My stay was for a little over a week for spring break. I had my boyfriend and two teenage boys so the room was just fitting for us. The staff from our first check in until check out was very wonderful! We enjoyed morning breakfast everyday and to tell ya the truth I didn't want to leave! I was about to ask about the help wanted sign on the door! lol. […] The only thing that bothered me during my stay was not even hotel related really. The street going into the driveway and out of the drive way would scrape the hitch on my car really bad because it dips. I really liked the white cover decor better than some of the rooms. We stayed in room 220 some minor repairs to the bathroom would be suggested such as the door knob, tub, shower curtain but the housekeeping staff were also on top of everything! I will book again! A small hotel tucked along a busy street. Underground parking means hauling suitcases up 1 flight of stairs (2 if you're on the second floor) but since it's a small hotel, you don't have to take it very far. Staff was friendly. checked in around 11 pm. Walking upstair to the motel room. Pass by a room full of partying college kids. The front desk clerk came to confront me (he thought we were the persons making that noise.) My family had a nice stay and very please. The only problem I have is a bit noisy in the morning due to the way hotel was build.

The hotel is comfortable and off from a main street. The underground parking was a little inconvenient but not crazy, The furniture was outdated but not bad, TV was good. the refrig plug is loose and it was not on when i arrived i plugged it in and saw it needs repair. otherwise it was a pleasant stay

We come to Redondo Beach at least once or twice a year. We specially come down in January because it's my wife's birthday. We normally stay at Best Western Redondo Beach Inn. 1850 South Pacific Coast Highway, Redondo Beach, Ca 90277. This time we decided to try some where little cheaper and we found Ramada limited. 435 S Pacific Coast Hwy, Redondo Beach, […] CA, 90277. Best western positive and negative: Positive: breakfast is better than Ramada, walking distance to the beach, indoor Jacuzzi, quite, clean room. Towels were better quality. Negative: room rate is higher than Ramada, if we want to go to a pier we had to drive and fight for the parking and pay for the parking. We had to pay extra if you wanted microwave in your room. Ramada limited positive and negative: Positive: my bed was very comfortable, had old microwave(no charge), 2 block away from pier and the beach, liquor store next door, wood floor inside our room, this room is good as best western, had flat screen TV. When we got to Ramada we didn't used our car for anything. Everything we needed was a walking distance. cleaning ladies and staff were very nice. Negative: the walls are too thin, breakfast is really poor. they only had waffles no egg, bacon, sausage or hash brown. water pressure is kind of low, Jacuzzi is kind of far away and it was not working, towel was in poor condition and had to ask for extra towels. TV remote "sucks". had a minor problem with hotel card key. * Will my family stay at Ramada instead of best western? "YES" because after being loyal to best western we got nothing in return. I ask for some kind of discount but hotel manager said "NO we have nothing for us". Very satisfied with our stay. Very friendly staff. Great location for enjoying the beach. Our room was missing the microwave and they let us use the one in the breakfast room. They very soon put one in our room. Will definitely stay again.

Infested with Mold!

We have stayed in the hotel several times and do recommend it. However, this time around the mattress of our bed was very soft and made sleeping in impossible. Otherwise, the hotel is a great deal.

The bed and room were comfortable. The parking is underground and convenient. The continental breakfast was fine. The only thing lacking was the maintenance of the bathroom. It was functional but it should be in better condition. The shower curtain needed changing, the fan lid was hanging down, the shower control was worn out, and the water temperature […] would sometimes go hot/cold. This hotel is a quick five minute walk to the wonderful beach where you will find the famous Veterans Park. The popular pier is another five minutes away. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is literally around the corner. The hotel offered a hot breakfast in a nice atmosphere from 6 to 10 AM. We came for our cruise 2 days early to take in some sun & beach. The hotel staff was very helpful but more than that the hotel was just 2 walking blocks from the beach and another half block to the wharf. Out of the centre of Redondo Beach, required the use of Car to find decent eating places, suited our general requirements and was convenient for return to Los Angeles airport

This place is currently being renovated. Our first room did not open, so they moved us to another room which was still dusty from the renovation. We stayed anyway because we just needed a place to sleep. It is very close to the pier which is very charming itself. This hotel was average. The room was pretty clean, but the top of the shelf in the closet/bathroom looked like it had never been dusted. The room was comfortable, but dark. One annoying thing is that the single bright light in the room (which I had booked in order to get work done) was on an energy-saving timer. Hotels.com overbooked the hotel and the staff and manager were trying very hard to apologize and make it right by finding us a different hotel. They could not find a room elsewhere and all of a sudden said they had found a room at their hotel (Ramada). I should've known then... The room was FILTHY and completely broken down. ALL lamps had multiple holes […] in them, the main shower wall had 3 huge cracks (which had been "repaired"), the door had multiple dents (as if someone had been trying to get out) the blanket had hair in it, the back lid of the toilet was broken in two and glued back together and behind the bed was indescribable!! Oh, and there were spots all over the alarm clock and side tables. The only reason we stayed was because we were desperate (it was late) and the sheets were clean. I cannot speak to the condition of the other rooms because clearly this horrible room was kept for emergencies oonly but I would never ever stay here again, in case they are all this bad. Staff was rude. Showers would get cold. My room was next to the laundry room, where they assured me they would not run the washer before 9 AM, but it was running as early as 7 AM each morning.

Ramada Limited Redondo Beach is conviniently located near many beach towns and lots of marine atractions.

It is a nice hotel, and the location is very nice.

Nice clean rooms and just a short drive from the pier. Great pricing as well!

I booked 3 rooms, supposedly all non-smoking. One of our rooms smelled like a cigar shop. The hotel was booked, so I was stuck and couldn't change rooms. This was the most disappointing recommendation of Hotels.com. Although it is located within a somewhat walking distance (about 0.5 miles) to the Pier, this hotel should not even be listed on Hotels.com, much less recommended as a "beach property". It is a shabby place in the likes of a highway hotel. Rooms looked clean, but the people were not at all […] friendly or helpful. One look at the place, and we decided not to stay there. We were misled by Hotels.come to thinking it is a 'beach property', and when we discovered how shabby it really was, they did not even bother to refund even a small percentage of the hotel charge - perhaps that is the way the hotel makes money! Walking distance to Redondo Pier, several restaurants on nearby streets as well as the Pier. Comfortable room & graet walking area!

Although the room was a little small it was ver comfortable. The staff was great. Everyday they asked me how I was and I felt like they really wanted to know. They gave me a feeling that what ever I needed, they would help me get it.

this was absolute the worse in all hotels i ever stayed! We got there really late, the door on the room was wide open, the carpet was soaking wet, i guess they washed the carpet! so when you needed to go to the restroom you had to put shoes or slippers on which again make you slip in the bathroom because the bottom of the shoe is wet and the floor is […] tiles! My father in law almost fell twice! Then i go and tell the front desk and he said:" oh sorry!" Then we get to the garage in the morning to leave and my tire was sliced! The room was nice and clean with all the facilities you would expect in full working order the bed very comfortable and cleaned every day. very pleasent staff can get a bit noisy with traffic if your staying at the front of the hotel but apart from that very close to local shops & cafe's and a 5 min walk to the beach overall fantastic...
