lovely hotel very clean room and friendly staff. Tv in room did keep going off but other than that room was lovely. Breakfast was nice with a good selection. Hotel was conveniently situated to the NIA where we were attending a show. The breakfast was very good. Room well appointed. Unfortunately when we returned to our room late at night a fight was taking place in the corridor and room next dooor.There was a lot of upset and we eventually settled down to sleep at 1.30 am after reception let us know the […] police had evicted the men! Jurys Inn Birmingham is a reasonably priced hotel I have used a few times. It's location is very convenient. The bathrooms in the guestrooms do feel quite institutional but otherwise the rooms are quite comfortable, if somewhat basic. The place is very clean, warm and you feel safe. The staff are friendly tho the bar is usually undermanned. And for […] a supposedly Irish branded hotel, their Guinness leaves a lot to be desired. Breakfast is what you would expect and deserves no complaint. I would rate this hotel well ahead of other similarly priced hotels in the area and even a few more expensive ones. Parking was reasonably priced. I have paid more and paid less in the past for this hotel and each time was satisfied. I will definitely stay here again. Lisätietoja

The hotel was in an ideal location for our trip to Birmingham. Breakfast was excellent given the price we paid. We never waited and the food stocks were well maintained and hot. Despite explaining to reception that breakfast was included in our room rate we were told each morning that we had to pay for breakfast... Clearly a lack of communication between […] departments. Hotel walls are paper thin and you can pretty much hear everything on your floor, we were kept awake by the lifts travelling up and down the shaft... The Jury's inn was a really nice hotel to stay at when taking a city break in Birmingham's city centre. Despite it being on a main road filled with nightclubs and bars the hotel was quiet, security checked our passes on entry at the evening to make sure we were guests and the room was great to spend the night. Booked a room that should have had two double beds, got checked in ok and went into the room to find one double bed and a single sofa bed!! Tried calling reception but no answer then when going to reception we were told there was nothing they could do!! Very poor when we paid upfront for the booking and didn't get what we paid for!! Had family room for 4 but only two of towels,mugs etc. Why of why do they only supply one pillow each when everyone I know has two pillows, expect this at travel lodge but not Jury Inn. Had bar food, ordered apple pie and custard, pie icy cold custard!! watery yellow sauce, also assorted ice cream, got choc flavour only. My husband and I decided on this hotel to take our two children to the NIA, to see Disney on Ice, the convenience was brilliant, although we were put on the 15th floor, which I didnt like, the staff were generally very friendly although at times, I felt unless you was wearing a suit, you didnt fit in.....The breakfast was first class, even though they […] did try to charge us twice for it.....I would stay here again, not only for the fact that it was a lovely room, and I liked the fact that my children slept in the same room as us, which made their security even more paramount for me, it was clean, and tidy, although they should give you provisions for a family staying in the same room (i.e towels, tea and coffee facilitys etc)....I would recommend it to any family....x Lisätietoja

Needed hotel close to NIA for concert. Excellent choice, 2 double beds in reconditioned room. Excellent VFM

The hotel is situated on the main street where the bars are, which was great for us. It was jus a short walk to the shopping area which was also a bonus. Breakfast seemed a bit pricey so we opted out, but there's plenty of other places close by to get a cheap breakfast. Lovely hotel and great room with two double beds. Recently refurbished - everything new! Only complaint was the drilling that woke us at 9am (after a late night). Apparently renovations were being carried out on the floor below. Shame we hadn't been offered a room on a higher floor. Reception did pay for our overnight car parking as compensation. A very nice hotel conveniently located in Birmingham. The bedroom was spacious and of a high standard but we were disappointed by the lack of heating on what was a cold weekend. The breakfast provided was excellent.

Lovely room on the 13th floor so the view was good. Car park very close to hotel. Close to NIA, 5 minute walk. Everything was just fine, what more can I say. Thoroughly reccomend the hotel.

Handy for the nightlife around Broad St, about 15 min walk to shopping centre. Good breakfast, currently being re-furbished, good sized room and breakfast - great value!

Excellent location for NIA, New St train station, and shops, very friendly staff, helpful and very considerate, prompt check in/out. outstanding breakfast, and service, lovely rooms, remarkable value for money.

Jury's is a business hotel, central to all amenities and has great offers at weekends and holidays. The buffet breakfast is substantial and varied, so there's always something that meets your needs.

Unfortunately our room 1205, had a connecting door to the next room, which was occupied by a family. The noise,although not rowdy, went on until the early hours and was enough to keep us awake until 5 am. This was due in particular to the linking door which made the room unsound proof . Close to Broad St.so be prepared at weekends for a lot of young, hedonistic behaviour. Enjoy or keep away.

We were made to feel welcome by reception staff and to feel important by the resturant staff. The atmosphere was welcoming and the rooms very clean and tidy.

Fantastic value for money with the Xmas Eve special price which included a comfortable & spacious double room and an enjoyable & filling breakfast.

Stayed on Christmas eve and had a great reception and lovely room. I asked for a quiet room away from the lifts and I had this, untill 12.30am when the next door room came in playing loud music and talking loudly. After about an hour I was about to call reception but I heard a loud knock and it was security in the hotel asking them to be quiet. The […] breakfast was included on the deal I had the next day and was basic but filling. Jury's Inn Birmingham was a pleasant surprise. Very well appointed and comfortable room. Huge reception and restaurant made the whole experience very good.

Brilliant hotel, the staff were lovely and friendly and the food was amazing. The room was very comfortable and i couldn't have asked to stay in a better hotel.

Jury's Inn is a great place to stay if you wan to be close to everythig going on in Birmingham. This hotel has a good standard of accommodation and an excellent breakfast. It is well positioned for the NIA The REP and the Symphony hall.The Christmas deal is fantastic value for money for this hotel.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, very close to the city center and literally a few minutes from the Xmas market. Lots of restaurants nearby made it even more convienient. As we travelled with an infant child, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Will definitely come back again if we visit Birmingham again

They advertise a relaxing break in the heart of the city, yes its in the heart of the city, but to woken each morning including sunday by a workmans hammer drill doesn't make for a relaxing break the drilling went on most of the day, if this was a holiday abroad i would sue the travel company, the paint fumes were over-powering at times, the heating […] is hit and miss, and what with it being winter it would have been nice to come back to a warm retreat. not impressed at all Lisätietoja

Great city cebtre location with a little road noise if you are above broad street itself. Staff very professional but a little impersonal with the interaction. Rooms were seriously outdated and in need of modernising, very old facilities and old bed, not worth the extra above the Novotel or Travelodge
