Hintaansa nähden ihan hyvä hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Palvelu toimi hyvin kaikissa asioissa.

Hintaansa nähden hyvä hotelli. Sijainti lähellä kiellettyä kaupunkia, ja metroasema lähellä kävelymatkan päässä (20min). Kartta näyttää väärän sijainnin hotellille, osoite on oikea. Eli ei ole todellakaan kielletyn kaupungin sisällä!

Jianguo Hotel oli paljon odotettua parempi. Vaikka keskustaan matkaa 4 km , niin metro käyttö vaivatonta. Henkilökunta erinomaisen ystävällistä ja tehokasta. Seuraavalla kerralla käytämme myös samaa hotellia.

Tämä hotelli oli oikein hyvä perushotelli Pekingissä. Alueella sijaitsee tosin kaksi eri Holiday Inniä, joten taksikuskeilla oli usein hankaluuksia erottaa näitä toisistaan. Aamupalan säännöstely (tuotiin kerralla paikalle vain pieni määrä pekoneita jotka loppuivat puolessa minuutissa) ja se että pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin vaikka emme olisi sitä halunneet olivat hieman ärsyttäviä piirteitä, mutta muuten vierailu oli viihtyisä. Respan henkilökunnalla oli perus englannin kielen taso, mutta hotellissa työskentelevältä olisin ehkä odottanut vähän parempaa kielitaitoa.

"Not the best location"
I was not very happy about the location. The subway station was 1( minutes walk. The staff was not very helpful. I was expecting more
"Sun world hotel Beijing - good location"
Reasonable price hotel in a good location. Walking distance to the forbidden city. Subway station is a 5 min walk. Only problem is the air condition in the room - can be warm.

You will read other comments about the air conditioner issue, they are true my room was to warm most of the time almost to the point of being uncomfortable; however, if you can tolerate that the hotel is in an excellent location, has a friendly and helpful staff, and overall a great place to stay. While not hotel related, I would caution travelers to […] stay away from: 1) anyone who wants to show you art work, 2) anyone who wants to practice English with you over a cup of tea ( you will end up paying 700rmb for the privilege and 3) unmeatered taxi rides (1 unmetered cab tried to charge 300rmb for a 27 rmb fare) all of these are rip offs so beware travelers! "Good location helpful staff"
This was lower priced than other equivalent star rated hotels so I was a little apprehensive. However it was all good. Walkable to the main attractions and close to the subway. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

"no AC"
,location is good, room is cozy. but AC was not turned on except for a few hours before 11pm. i'm not sure about the daytime - was out all day. they turn it off at night and when i complained i could not sleep, they asked me to open my window. will definitely look for a room with a private AC next time, even if its 2 or 3 star

"SunWorld: great location, good value for money"
Very convenient location. Close to shopping, sights, banks and supermarket. Taxi is not a problem. Staff are respectful and helpful. The rooms we got are good. Recommended for practical travellers. Wired Internet is free in the room but you need to go to the lobby if you need a wireless connection. Overall experience is pleasant.

"Sunworld Hotel et godt sted at være"
Personalet er blevet meget bedre til at tale engelsk end ved sidste ophold for et halvt år siden. Morgenmaden kan nu indtages i den rigtige restaurant, en god forbedring. Restauranten er et besøg værd, rigtig god og varieret mad.

Alletiders hotel.God beliggenhed, næsten lige i " smørhullet " . 5 minutters gang til Wang Fujing gågade.Fik hjælp til en taxa med taxameter istedet for dem der holdt udenfor med voldsomme ågerpriser.God og hurtig betjening i receptionen.

"Lever opholdet op til mine forventninger?"
Hotellet ligger dejlig centralt i byen. Mulighed for at leje en cykel og opleve byen på gadeniveau. Mulighed for at booke på arrangeret turisttur til f. eks. the great wall. Fint uanset om man er på forretningsrejse eller man er turist i Beijing. Personalet er meget positivt indstillet på at hjælpe også selv om de ikke altid forstår mit skoleengelsk. "Sunworld - tæt på Beijing's gågade!"
Centralt placeret ift. gågaden - og et par gode trave sko og en 30 minutter senere står man på den himmelske fredsplads. Supermarked, McDonalds og KFC tæt på.
Sunworld er et OK sted, hvis man ønsker at se Beijing og omegn. Det ligger i gå-afstand til den forbudte by og den himmelske fredsplads - der er supermarked og fastfood restauranter tæt på. Ydermere ligger det tæt på Beijing's gågade, hivs man er til vestlige designer-mærkevarer og billige turist gadgets.
"Western standard and price with central location"
If you need some luxury, this hotel compares to good standard western hotels. For people like us that are on a lengthy vacation I would recommend a cheaper alternative
