Very nice, quiet and staff was very helpful

Convenient to Airport

The room I reserved with a King Bed was switched to a Queen bed room next to a room being gutted for remodel. The debris and dust in the hall and room was considerable. The hotel is adjacent to a very noisy freeway so there is a constant high level of noise.

My need was to be close to the airport, and that need was met. The place was clean, and even had a kitchen downstairs to serve food or give room service. The room had plenty of big soft pillows.

Hotel is undergoing renovation. New carpets, etc. in process. Service was nice and location convenient to convention center and airport. The food was just OK.

The room was nice, but sound from the room upstairs was so loud that it kept my kids awake. Somebody just walking around sounded as if Atilla the Hun was up there. Probably would not stay here again.

The hotel was good except it had a stench to it in the elevator and hallways. Luckily the rooms were great. We had a complimentary upgrade and it was very nice!

Overall the stay was good. Received two full beds instead of a king. Which was unpleasant but easy to deal with. Plus I was in a rush to get into the city. There was know soap to wash your hands/shower. Just Shampo and lotion. Beds were clean. Took roomservice like 20 minute to bring some so not bad service. The hotel was really nice. the staff was friendly. the little bar/resturant was exactly what i was in the mood for. the only thing that was missing was a pool. it would've been nice to take a swim after a long flight. overall, great hotel.

This was the perfect place. Our flight got in late and it was only two miles from the rental car place.

Great hotel. Got a great rate. It was just for an overnight stay to catch a plane the next morning and I wish I could have stayed longer. We got in really late and the night clerk was very helpful with us having a wheelchair. They have a lift for the few steps going into the lobby. The worst looking hotel I've stayed at since I was poor and Motel 6 was all I could afford. Filthy hallway carpets, large dark stain on chair, wi-fi didn't work well, key card was defective, only one of four ice machines worked, etc. Have stayed there before but never again. Hard to believe that Starwood allows this to be part of their brand!

This hotel is like other Four Points except it was very shabby and unkempt and much in need of renovation. I wouldn't stay there again until it was renovated and cleaned up!!

This hotel was one of our favorites whenever we were traveling to the SF Bay area. We liked it because it was near SFO and the Bart. We could leave our car at the hotel, catch the shuttle to SFO, then catch the BART and go everywhere we wanted. We were quite surprised to find this hotel in such disrepair. It has been a scant year .and a half since we […] stayed there. I was totally embarrassed that I brought my wife to such a place. Certainly not what we expected upon arrival. Sheraton has much work to do to bring this hotel up to even minimum specifications for a good hotel. the only reason we stayed after checking in was that the staff attempted to put the best face on things. I love the Starwoods group of hotels, but this was very disappointing. The rate was high compared to the actualy quality.

I've stayed here several times for an overnight on long trips. Hotel is fine. Bar and small restaurant in the lobby is a nice convenience for this kind of airport hotel. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Front desk staff are pleasant and helpful with special requests. The only negatives I've noticed are that the hall carpet on some floors is nearing […] the end of its useful life and the airport shuttle service is slightly inconvenient in that it stops at three other hotels coming and/or going. I have always relied on Starwood's hotel brands, but this hotel does not meet the standards. Hotels like this may affect people's perception of Starwood as a reliable brand.

I stayed here for one night, it was horrible. The room was old, dirty and dingy. The parking is bad, the entrance to the hotel is terrible. I do not recommend this hotel even for a one night stay.

The only thing good about this hotel is that its very close to the airport, i happened to rent a car and we had a very late flight and had to start driving the next day , so that was very convenient. The hotel itself is maybe at the most 3 star, you don't want to spend a single extra second in it unless you actually have to. Everyone here was so nice, it was so close to the airport. The room was huge, bed so clean and comfortable. We slept like babies. =) I would definately go back.

Mold in Bathroom, TV that had snow, staff that was less than attentive... I'm a Starwoods Preferred member and they thanked me then ignored me for the stay (on night stop over). I ended up across the street at the Holiday Inn for dinner and was treated like a guest. Oh, and one of those "Jerry Springer" type shows on in the lobby when I was leaving, […] come on...!!!! This hotel is old and tired. Cracks in the shower wall and a ceiling fan in the bathroom that was so noisy it could wake the dead. Also, you do not get Starwood credit if you book through hotels.com. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Room given to us furthest from elevator and closest to interstate hwy. Long haul from room @ 6am with no help available with 4 bags . No sleep b/c of taffic noise all night. Thank you Hotel.com .

But this place is a dump in 2011. For the price they are charging, I'd expect at least some light renovations but there were none. The sheets were stained as was the carpeting. The hotel reeked of old dirt and dust. There are way better airport options.

Perfect last night stay in San Francisco, great for the price! We had to return a car which was very convenient, and then on to the airport.

NO internet or poor internet access, once thre are too many resident in the hotel, Internet dropped

Would go back anytime. Great location and price.

Close to airport and located in convenient location. Easy access to both Freeways 101 and 280. The price is good for the quality of hotel.

While the staff was hospitable and the price was good, the quality of the hotel isn't what I would expect from a Starwood property. Looked like it was an old hotel that had been bought and not properly renovated.

This hotel is a good choice for a brief stay near the SFO airport. It is safe, quiet, clean and provides WIFI in the room. Parking is inexpensive and in a covered garage area. Staff is friendly and helpful.
