Tämän 5 tähden majoitusliikkeen (hotelli) liiketoimintapalveluihin kuuluvat liiketoimintakeskus (auki 24 tuntia), kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja teknologiatukikeskus. Majoitusliikkeen (hotelli) ravintolapalveluihin kuuluvat 7 ravintolaa sekä 2 kahvilaa, allasbaari ja baari / aulabaari. Henkilökunta voi järjestää: kiertuejärjestelyt / lippupalvelu, hääpalvelut ja tilaisuuksien tarjoilut. Hotellissa on muun muassa seuraavat lisäpalvelut: yökerho, kylpyläpalvelut ja kuntokeskus tai -sali.Lisämaksusta vierailla on käytettävissään lentokenttäkuljetus - menopaluu (käytettävissä aina). Asiakaspysäköinti sisältyy hintaan. Hotellissa on tupakointialue. Tämän hotellin kunnostustyöt valmistuivat: marraskuu 2008.
Vierashuoneet.
Vierashuoneissa on kaupunki, allas tai puutarha. The LaLiT New Delhi tarjoaa asiakkailleen 461 ilmastoitua huonetta, joissa on iPod-telakointiasema ja CD-soitin. Vuoteissa on Select Comfort-patjat, kolminkertaiset lakanat, untuvaselkätuki ja untuvahuopa. Tyynyvalikoima on saatavissa.Langaton ja langallinen nopea Internet-yhteys (maksullinen) on käytettävissä. 42-tuumainen LCD-televisio, joissa on parhaat satelliittikanavat. ilmaiset elokuvakanavat ja DVD-soitin ovat myös käytettävissänne. Huoneissa on työpöydät, tallelokerot (kannettava tietokone sopii) ja suoravalintapuhelimet sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Kylpyhuoneissa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä, jossa on käsisuihku ja sadesuihkut. Kylpyhuoneissa on myös kaksi pesuallasta, vaaka ja kylpytakit.
Kaikissa vierashuoneissa on jääkaappi, minibaari ja kahvin-/teenkeitin.Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat pesukoneet / kuivausrummut ja tallelokerot. Lisäksi pyynnöstä saatavissa oleviin palveluihin kuuluvat allergiatestatut vuoteet, lisäpyyhkeet / vuodevaatteet ja herätyssoitto. Huoneen kunnostus on tarjolla iltaisin ja siivous on saatavissa päivittäin.

Pieni hotelli sivukadulla, josta minuutin kävely hyörinän keskelle. Alueella paljon kojumyyntiä ja ravintoloita. Sivukuja itsessään kumminkin hiljainen. Muille alueille liikkuminen suijui kätevästi tuktukeilla. Huone ei ehkä ollut kaikkein viihtyisin, sopii siis henkilöille, jotka eivät halua viettää aikaansa hotellissa. Ilmasto oli kostea, joten kaikki oli kostean nihkeää. Suihkusta tuli vissiin lähes joka kerta lämmintä vettä. Suihkun kaikkia hierovia ominaisuuksia emme testanneet, joten emme tiedä toimivatko ne :D Plussaa oli aulassa ollut tietokone, jota sai käyttää surffailuun ilmaiseksi. Henkilökunta mukavaa ja auttavaista.

Yhden yön kokemuksella: Hinta-laatusuhde kohdallaan. Mukava ja avulias henkilökunta. Taksikyytiä lentokentältä kannattaa yrittää tinkiä koska lupauksista huolimatta eivät meinaa löytää perille. Hotellin keltaisen opaskyltin erottaa kuitenkin sivukujalta isomman hotellikadun varrelta jos malttaa tiirailla. Hotellin henkilökunnalta kannattaa kysellä ravintolasuosituksia. Itse pidin kovasti läheisestä kasvisruokamestasta, nimeä en nyt muista mutta alkoi B:llä ja sijaitsi 2 min kävelymatkan päässä "makeisleipomon" yläkerrassa ;) Muualla en ehtinyt pyörimään.

Jostain syystä taksin oli vaikea löytää hotellia, mutta kyselemällä hän löysi paikan. Alueella ei taida sijaita muita hotelleja. Itse hotelli on siisti ja aika pieni (ei paljon huoneita). Huoneet siistit ja palvelu pelasi. Iso tie aika lähellä joten kannattaa muistaa mainita huonetta tilatessa, että saisi huoneen pois päin tieltä. Jos meinaa viettää enemmän aikaa itse hotellilla, niin sitten kannattaa harkita muuta. Palveuita ei ole kovin paljoa. Mutta itselle hotelli toimi mainiosti koska olimme siellä lähinnä yötä pelkästään.

"The Lalit, New Delhi"
Upgraded room to an executive room with access to lounge - unfortunately when we got there the lounge was out of action and would not be available for another 3 months. No mention of this when booking so was disappointed. Arrangements were made to take the afternoon tea and cocktails in the Wok restaurant which was very unlounge like, dark and sparten. […] The staff didn't seem to know how to manage the customers who wanted the lounge benefits. Having just come from the Taj in New Delhi this aspect was a great disappointment. Generally the staff seemed very nice but a little stand offish and aloof. As just 6-7 minutes walk from Connaught Place the location is excellent. Watch out for the internet charges - expensive and you get charged in 15minute intervals which is more expensive than if you buy say a 30 min or 1hour access rate up front. while I was using the PC 4 people came in and walked out when they saw the charges. Would stay again if the rate was right - not a 5 star in terms of welcome and service. More a 4 star will aspirations to become a 5 star. Lisätietoja

The hotel inside is immaculate. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The business center could use faster internet connection. The food is excellent and varied.

"The Lalit in New Delhi"
My husband and I checked in to The Lalit on a late evening few hours after we got married. I had specified honeymoon suite while booking online so we would not be disturbed. We were welcomed with a bouquet and cake. The room was done up nicely and we were quite comfortable until we decided to use the bathroom. We were very tired and wanted to relax […] so we got in to the hot tub. After a while we decided to drain some water and add some more hot water. This is when things started going wrong. The knob which is used to drain water from the tub would not work. We got out of the tub and called room service. Plumber 1 showed up and could not fix it so plumber 2 showed up to help. Meanwhile due to the various experiments water had overflowed out of the tub and now we had water outside the bathroom. We called the manager on duty. Remember this is our honeymoon night and both of us are stuck sitting in our robes in the bed with 6 men in our room and bathroom trying to fix the plumbing and clean the water all over our room floor. We were first told all this would be done in 30 minutes, so around 10:15 pm we had ordered dinner since the kitchen closes at 11. From around 9:30pm to 11 we had sheer chaos in our room. Our food arrived at 10:35 and sat there getting cold since we didnt feel like eating with an army of people in our room. What annoyed us the most? Staff from the duty manager's office came to oversee why we had complained. My husband explained to him - "fine you have a plumbing issue but please organize your staff and get all the fixes done efficiently and fast. People are coming and going for last 1 hour and there is no coordination!" When our room service dinner showed up the manager was standing in our room, but he did not have the common sense to ask the foot to be taken back and brought back warm once all his staff had left us alone. "The Lalit New Delhi - Comfiest bed"
It was the perfect hotel to stay in to end our tour of the golden triangle. Hotel is very peaceful and tranquil and somethin of a haven from the hustle and bustle of delhi (as i am sure other luxury hotels are). The room was very nice and spacious with valued extras such as an ipod player and soft lighting. The bed was one of the comfiest I have ever […] slept in. Pool area was also relaxing despite the extension works taking place. Booked a luxury room which meant we were on the upper floors - was interesting to se delhi from abov, especially in the evenings. We ha additional services included in our room package but there is no formal executive lounge which was a little disappoining. Also, we had to ask at reception where to get our evening cocktail. "Excellent, for Delhi"
Nice hotel, probably exceeded my expectations after reading many reviews. Extreme security is a bit disconcerting, but understandable, albeit inconsistent. Not sure if I can recommend as an easy-access central location, but: is any location "easy to access" in and to Delhi?

Very high standard rooms in the new section. Pool deck is lovely. staff excellent one minor grip - internet access is pricey and a nuisance having to buy in increments starting at 30 minutes.

The Lalit is an excellent hotel, run magnificantly, from top to bottom, the 24/7 is a buffet experience the grill restaurant was fabulous food, the room was in mint condition and cleaned to a very high standard. on the down side you need to take out a 2nd mortgage if you intend to have a drink here. i.e a bottle of water with your meal £2, a bottle […] of becks or beer £7, a bottle of local kingfisher beer £4, the cheapest bottle of white wine to have with your meal was just under £20 and then it rose in price drastically for anything half decent. What ever you do dont touch the mini bar it hurts your wallet £10 for a miniture absolute vodka & £5 for a can of pepsi, I know its a 5 star hotel but come on its India, pay as you go in the hotel or you will get a shock when you check out with a bill all the above prices had 20% tax on them. I did not know this group/chain before finding it on hotels.com but when we arrived it was great! Breakfast buffet was a plus.

五つ星ホテルの中では値段が安めだったことと街の中心部に近いという理由で選びました。ロビーからして外の喧騒からは別世界。部屋もとても快適でした。朝食はビュッフェスタイルで味も種類もまずまずでした。ルームサービスの値段は、日本の高級ホテルとそれほど変わらない感じです。快適なホテルではありましたが、部屋にタオルが1つしか用意されていなかったり、朝方スタッフから部屋を間違えて電話がかかってきたり、五つ星ホテルとしてはやや？な対応もありました。五つ星ホテルとして満点とはとても言えませんが、期待しすぎなければ、それなりに立派なホテルと言えると思います。

Das Hotel ist nett, unserer Meinung nach jedoch kein fünf Sterne Haus. Die Zimmerpreise sind zu hoch. Es wird zur Zeit erweitert und umgebaut. Man muss daher mit Baulärm rechnen, insbesondere in der Umgebung des Pool ist der Baulärm störend. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig, hübsch und sauber. Dette hotellet var veldig komfortabelt. Rommene var store med god plass. Roomservice var bra og til en ok pris. Samt at det var veldig rent og ryddig, i motsetning til mange andre hoteller i India.

Dit was onze 2de keer in het Lalit. Nog beter dan de 1ste, omdat toen het zwembad under construction was. Nu konden we iedere ochtend gaan zwemmen. Heerlijke hotelkamers, lekkere restaurants, behulpzame servicegericht personeel. Veilig. Na een dag in de hitte van delhi te hebben gelopen is een hotel als Lalit heel wat waard.
