Located on main east-west avenue through Hemet. Close to downtown and several restaurants. Surrounding neighborhood is a bit depressed. Lobby makes good first-impression. Check-in was friendly and efficient.

Well, its better than sleeping in your car...

Good quality for the price. Ample parking, convenient location.

I chose American Best Value for the low price, it accepted dogs, and the reviews were positive. Unfortunately, the room smelled and bathroom was dirty. Obviously, they don't adequately care for the rooms they give to the people with dogs.Neighborhood was bad, homeless people very near premises. Would not recommend.

Hotel check in staff very nice. Hotel room could have used a though wipe down, bathroom door had body fluid stain. TV had green stripes on 3 of channels. Beds were very uncomfortable. Spa not heated nor the pool.Really the only nice thing about the room was being able to check out the next day.

The people really made this hotel special. There was plenty of room, a nice pool and spa but it was the staff that made it memorable. The beds were a bit hard but Starbucks is right across the street!! Best location in Hemet.

Nice, clean, comfortable. If you're looking for a good place to stay for overnight and nothing else this is a good motel. Lobby closes at night and doesn't open until 7AM. No coffee, no papers just a quiet room to sleep in. Does have HiSpeed internet.

The air conditioner did not work in the first room given to us. We had to get the manager to change our room. It had been 100 degrees that day and the room was like a hot oven when we arrived.

You really get what you pay for. The room was okay but what my husband and I could not understand was why didn't they allow us to have a room on the second floor when it seemed like nobody was occupying any of them. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Carpet was wet and moldy. Beds were not comfortable. Only able to stay in the room for 8 hours before checking out and getting a new hotel. Not recommended to anyone and recommend removal from hotels.com website. No one should have to pay to stay at this location.

Large Room, Friendly Staff, Great Value for the price. I would stay again.

Hotel is used up, old everthing, sink had rust in it, the bed was hard as a rock, carpet very soiled. Rust marks in shower.

very plain place in need of paint in the front. Continental breakfast was very meager and they werent' even open when they claimed to be open - we had to knock on the door to get them to open things up.

not luxuious, but convenient. more than adequate. compared to the others in the area, need to improve continental roll selection and offer tea .

...lived up to it's name! I had called and confirmed my late check in (I rode down from Berkeley) and when I arrived I was greeted by name! Unusual by most standards, but I found not for my stay this time. my room was clean, freshly made up and well-lit. There was ample hot water and pressure, the staff was engaging and pleasant and very professional. […] The tv worked (tho it typically only serves as background). When I approached the young lady who, on my first morning, was cleaning rooms and asked that she not bother until I checked out she assured me that she didn't mind at all checking in with me in the mornings to re-stock anything I needed. And she did! (I do hope y'all remember to tip the help!) Again a nice change...my departure was to come at 0'dark thirty, so my check out was non-existent. Overall the place was quiet, clean and a very pleasant experience. The bed, tho harder than most may appreciate, was perfect for this ol' bear! I *will* stay there again when I have the opportunity. bed was horrible. very hard. hubby slept on sofa. it really wasnt any better.

Good choice for the price. Unit was roomy and everything worked. Not cleanest or most attractive, but met the need.

I would not nor could not ever recommend this hotel. pillows were so thin and so were the wall. Rooms and office had strange smell. Loud noises from the heater. And a continental breakfast is not "little debbie" honeybuns and sunny d. Would never stay here again.

We were satisfied of the location and the amenities that were available to us. We would stay there again.

This motel suited our need. We were in town for a funeral. The mortuary was only a few blocks away. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the office staff friendly. The continental breakfast wasn't too good; Little Debbie wrapped cinnamon rolls, coffee and Sunny D. Overall, we would stay here again.
