Hotels.comin asiakkaan arvostelu helmi 26, 2013Erinomainen sijainti liikkua junalla ja metrolla. Helppo ja halpa matka hotellin ja JFK:n välillä (n.45 min, 7,5 USD). Manhattanille n. 10-15 min metromatka. Hotelli siisti, huoneet tilavat ja hyvin toimiva siivous. Aamiainen perusamerikkalainen eli kaikenlaista pullaa löytyy. Bonuksena aamiaishuoneen kuumahuoma-automaatti, joka on käytössä pitkin päivää. Ruuhka-aikoina liikeenteen melua. Viereissä Mobil-huoltamo, jossa pieni sekatavaramarket. Seuraavassa korttelissa viinakauppa, pesula ja Deli. Lähin metroasema Queensboro Plaza (200m).

Hyvä hinta- laatu suhde. sijainti oli aivan loistava ja mikä itselle tärkeintä huone siisti eikä torakoita tai muita vierailijoita ilmaantunut. Toki huone oli erittäin pieni ja remontti vähän sinne päin tehty, mutta oikein siisti ja tyylikäs. Remontti oli vielä kesken, mutta huoneeseemme 20. kerrokseen siitä ei ainakaan häiriötä aiheutunut. Ystävällinen henkilö kunta.

Hotels.comin asiakkaan arvostelu helmi 25, 2013We enjoyed our visit in New York and stay in this hotel. Everything worked well, the staff was very friendly. We had 2 queen size bed and the room for four was big enough to overnight, but if you are going to spend more time in hotel room, four might be too many. This hotel is perfectly located when visiting MSG. We also walked to Empire State building and to Rockefeller center, but some could find this walking distance too long. There is a very delicious breakfast available next to lobby at $18, which we enjoyed both mornings. The hotel price was reasonable.

"Perfect for an extended stay"
I had to be in Newark for business for 2 weeks and needed a safe environment with small cooking amenities. This was perfect as there is a Whole Foods close by. We stayed 6 nights here at the start of our East Coast vacation and returned for one night before flying back home. we visited family in West Orange and this was convenient. We had a one-room suite with every comfort - 2 TVs; kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, dishes pots and pans the works. We enjoyed having a separate bedroom and living […] room with sofa and comfy chair. The windows opened, the climate control was ours to control. We had access to pool and spa and exercise room. This is a very nice place to stay. The rooms were clean, the sheets looked in good condition and nothing seemed dirty at all. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are nice and spacious. "Nice Hotel but Must Have Car"
The room & staff were great. Our ice maker wasn't hooked up & that was disappointing. There was an ice machine down the hall. But the ice was "wet" so once it sat in the freezer for a few hours it was all stick together. I had to use the corkscrew as an ice pick. We also did. Of have a car & the hotel does not have a restaurant. There is a very high […] priced place right. Ext door & several places that will deliver but nothing really within walking distance. We asked the front desk to call for a taxi to take us to one place we had seen about a mile up the road & when he arrived 45 minutes later we decided to try a different place that was recommended. The driver didn't even know where the place was! He was asking us like we were supposed to know! Since we had no clue we just had him take us to the 1st place. It took all of 5 minutes to get there & the charge was almost triple what we later found out a regular taxi would have cost! This was the service the hotel called for us & was not a regular cab. Had I known this before hand, I would have specified. A cabbie would have known the area & taken us where we wanted to go & the price would have been regulated. I blame the hotel for us being ripped off since they called the car. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. Joe the bartender is Great & kept the drinks coming - it was quite a party! we had noisy and late night loud neighbors. I called the desk 5 times in 2 days, and the most they did was call them and tell them....?? They didn't stop the noise until 3AM 2 of the nights. This was a great room at a reasonable price. I'm on the road a lot and have stayed in many hotels. This was one of the nicer ones for the money. There were great amenities including a wonderful indoor swimming pool. My reservation had said it included a continental breakfast. I was delighted to wake up to one of the best breakfast buffet's I've seen. […] There was even a do-it-yourself waffle station! We like to stay at this hotel whenever we are in New Jersey. Even though the hotel has been around a long time, and gets a lot of business, it is always in decent shape.
