I had a conference at the Hilton Squaw peak resort one block away. Saved a ton staying at this hotel. Overall the room was perfect. Micro, fridge, clean, wifi, and best of all TERRIFIC staff. I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel and on the 3rd night halfway through my shower the hot water stopped and there was just cold water! I waited for several minutes and it never came back. Hot water was working in the sink so I don't understand what happened. I had to rush for the airport and my meeting so I never got a chance to complain about this […] matter to the front desk. This hotel is friendly, clean and has a great location for our needs. The breakfast is awesome. We stay here every year when we come to PHX.

The hotel was well located and the staff was extrememly friendly and helpful. The pool was warm and inviting and the hot tub worked very well. It was very convient to have a full breakfast available every morning. We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Plus in Phoenix.

Beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and comfortable. Room faced onto Northern Av. so traffic could be noisy. Wall-mounted, flat-screened TV was nice. Hotel was out of the way of attractions, resturants and shopping.

Booked a suite, studio suite, which equals a room, not a suite. Wouldn't of cared but my family was joining me on the last night and I needed the food out couch. I stay in hotels a lot and the are many reasons I don't do Best Western's, staying here reminded me of all of them.

Always an excellent place to stay. Close to spring training ball fields. Also close to a number of good restaurants. Carlos O'Brien has great Happy Hour prices and it is within walking distance of the hotel.

We were lucky enough to arrive on the night of the managers bbq. We were greeted with free dinner, wine and beer. Breakfast was provided every morning. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Neighborhood was very clean. Lots of local bistros close by.

too much money for the amenities. Looks like a hotel where people stay for long periods of time. Example, there is a guy living at the end of our floor who is living there with a dog.

The hotel is a little older than some but super clean, great location. Jr. suites are a little small but perfect for two people. Quiet area, very close to major highway. Their guest service is great, the free breakfast is really a breakfast and very good, Starbucks coffee too! I would stay there again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was basic, but delicious. This is a basic hotel with a few extra conveniences, like a frig and coffee maker in the room. However the trade-off is a little less room space. Only other drawback was no elevator to the second floor.

We stayed over Christmas at this hotel and felt very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, despite having to work over the holiday. The rooms are quiet and clean and conveniently located near (1/2 mile) from the highway. We chose the hotel partially due to their dog friendly policy. We would stay again.

Very clean and modern room at this Hotel. Was very impressed with the Customer Service and hotel grounds. However, I booked this hotel reservation online 3 weeks in advance. Once I arrived for check-in for my one night stay.....they did not give me the room I had reserved. Instead it was a smaller room for the same price. They stated the hotel was completely […] booked. Family vacation, catch a Cardinals game. Very clean and up to date hotel. Staff and breakfast was great. Appearance and pool was very good also. Only drawback is that the rooms are too small for 2 queen beds and the mattress was very, very firm.

Very good stay. Located only 5 minutes rfom where I needed to be and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. That comes in handy when you're traveling with a 3-year-old. Even with a miscommunication and poteltial problem, the staff handled it as if it was a non-event and fixed it immediately. Thank you very much!

We booked this based on others reviews. Staff was amazing! Very accommodating! But we didn't have towels in room and remote didn't work. Also, no elevator. So if you have lots of heavy luggage, ask for 1st floor.

An excellent, comfortable and pleasant place to stay. I slept well each night and would recommend it to anyone. In fact this was my second stay at the motel when in town.

Best Western Plus Phoenix was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast and afternoon get together. Best of all, I discovered that I left a new purchase, in the bag with tags and receipt, in the room when we checked out. I discovered the loss the next day while already in another city. Called and the hotel had it in the office for me.

1st room I was given A/C was not working properly. The temp was set to 87 degrees. Desk clerk wanted to send over maint... I was tired after a long drive, after my insistence, she gave me another room. That evening, a man came running down the walk, and hit my windows! Thankfully it did not break. We were upgraded to an executive suite with two rooms and two bathrooms, two Sony TVs etc. The breakfast was very good and plentiful, the staff were polite and helpful, the internet connection was fast and strong. The whole place had been renovated recently and the room's fittings were new with a Sony flat screen TV on the wall. The beds and pillows were ultra comfortable and the sheets were clean. My daughter had a volleyball tournament at the Phoenix Confention Center. This hotel was wonderful and at a great price. The bed was very comfortable, especially after a drive from Texas. We felt the service was excellent, the rooms clean but the double queen was a little tight, the breakfast was fairly good and we appreciated it being free. My big disappointment was the greenish pool, it needed cleaned and I was really looking forward to swimming. The hot tub was great! The hotel was okay. I had problems with the shower not draining correctly and the air condition not working on the last day of my stay. I did not address it with the staff until it was time to check out. The staff members were cordial.

Where to begin... Although pictures are often of the nicest rooms and of the hotels' facilities, my initial thought was that I checked into the wrong property. Carpet was stained & worn throughout the property. My room was severely dated including furniture, paint & TV... Bed was somewhat comfortable, bedding was clean, as was the bathroom. The staff could not have been nicer. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really great. We have stayed at cheaper places that were total dumps and more expensive places that were noisy and snooty. This Best Western was reasonably priced and very pleasant. We will be back.

This was a nice hotel. Our room was clean, and the "free" breakfast was a real breakfast (eggs, sausage, hashed browns, waffles, etc). Only two issues for us. 1. A towel shortage. 2. The room setup. I reserved a room there because it was a "suite" hotel. The second room of a "suite" is great since my wife and I often wake on different schedules. Problem […] was... this is not a suites hotel (even though our room was called a suite... it was just a room. So if you are looking for a "suite" you won't find it here. My work was having an event at a larger hotel down the road that was more expensive and kind of a pain to deal with. I'm glad I decided to stay at the Best Western here. The rooms look like they had been recently remodeled and were large and clean. I felt like it was a lot of room for the money.
