Enjoyed my stay..older hotel but well maintained. Staff was friendly.

Clean and comfortable; very comfy bed; however, breakfast not at all appetizing or comfortable.

Nothing but great things to ay. Staff were amazing, room was terrific. I have stayed at other hotels in area and this one beats them all. Highly recommended!!!

The beds were comfortable but the pillows not so much. The room was the king suite and I was a bit dissapointed when I arrived. When I booked this room I selected this hotel specifically because of the whirlpool tub in the room. When I arrived in my room there was no whirlpool tub. I asked the young lady at the desk about it. She stated there was nothing […] that she could do because I already paid for my room through hotels.com and they could not do a price difference or switch it. I was very dissappointed since we were there to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. The the room itself was nice. It had a couch, chair with ottman, desk, coffee table, sink, mini fridge, and microwave. There is a Carrabas up the street however be warned it isnt that great. There is, however, a wonderful Brazilian steak house, na'Brasa, a few minutes away from the hotel. It is a bit expensive but by far one of the best meals you will have in your life. Reservations needed. I would recommend this hotel just based on the fact that the rooms were nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room as well as the rest of the hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was nice having 'fridge in the room for my medicine that needed to be kept cool and for our beverages. We didn't use the microwave but that also was a nice feature. I like having a small coffee pot in the room as well. Lighting was more than […] adequate and the large TV screen was enjoyable. Complimentary Breakfast in the lobby area was definitely a plus. beds are not comfortable. breakfast starting at 7 am is too late. why not 6 am like remainder of the week.

Nice hotel, nice grounds, pleasant room, clean, always put off by East Coast prices, but better than some.

This hotel is fine for a quick night's stay. The pool is very tiny and did not look perfectly clean. There is a Carrabras less than a minute away for convenience. Fine as a quick stop and stay.

I was extremely disappointed after being told this had a separate bedroom. Beds were only partially separated from the "living room" by a small partition. No privacy from the living room..

The service is what made my weekend getaway bad. At checkin the front desk agent takes my credit card and doesn't even explain how much she will be holding. Also directions to my suite# was poor. I was told to go the back door to unload my luggage. Bad part about this was the agent point to a picture for the door location. I later found another door […] that was a lot closer to the suite without me working through majority of the building. My suite was at the very end of the building. The agent never explained that there were carts to help me with bringing in my luggage. So I had to make several trips back and forth just to unload the luggage. The suite did not have all the sheets and the curtains did not close all the way. This allowed more sun in not allowing me to sleep late on my vacation. When I went to the Asst Gen Mgr and asked why is this not explained to guests. She looked at me like I'm getting on her nerves. All of the responses returned to me was with attitude and disturbing facial expressions. She not doing anything for me because I booked through hotel.com. The person responsible for the, small and overcrowded breakfast area also had attitude. The only person that gave me excellent guests service was a hispanic gentlemen on my floor from housekeeping. He greeted me and answered my question with a smile. However didn't see him until checkout. I'm glad I was only sleeping and bathing here. I wanted to go swimming but too small and overcrowded as well. Everything else about this place was good including location. Just avoid anyone in guest services and your trip will be good. I stayed at this hotel for business recently. It was clean and had a decent amount of room, set up in a suite layout. Had a little fridge and microwave. Walls were pretty thin and I could hear anything that went on in the hallway. Luckily there wasn't too much going on, so it wasn't very disturbing.

This facility is very clean, room is spaceous, staff is friendly. I could not ask for a better experience. I strongly recommend this to anyone.

We had a very nice night at the Springhill Suites in Willow Grove. Room was immaculate and quiet. Bed was remarkably comfortable. Pool was refreshing. Breakfast selection not as large as at some hotels that charge a bit more, but certainly adequate. Orange juice was low-end, though, so that could be improved. We plan to stay there again.

We booked this hotel for our family of four based on its proximity to the Keswick Theater. The special weekend pricing was an added bonus and the room exceeded our expectations overall. Quiet floors and two t.v.'s in our room! The breakfast area was somewhat congested, to be expected the morning of Thanksgiving, a busy travel time. I went as part of a traveling group; we checked in late and left in the morning. The staff were very cooperative to put our rooms near each other. We were surprised to originally be assigned king rooms when we requested double rooms, but they were able to exchange the rooms for us without a problem. Breakfast had many choices. Great deal overall.

Spacious and luxurious room. No complaints.

We had our granddaughter with us and she really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was wonderful especially the heart shaped waffles. On the negative side there were loads of children and it was a bit noisy. The hotel could use some sprucing up as carpet was worn in corridors, etc. Our room was very clean, however and comfortable.

We stayed at Springhill Suites for three nights with our 2 1/2 year old and 5 month old. It was perfect - the little kitchenette area with a sink, refrig and microwave, the 'living room' and bedroom. It was perfectly split up so if I got up early the light from the kitchen wouldn't wake everyone. Great room for the money. Only problem was that the pool was closed for painting.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the sitting area made for a home-like feel.

GREAT ROOM FOR THE MONEY, NEED AND QUIET HALLWAYS, NICE AND ROOMY IN THE ROOMS,BREAKFAST WAS FANTASTIC

When I booked this hotel, I had no idea that I was actually getting the "room" for about half price (compared to the standard rate). Nor did I fully understand from the photos just how large and well-amenitied the suites really are! Of all the hotels I have booked using hotels.com, this was not only the nicest, it was also the biggest surprise. The […] condition and cleanliness of the suite was flawless. It was divided into three areas: a living room-type sitting area, a kitchenette/work area, and a sleeping area. In addition, the bathroom was large and comfortable with a beautiful shower and a separate sink/vanity area, making it easier for two people to get ready in the morning. We were within a stone's throw of the very nice Willow Grove Mall just minutes away, and just a 15 minute drive from Franklin Mills and Neshaminy Malls. Also, if you're looking for a late night meal, we had a splendid meal at Lancer's Diner just one minute down 611... fantastic 24-hr breakfasts, dinners, and an all-night bakery! I now plan to look for a Springhill Suites wherever I am traveling as my first choice. Even at full-price, it would have been well worth the money, if a little outside my personal budget.
