Great location. Breakfast buffet is a great bargain, especially if you're traveling with children. We stay there every time we visit Disneyland

The staff members there are out of this world awesome. Second stay for anniversary on May 1, 2012. We mentioned to front desk staff that we enjoyed room last year and she went out of her way to check us in early and get same room! Service is a huge part of your stay. I will recommend this hotel -a very clean and comforatable room right across the street from Disneyland, and for the price you just can't beat it. One of the better hotels on Harbor Blvd. for the price.

I booked this hotel because I was on a budget for our recent Disney trip. This is actually the second time I've stayed here. The first time was horrible with a dirty room with blood- stained curtains. I booked it again because my friend suggested we might have just had a fluke visit and we should give it another try. Turns out this is just the worst […] hotel ever. When I arrived I had to wait ten minutes to check in while the manager finished her conversation with the only front desk clerk. Then, our room was a little better than the last time with no blood, but the beds were EXTREMELY hard (and I even like hard mattresses). When I tried to take a shower in the morning there was rust and mold in the tub and the water temperature kept randomly fluctuating from scalding hot to really cold. At one point I had to step out of the stream for several minutes because I was afraid it would blister me. I tried changing the temp dial and it did nothing. There was a fridge in the room but no microwave so I had to stop at a gas station to heat up my leftovers one day. It's not a very close walk to Disneyland so we ended up paying for the Disney lot and the third party wifi they use us horrendous. A high price for a day, only one computer allowed at a time, and it kept kicking me off. Trust me. You are better off paying a tad more for a reasonable hotel stay. Lisätietoja

The hotel itself was alright, when I booked the room I did it over the phone because I like to make sure I understand correctly what I'm booking. However I was told by the hotels.com rep that my room included a rollaway bed, it DIDN'T! I had to pay an additional $15 per night +TAX for it so I was a bit disappointed by that extra out of pocket expence […] I had to pay! Lisätietoja

Good for kids and pretty quiet. We did find a gigantic cockroach in the room.

The hotel was adequate - the room smelled musty and stale. Only interacted with front desk staff who were friendly enough. Appreciated being able to park at hotel even though we arrived 4 hours prior to check-in time.

Very quiet and nice ,close to walking distance of convention center,disneyland and many good dining areas.Loved that windows open so you dont get that stuck in hotel feeling.

Not at all fancy, but it is in a wonderful location for Disneyland. Rooms are outdated and could use new ac units but does have a enormous pool and a resturant with a bar which is nice. All in all its a good place to stay especially for the money your paying.

Very close to Disneyland but very noisy and be careful in the bathroom... water temperature fluctuates greatly... warm to scalding and back for no apparent reason.

convenient, about a block and a half from Disneyland; rooms are old, need to be modernized; hot water took a long time to warm up; wi-fi and computer service not free but front desk was nice enough to print and order magic mountain tickets for us online

THE ROOM WAS GOOD THE HOTEL RESTAURANT WAS GREAT BUT THE BED WAS JUST HARD TO SLEEP IN AND YOU CAN HEAR FOOTSTEPS UPSTAIRS

As I say. Close to Disneyland. Thats all that this hotel really has going for it. Other than that it just looks like an OLD apartment building converted into a hotel. I won't stay there again

You get a little more then what u pay for. The hotel is old but clean. It has a nice but old tv and the room was large for my family of four. The only down side would be you have no wi-fi in the rooms. And bad front desk customer service. House keeping also looks unhappy. But for the price I would go there again.

Loved that we could park at the hotel hours before our check-in. Short quick walk to the main entrance of Disneyland!! Room was nice for the price!!!

Located close to the park, great value. I only wish they had free wi-fi! Room was clean and spacious. The staff was very nice ( not that we talked to them except at check in ). Would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

this is a good basic hotel, what makes it the best value is it's closness to Disenyland, rooms are what I expect of this level of a hotel and had no isses while staying here. I have stayed here 4-5 times and it has always been a good stay.

Convenient location to attraction, fair price for the accomodations, helpful staff, ease of checking in and checking out. Overall satisfied traveler.

My family had 3 rooms reserved at the Comfort Inn on Harbor Blvd. when we arrived it was a total DIVE, it was similar to a" rent-by-the-hour" or "rent-by-the-month" type of place (we did not book this hotel with Hotels.com- it was so bad we absolutely could not stay there! Of course it is spring break and we thought we would not find a decent room for […] a decent price, Hotels.com hooked us up with the Anaheim Plaza. The hotel could accommodated us with 2 rooms. We decided to share 2 rooms: The hotel was clean and had a Mexican restaurant on site (kids ate FREE!) they had an extremely nice hotel staff- HUGE heated pool (goes up to 11ft.) and hot tub. Clean towels were available right in the pool area. We were a little over a block and a half from the Disneyland entrance so walking was easy. My only disappointment was that we were offered a handicap room for four of us and another room for the other four family members, I stayed in the handicap room and the beds were really out dated and not very comfortable with older (like from the 70's) bedding. However the other room was great, you can tell it was updated and had nice beds with newer bedding. When we go back we plan on staying at this hotel for sure but will definitely NOT stay in the handicap accessible room. Lisätietoja

Room was what I expected. Clean on the surface but not really-- wouldn't recommend walking on the floor without socks/slippers on and wouldn't my kids sitting/crawling on the floor. The room decor was out dated and the towels were worn. But, factor in the close proximity to Disneyland and the cheaper hotel rate and parking rate and you might have a […] winner. Excellent location from the park. Staff was friendly and breakfast buffet was good. Our rooms balcony faced the fireworks at night! Hotel is dated but clean. Only complaint is when our neighbors turned on their shower you could hear an ear piercing sound, like a tea kettle boiling hot. But I would definitely stay there again!

Poor maid service. Common grounds and restaurant were good. Rooms questionable. This is an old hotel that needs remodeling but then the good price for the location will probably end.

Good room rates for a place to stay within walking distance to Disneyland. Plan on staying here again in a few months when we go back to Disneyland. Again, cheapest room closest to the park. Love that part.

They room was great. They young lady at the front desk was very accomidating. She put me right next to my cousin who was here visiting from Colorado. My only complaint is that the beds are VERY firm. Everything else was great.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels along this "strip" in front of Disneyland, and this is the worst. The word that best describes the front desk "help" - and I talked with 3 different people during the course of my stay -is "disinterested." The suspicious chunky brown deposit on the bathroom door frame made my stomach turn - but by the time we returned […] from the park, it was too late, and we were too tired, to protest. When I described the lack of overall cleanliness of the room, and the brown deposit in specific, upon checkout, the response was "Oh. You're bill is paid in full." Will not ever stay again. It's not an "on property" Disney resort and doesn't have all the luxuries that go with one, but it also doesn't have the price tag! The walk to the Anaheim Plaza from the main gate area of Disneyland was not much longer than from the main-gate through Downtown Disney to the Disneyland Hotel. Though the room decor is out-of date, the rooms are clean, […] decently spacious, with refrigerator and microwave. Very generous sized pool, jacuzzi, and deck area. Perfect for an afternoon Disneyland break. Far enough away from freeways to not hear them. I loved crossing one street and walking onto the hotel property, while watching most others having to continue their walk down, down, down, the street to other "near Disney" hotels. Great hotel, utilize the uncrowned restaurant for great food at reasonable prices. The wifi you have to buy and it's too much, if you try to use their business center it also charges by the minute. I hate being nickel-and-dimed! Pool is huge and cleaned once a week, Monday I believe, so weekend pool fun includes a pool filled with leaves and bugs and […] whatnot. Overall, I'd use it again. The hotel is old, very old. We were given a smoke free room but it still smelled so musty, as if the smoke from 20 years ago was still in the curtains. My kids were okay with it but the smell was bad to me. Stuffy and old. the location was really good, right there at the park. Check out different websites, I found three different price points.

Very comfortable the service was great, I would say the best part of my stay was the short distance to Disneyland.park.and restaurants,all very easy access. the landscaping at the hotel was very pleasing to see.

while the title "just steps from Disneyland gate" was a bit of a stretch...more like 1.5 blocks guys! The hotel was quiet, clean and the staff was polite and helpful. Attatched gift shop stuffed with everything one could want. well you get what you pay for......it was about a block from disneyland. lots of great restaurants near by. the hotel was not bad, the guest services could have been a little friendlier. the onsite restaurant was average. dinner was ok, but the buffet was good, very friendly staff, great value, you get a free kids buffet with a paid adult and it includes […] drinks. you get a discount for staying at hotel. i would stay again if i dont have other options at that time. My husband and I have stayed here quite a few times. It's about a black away from Disneyland. We find this hotel close to perfect for us because we bring our bicylces with us and most of the hotel rooms include either a balcony or patio for our bikes, and all the buildings have ramps so we don't have to worry about carrying bikes up the stairs. Drawbacks […] are: the beds, they're quite stiff, but at the end of a long day at the parks you don't notice too much. They do charge for parking which I don't understand at all. Also there is no continental breakfast. I find the staff to be friendly and helpful, and I really haven't had any problems with room cleanliness, customer service, or even nosiness. I took a one nighter at this hotel for a conference. Pros: Front desk was nice and helpful; The overall condition was not so shabby. Cons: One late night I was looking for water when coming back to the hotel. The first vending machine had a paper jam and couldn't take paper bills. Then, luckily I found the 2nd vending place but just to notice the inventory […] was emptied before night so nothing can be sold. I don't why they do this at all. Then I went back to my room and wanted use the coffee maker to heat tap water. The funny thing is the coffee maker was broken and it took me 20 mins to warm up the water a bit.
