Tämän 4-tähden majoitusliikkeen (hotelli) liiketoimintapalveluihin kuuluvat liiketoimintakeskus, kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja limusiinipalvelu. Majoitusliikkeen (kylpylä hotelli) ravintolapalveluihin kuuluvat ravintola, kahvila ja allasbaari. Henkilökunta voi järjestää: matkajärjestelyt / lippupalvelu, hääpalvelut ja tilaisuuksien tarjoilut. Tyynyvalikoima on saatavissa.Langaton ja langallinen nopea Internet-yhteys (maksullinen) on käytettävissä. Televisioissa on parhaat satelliittikanavat ja maksulliset elokuvat. Huoneissa on työpöydät, ilmainen sanomalehti arkipäivinä ja kaiutinpuhelin sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Kylpyhuoneissa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä, kylpytakit, designer-hygieniatuotteet ja meikkaus-/parranajopeilit.

Club-tason huone 10-kerroksessa oli mitä mainioin. Hintaan kuului aamiainen sekä mahdollisuus klo 17-20 ilmaiseen snacksiin loungessa. Aivan mainio hotelli, kannattaa kytätä tarjouksia!

Ystävällinen henkilökunta, toimiva hotelli hyvä aamiainen. Siisti huone. Pikku miinukset huoneen ollessa moottoritien puolella ja ilmastoinnin meluisuus, mutta miellyttävä kokemus.

Tämä hotelli sijaitsee lähellä lentokenttää, joten tämä on hyvä valinta, jos on aikainen lento ja haluaa nukkua vähän pidempään. Hotelli on tyyliltään modernimpi kuin suurin osa hotelleista USA:ssa. Kylpyhuone on armottoman ruma. Ovi ei mene kunnolla kiinni ja maali hilseilee seinistä. Huone on kuitenkin muuten ihan mukava. Saattaisin mennä uudestaan, jos hinta olisi samalla tasolla kuin tällä vierailulla oli. Kenttähotellit ovat Los Angelesissa melko hintavia.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.

The hotel was not 4 Star. The location is good but the bathroom door wouldn't stay open, the toilet flush sprayed water, the a.c. Didn't work well, the shwer head was bad. The view and bed were the only good things about the room.
"Great location for Grauman's"
Good location for the most interesting parts of Hollywood, short drive to Universal Studios. Hotel very comfortable but charge for wifi is very expensive at $12.95. All other hotels on our trip had free wifi, and this was the most expensive hotel we booked so expected some perks such as free wifi.

Location! Perfect location to visit Hollywood. We booked the Executive Large Room and we were impressed. They provided us with two king size beds, can easily accommodate 4 people. Definitely recommend this place if you want to visit Hollywood.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. Location is perfect. Located just next to Hollywood Blvd, it is situated right next to a shopping/eating complex. From there you have the Blvd which is just a walk away. It is just 15 mins drive away from Universal Studios & approx 15-20 mins away from many shopping destinations/outlets. When checking in, we were […] given the option to upgrade to a suite that was very spacious for 3 people, which gave us access to a Club lounge (with free breakfast and wifi, mags/tv, coffee). We also had the perfect view of the Hollywood sign from our hotel room. The only thing I can fault is when we were given the option to upgrade our room to a suite, this would include in-room internet and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. We used these services as we thought it was included in the upgrade. However, this was not the case. It was not made clear to us that the free breakfast and internet was in the Club Lounge only. We therefore had to pay for these services on top of the upgrade! The hostess however was nice enough to waive the internet charges when we brought this to their attention. "Renaissance - a long way from L"
The Renaissance is ideally located for those that want to spend a day exploring Hollywood. It is situated just off Holywood Blvd and next to the Koday theatre so all of the Hollywood things you need to see (eg walk of fame, Chinese Theatre etc are right next door). There is no free internet connection anywhere in the hotel - ie not even in the lobby and the buffet breakfast was ok .. but if it is not included in your rate then you are probably better off going to one of the other restaurants/coffee shops nearby. The level of service was amazing! It was our 1 year anniversary and I called ahead to have flowers delivered to the room. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite and we not only found flowers but chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of champaign! WOW!!! LOVE this hotel and will stay again...

It came down to choosing here or the W in Hollywood, and I'm happy with my decision. If you're planning on clubbing at Drais 100%, then maybe choose the W. This hotel is an overpriced, glorified Holiday Inn. I would never stay here again. They charged me an upgrade to look at an alley with a view of some houses. Total rip off. The Renaissance is perfect for a night in Hollywood, especially if you're going to the Hollywood Bowl. The shuttle bus picks up and drops off immediately next to the hotel.
