This hotel was great. The people there clearly liked their jobs and enjoyed where they worked. The hotel is beautiful and has a lot of fun things to do... Games, art, drinks. Plus, the tv was awesome. I wanted to steal it but couldn't figure out how to get it past the front desk.

Newly remodeled and very clean. Great hotel staff. Very convenience to everything in the Union Square district. A restaurant on site would be nice, otherwise good place for a reasonable price.

I chose this hotel because it was a little more boutique than the chain hotels and it was ideally located near the Powell Street BART station (easy assess to SFO) and Union Square. The hotel has been recently renovated and the amenities were excellent, including the lush bed, the bathroom & walk in shower, desk setup. I used to stay at this location when it was the Milano Hotel and loved it then. It has gotten even better at the Zetta. They are attempting to be more green which I love. The room was clean, and quiet. I liked the modern decor. The large bottles of shampoo/rinse/soaps will cut down on plastic waste. While the restaurant was not up and running, plenty of good choices were close by and they had room service from local restaurants delivered. The lobby was fun and the room was quite comfortable and nicely designed -- fresh, not the standard fare. The staff was friendly and helpful.

this new hotel, whilst being attractive and having very comfy beds, wont stay open long if they dont shape up. upon arriving in my room the first thing i was met with was a light switch that wasnt hooked up to anything. the second night when i got back i found out the lamp i was using didnt have its head secured properly and the power in my room went […] out. when i went to the front desk they said it should get fixed tomorrow and i could just bring all my devices to the front desk to charge. when i asked about being compensated in some way for the inconvenience the issue was dodged. well the power did get fixed and they plugged both a lamp and the bedside lamp into the light switch (so i had to manually turn them both on and off and still not use the switch unless i was leaving). fast forward to day 3, my room has yet to be cleaned and i have to call the front desk to send someone up. at no point during the trip do i think they changed the sheets (instead just smoothing them back down). they also never changed the cups i used, just leaving them as is. and when needing the car it would take 15-30 minutes (for which you are paying $50 a night). i also saw another guest whom they had put in a smaller room than he had booked and trying to get out of letting him pay for the smaller room they ended up putting him in, instead wanting to charge him for the large room he didnt get. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. My room was large and quite comfortable, as was the bathroom. However, the hotel isn't quite finished yet. The lobby bar was not open and the fire alarm wasn't operational. One other minor annoyance was the in room refrigerator which I had to unplug due to the abnormally loud sound of the compressor. The game room area was definitely a highlight of the hotel. I also loved the modern aura and furniture of the hotel. Rooms were very nice and hotel was very well kept. Great hotel. Staff was so nice it was almost too much. Neighborhood a little iffy after dark -- saw a full on police takedown a block up the street on my way to restaurant. Only truly iffy part was the fact that they still had no functioning fire alert system. Looking forward to staying again once the hotel has been completed.

The staff was much too intrusive. Needs more training on how to manage their work with guests and at what hours. I had 3 construction guys knock at 4pm and ask to come into my room to tinker w my shower. They should do that while guest are out of their room. This place was pretty amazing. What my room lacked in size, it made up for in style. It was the perfect combination of form and comfort. I fell in love with the design - the floor to ceiling headboard, the industrial lighting, the modern art work ...that chair! I walked in, died and went to interior design heaven. Yes! It was that amazing. More amazing […] still is that I was in San Francisco for the first time and had to convince myself that a swank dinner and salsa dancing was worth leaving the comfort of my room. Whether you're on business travel but way too cool for a Hilton, or a visiting big-city socialite, you'll love it here. So why not a perfect score? Like every new development (or major hotel overhaul), there were a few kinks to iron out. My light switch didn't seem to be wired properly. I had to mess around with the plugs to get the lights out without killing the alarm clock.There's a device that allows you to stream content from your smart devices to the TV but my TV wouldn't find the signal. I stayed at Zetta on Business attending a conference at Moscone Center. Very convenient location to MC, restaurants, bars, shopping. Loved my room. It was off the street and very qiuet. The staff is new so they are a littel disconnected. Elevator is horrible. Overall I really liked this hotel

This property is not ready to stay in. I'm sure it will be very nice once the construction is complete but I do not recommend it until then.

This hotel is newly remodeled and has some issues, but they are working out the bugs. During my three night stay, I experienced: being checked in to a room that wasn't cleaned; elevator delays/outages; paint smell and a heating/cooling system that ran constantly.

I do not recommend this hotel at all until they are finished. We had the following issues: room was missing multiple items including a remote control, unfinished hallways with tools lying around, restaurant not open as it was still under construction and the elevators breaking five different times which forced us to use the stairs. 시내에 위치한 호텔로 위치 Good! 직원들 서비스 Very Good! 다만 조식 레스토랑이 없는 부분이 약간 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 아침에 로비 라운지에 마련된 Complimentary coffee & bread는 Good! 향후 출장시에도 또 이용할 예정입니다.

Als wir das Hotel betraten wurden wir zuerst von einem im Weg stehenden Baukran begrüßt. Die in der Beschreibung genannte Bar ist nicht fertig, ebenso wie das Fitnessstudio. Überall wird noch gebaut. Da wir vor dem normalen Check In eintrafen wurde uns gesagt, dass das Zimmer noch nicht leer sei und wir zu einem abgemachten Zeitpunkt wieder kommen sollten. […] Als wir dann erschienen brauchte man 30 Minuten um uns eine Zimmerkarte zu erstellen. Anschließend ging ich mit dem Kofferboy zum Zimmer. Beim betreten war klar, dass das Zimmer noch bewohnt ist. Also wieder zu Rezeption. Es hieß One Second. Und der Mann der Rezeption verschwand. 20 Minuten später ließ er sich noch immer nicht blicken. Auf Anfrage wurde eine Stornierung der Buchung beschlossen, da anscheinend kein Zimmer aktuell bezugsfähig war. Man notierte Mail und Telefonnummer und wollte mir eine Bestätigung der Stornierung schicken. Diese habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten! Mal von meiner persönlichen Lage abgesehen, hat das Hotel eine sehr gute Lage! Alles, sobald es fertig gebaut ist, sieht super aus. Das Pesonal wirkt derzeit noch überfordert und ist recht jung. Man stellte uns Notebook und Kameraausstattung in den Gang, sodass jeder Zugriff darauf hatte bis ich mir die Sachen selbst wieder genommen hatte. Also das Hotel ist in 1 bis 2 Monaten sicherlich top. Aber derzeit noch nicht. Zu beachten sind auch die hohen Parkgebühren. Es gibt nur Valet Parking für 50 Dollar plus Steuern und evtl. Trinkgeld.
