Very nice, clean hotel with a good price thru hotels.com. Bed was comfortable. Excellent breakfast choices w/ egg rounds, sausage, breads, fruits cereals, yogurt, etc. Would stay again on another trip - easy drive to UMN Arboretum. I called ahead to find out what exit to use off of highway - helpful!

We all loved the stay at SpringHill Suites. The room was the perfect size for our family. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. We will be recommending this hotel to our friends and family.

My family and I really enjoyed this hotel. It was within walking distance of Cub Foods and a small strip mall that included JCPenny and Target. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. And the breakfast in the morning was amazing. Lots of choices. Close to Eden Prarie shopping Center and Mall of America. We will stay there again.

Room was a little tight, but had everything we needed. Pool area looked good and breakfast was decent. Nice area with 24/7 grocery store next door. Overall good value.

Just wanted a quick get-away. Small pool just right for kids, hot tub too. Excersize room. Near mall and lots of good food places. Affordable rooms, clean and fairly new - everything was in working order. Highly recommended.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I was very impressed with the clean, roomy hotel room. The room had a nice separate sitting area with a second TV and the kitchenette. A breakfast buffet is also included, the best we have EVER experienced that was included in the price of the room. We got a nice little suite here, very well laid out and pretty roomy. It actually had a big enough counter top in the kitchen area to prepare some food. The wireless connection actually seemed to be fast enough to get around the web without issue. We never saw the staff apart from the 2 minutes it took to check in - everything seemed to be clean and […] done, but we never saw anyone. The hotel was clean and in good condition. Staff were friendly. Breakfast had lots of choices and was well stocked. Pool area was small and echoed and it was very full when we were there - quite overwhelming - but not the fault of the hotel. Very good value for the dollars spent.

This hotel met our needs for a family getaway for a few days during spring break. It was clean, comfortable, had a great breakfast, and a great hot tub. Check in was easy. The common areas and room were as expected: Clean, inviting and nice. Only possible complaint was the toilet would continue to run some times.

"suite" might be stretching it a bit as there's no real separation between the sleeping and living areas. But, a decent value and a very good free breakfast.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff were always pleasant. The room was very nice for the money. The continental breakfast had a lot to choose from but I would get there early because it gets packed. I enjoyed my stay very much. I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

This was a fine hotel to stay at for the money. The breakfast was typical of a hotel that offers a hot breakfast. The room was a bit cramped, the pull out couch is right in front of the door so when the bed was out the only way to get to the other side of the room where the beds and bathroom are located is to climb over it. The pool area is very small […] as well. The location was perfect for our vacation plans, located within 20 miles of all destinations. There were also no carts to use the day we left as the housekeepers were using them to haul dirty laundry out of rooms, I felt this was a little inappropriate as they are an accomodation to hotel guests. outstanding hotel

I have experienced my share of hotel rooms and the room here was very spacious and clean. I was in a room right next to the elevator and the vending area and I was amazed that I did not hear a thing! The breakfast was great and provided several options too. I very much enjoyed my stay.

Got a great price, great breakfast, suite was quiet and neat. Lots of rooms, fridge and microwave. A little tricky to get there. I'm booking there every chance I get. Customer service at the desk and maintenance was superb. BBQ area, good pool, enough room in workout area with several machines.

If "Barry" wasn't working there, this hotel stay would have been okay. Customer service is not known to this man. Rude at check-in, and later when going down to get extra towels, had to wait and listen to him gossiping on the phone to a sister hotel. He clearly doesn't recognize that the customer is what makes his pay check.

I realy enjoyed having a comfortable chair and ottoman in the room instead of sitting in bed.

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were really big. the 2 tv's were nice .They need to but a door between the 2 rooms.Then you can hear the tv's.Shopping not very far away---which was great!!!!!We were only 10 minutes from Valley Fair and 10 minutes from Mall of America. It pays to shop on line for motels.

Great room for the money. We ended up staying an extra night. The location was perfect for our stay. The Eden Priarie Mall is just up the road. The breakfast buffet was very well stocked with breakfast items including make you own waffles. Pool was small but big enough for small children

Somehow in the advertising I had gotten the impression that there would be a sleeping area that was totally separate from the living area. My wife and I shared the room with our son and 8 year-old granddaughter. Without a door between the areas it made it difficult for anyone who wanted to either go to bed early or get up earlier than the others. We were looking for something near the airport and not too expensive. We found it at the Springhill Suites. Friendly employees and well located near the airport and many places to eat and shop. The indoor pool was a big hit with our 15mo old daughter.

We needed a room with 3 beds and found the Springhill Suites in Eden Prairie worked perfectly. Our room had two large queen size beds and a more than adequate pull out sofa sleeper. One small observation - once you pull out the sleeper sofa you could no longer get through the sitting area to the door, so plan on only pulling out the sofa at the last […] minute and not leaving it out all day. These rooms are also convenient because they have refrigerators and microwaves. The breakfast was busy each morning but always well stocked. The make your own waffles were popular. The sheets so soft, the bed so comfortable, few minutes from the Mall of America, and many restaurants just a few steps from the hotel, also grocery stores. Really please for what we paid and will go to the same place again.
