Microtel Inn & Suites Memphis/Cordova-At Wolfchase Gallerian 60 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on kahvin-/teenkeitin ja hiustenkuivaaja. Huoneissa on langaton Internet-yhteys. Televisioissa on parhaat kaapelikanavat. Kaikissa huoneissa on työpöydät ja puhelin; ilmaiset paikallispuhelut ovat käytettävissä (voimassa saattaa olla rajoituksia).

Tämä hotelli vastasi odotuksia. Täällä kannattaa yöpyä, jos käytössä on vuokra-auto loman aikana, sillä hotelli sijaitsee Tennesseen ja Missisippin rajalla. Huone on siisti, mutta ilma tuntuu kovin kostealta. Ilmastointilaitetta kannattaa siis käyttää. Aamiaiselta ei kannata odottaa liikoja, mutta se kuului ainakin meidän vierailullamme hintaan ja ajoi kyllä asiansa. Tarkista, ettei herätyskellossa ole tarpeettomia herätyksiä valmiina. Lentokenttä on melko lähellä, joten jotkut ehkä heräävät keskellä yötä lennoilleen ja laittavat kellon soimaan ottamatta sitä pois päältä. Meille kävi juuri näin. Sen jälkeen kuunneltiin jonkin aikaa aamuyöstä lähteviä ja laskevia lentokoneita.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.
Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä vaaditaan virallinen kuvallinen henkilöllisyystodistus ja luottokortti tai käteistalletus mahdollisten lisämaksujen takia.

"Not the comforts of home"
The A/C unit never cycled off during the night. Queen sized bec seemed more like a full. Bed was sunken in middle. It was very rough on back. TV volume would not go up loud enough to be heard beyond a whisper. I won't be staying at another inexpensive hotel. You get what you pay for.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The people there were very nice and truly helpful and friendly. I will stay there any time I am in the area.
"cancellation policy"
I have no complaints about this particular motel, but I won't be staying at a Microtel again. The reason being that when I needed to check out one day early, I was informed that Microtel's policy would still charge me for the night I wasn't going to be there. "Too Tight--"
There is a good reason it's called Microtell. It;s because you a micro sizes room. No fridge, desk was tiny. clock alarm didn't work. Wake up call did not happen. Room was clean. bed, comfortable, had running water. Those were the good points. I had to get a TV remote, which was missing and a new clock alarm which alsoi did not work. my sheets had stains on them. i went to ask for extra and the front desk said they had none. The elevator was messed up.

My room was on the 2nd floor and it seemed like someone was walking on my head at night. Very difficult to sleep at night with the noise. Television in the room was very small. Hotel staff was very nice and friendly.

"Wonderful Stay"
I really enjoyed me stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice. There is nothing bad I can say about my stay here. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Staff member told me that he would sent someone to my room at checkout out to check for pillows and clock. This person working 2nd shift said then I would not have to worry about any extra charge being placed on my bill. "Good value"
A very nice room, clean, comfortable bed, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, desk large enough to work on, courteous staff, for a very reasonable price. Stuck back behind the Costco, it was a a little hard to find. Breakfast was minimal; coffee not bad. I will definitely stay here the next time thru.

"Good for the money"
The hotel was good. I have stayed in places a lot worse but this one was very comfortable with friendly staff. I was concerned at first as it is located behind the Costco, but i would definitely stay there again!

the room was clean, but the bed killed my back! it was soft and not firm and i was glad to leave! Also, the location of the hotel is very hard to find how to get to it. And i left my curling iron there and when i called them, of course, no one had seen it, so not reliable help either. I won't stay there again.

We are normally hotel snobs but we had limited funds and a three day weekend in Memphis. It was great. We were able to let our kid sleep on the huge window seat and everyone was comfortable. "cordova is AWESOME"
I recently traveled to Memphis to meet up with my friend. Hotel was in an excellent location. The proximity to eating and shopping was great. The mall traffic was a disaster but that was to be expected. Two things though. Key lock on side door did not work. Minor inconvenience. Some of the towels in the bathroom looked dirty kind of. We had a good stay. The coffee in the room was great and desperately needed. I enjoyed their complementary breakfast. Their staff were courteous and helpful. The only thing that needed an upgrade was their tv sets in the room. We had good channels though. Overall experience was GREAT!! Keep it up.

The pictures of this hotel online and what you saw when you got there were not the same thing. Our first room had ants crawling on the pillows and in the bathroom. We asked for a different room, the front desk informed us that they had recently had a problem with ants swarming the donuts at the continental breakfast on the same floor. (Eww!) And in […] the second room there were stains and a cigarette burn on the bedding and pubic hairs on the toilet seat. We asked for another room. this is the 4th time I have stayed at this hotel -I found it very good -great staff --the rooms are a bit small but clean -about the size of a cruise ship's upper rooms ---I would not take small children ( a full family ) as it would be cramped -but for a motel to stay in for a few nights while traveling or working I don't think it can be beat !!!! "Smells Bad"
The lobby of the hotel smelled very bad upon entering. The cleaning of the hotel as a whole inside or outside was awful. I will never stay here again.

The neatness of the room, the comfortable bed, and the helpfull staff are the best features of this hotel. It is a great overnighter. it is exactly what a tired guest needs to recover. In my particular case location was another important feature. My son's apartment is located 10 min away walking distance.
"okay for just a bed"
Arrived at 1:30 am after driving 9 hrs., the front desk clerk was very friendly, accomodating, and concerned about our getting in our room. She even changed our room from a third floor reservation that was next to a smoking room to a first floor room that was non-smoking only. The motel was clean, just old carpet, flooring, and not up to date.
"Quiet & convenient with comfort"
We'd checked out the reviews before we booked. The room was small but.for what we we were paying we didnt exprct much. Beds were very comfy & so were pillows, like new! Everyone was very sweet & hospitable. Hotel was pne of the cleanest I-ve been in. HIGHLY RECCOMEND if u r a tourist or on business!
