Will stay here next time I go to Branson. Great pool, hot tub and full breakfast. The Montana Bar and Grill right next door. I recommend this place to all.
"Rude front desk clerk"
The front desk clerk was really rude to me. Other than that the hotel was fine... nothing special. Something is off about the air conditioning/heater situation. It would have been nice for the two rooms I booked together to be fairly close to eachother but they were on different floors. I will look for another place to stay if I ever go back to Bra […] nson. "Best Western Center Pointe"
Good hotel. Bed was so soft I slept in the middle because I was afraid I would roll out of bed, I slept well however. It was clean and everyone was very friendly. The hotel was located in the middle of everything. Breakfast was okay but great since it was included. Will stay again.

"waer overflow issue"
We got to our hotel about 8pm one evening and heard water running in the bathroom. There was about an inch of water on the floor and had ran into the carpet. We called the front desk and were told to wade through the water and turn off the water to the stool. Someone arrived to clean it up. We were moved to another room immediately. "Best Western Center Point Inn - excellent location"
We enjoyed our stay vey much. Close to many attractions and easy access to all routes to other popular attractions. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. The free breakfasts were also very good. Would stay he again if returning to Branson.

"Best Western Centre Pointe Inn Excellent Location"
Stayed at the Best Western Centre Pointe Inn Branson MO Sept 2011 for a two week vacation. Arrived late in the evening, checked in given a map to find our room. Would have been nice for someone to show us where to go. Great location to all Theatres, some walking distance away, we did not hire a car, used local taxi. Breakfast was very good and plentiful […] great variety, something to suit everyone. Everyone there were very pleasant and helpful. Booked all our tickets for shows through the booking office there. Best Western Centre Pointe Inn is a fantastic place to stay very clean and comfortable, room cleaned everyday, beds changed every second day First time to Branson we will defenitely be visiting there again. Great Shows not just country music or Gospel, but, Magic Shows Musicals Comedy also Acrobats and lots more. I was very impressed by every theatre we were in, a tribute was paid to all veterns of all the forces, and also every time a gospel song was sang hats were removed. Our top three best shows were Noah the musical, Kirby Vanburch magic show, also Acrobats of China. All shows were good and very good but the three above were excellent. "B.W. Center Pointe-Branson Perfect Location"
Checked in very late at night, no problem. Pool stays open til Midnight! Great condition, excellent location right on the strip. Comfortable and clean, nice cold a/c. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants comfort & convenience.

My family and I stayed at the Best Western Center Pointe Inn for two nights and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel has two pools, which is great for families with kids. We didn't use the outdoor pool, but the indoor pool was very nice. Service at the front desk was very prompt and the free breakfast was definitely better than what most hotels offer. The […] hotel is conveniently located close to most of the attractions that we were in Branson to see, but it is set back far enough from the highway to be fairly calm and quiet. Everything was clean and neat, and our room was larger than many hotel rooms we have stayed in. The rooms open directly onto the parking lot, so you can (hopefully) snag a parking spot near your door, and you don't have to walk through the lobby everytime you leave or come back. "Branson Hotel"
The room smelled of mildew so bad everytime we opened the door. The only new thing in the room were the bathroom countertops. The bed was so old it sank to the floor when you sat on the edge. We will make sure we never stay again!

Was so impressed with the cleanliness of room, pools, breakfast area, etc. Breakfast was great with a large variety. Pools were nice and clean with fresh pool towels for every visit. Enjoyed the WiFi and comfortable beds. Daily housekeeping service was superior. Would definitely stay here again during our next visit.

Convenient location on the strip in Branson, MO. Close to shows, food, and shopping. Nice place with nice people. 2 pools, Indoor and outdoor, they chill the water in the pool to keep it right for playing in. Not too hot, not too cold but just right. Nice eats at the complimentary breakfast.
"Enjoyable vist"
We found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. We unexpectedly arrived a day early and the staff was able to accommadate us even though our reservation wasn't until the next day. Loved Branson and the shows are reasonable and very entertaining.
"Just okay, good for Branson"
Personnel was very nice but this was an average hotel. Room furniture was very nice and shower head was above par. We appreciated having a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Mattresses were worn and sheets were nubby and terrible. Heard the story about "Don't sit on the side of the bed, that's where the fat salesman sit!" I think his whole family […] sat on these mattresses. Sheets were so uncomfortable and worn but the room was very clean. We never saw the "sumptious" breakfast. "Great place to stay with children!"
Stayed 3 nights on a weekend, and it was wonderful! The indoor pool is open til midnight so my children could swim after seeing show. Hot tub was great for adults too. Customer service was great, the lady was very helpful getting tickets to shows. Breakfast had a good variety of foods. The steak house in front also served great food. This hotel is in a great location right on the strip. You are within walking distance to great shows and restaurants. Bed was uncomfortable, bring your own blanket and pillows.

We liked the location of this hotel as it was an easy walk to various points of interest and restaurants. It was a very comfortable and clean room and we would will stay here again in the future.

the room was excellent. clean cool and close the attractions in town. it had good eating places close by. the staff was wonderful and very helpful. i would stay in this hotel again. i have recommended it to friends headed to branson in a month. great place to stay!!
"Right on the main strip"
This hotel is on the main strip and easy to get to. Hotel personnel were very friendly. Asked to have a light fixed while we were at breakfast and when we got back in our room it was fixed. Never had anything fixed that fast before. Very pleased, price affordable. Would highly recommend.
Far exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was one of the most extensive I've experienced. Would definitely stay again.

It was an excellent hotel for my family, plenty of room, breakfast was good and pool on inside was awesome for my children. The only thing was a closed up smell upon arrival but quickly faded once door was left open.
"Clean, inexpensive, biscuits & gravy for breakfast"
Well maintained older hotel. Room was very clean; good service and friendly staff. A really good deal for the price. Quiet for being right on the strip. Swimming pool was kind of small, especially for the number of rooms. I went for the raisin bran but those biscuits and gravy sure looked good.
Excellent place to stay...can not say enough about all the people at the Inn. The rooms were not extra fancy, but why pay for all that extra decorating? The rooms were VERY clean and had ample space. Do wish my bed had been a tad bit firmer, but I seemed to be the only one to mind. The pool and hot tub were to die for! The pool area was also VERY clean. […] The complimentary breakfast was great. This is an older hotel, but surprisingly very clean and well taken care of. From the front desk to the cleaning staff everyone was very friendly and helpful. We will definately be staying here again. Thanks very much to all for a pleasant holiday experience.

"Hotel on the Branson Strip"
The room was clean and comfortable with a good supply of towels, one was even sculpted into a swan, or maybe goose, hard to tell :). The hotel staff were quick and helpful on both check-in and check-out. Continental breakfast was a little limited and only powdered coffee creamer was available. "The Best Western Center Pointe in Branson, MO"
The room was great. The location was great. Right on the strip, but far enough off the street to not hear the sounds of the strip. Beds were comfortable, pillows were great. The only negatives were that there wasn't any hand soap available to wash my hands after using the restroom. There was a bar of facial cleanser though, so I did use that. Would […] have preferred hand soap. Also, the breakfast is only available until 9:30am, so we were unable to partake in that. Would have been nice to extend until 10 or even 10:30. Stayed at many different places in Branson, this is a very nice place to stay. Clean rooms, good location, indoor and outdoor pools and spas. Better than average breakfast.

"Best Western Center Pointe - Excellent Location"
This was an excellent choice to stay in. The location was central to everything we had planned to do, was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Branson.
"Good Hotel But House Keeping Very Pushy"
We stayed at this hotel the weekend before Thanksgiving and took the family to Silver Dollar City. It is located on 76 Hwy not far from the park. We had a very nice stay. The continental breakfast in the morning was quite extensive. Our only complaint was that on Sunday morning, housekeeping started knocking on our door at 8:30 am. Check out was 11:00 […] am. At 10:15 am a second knock on the door came with housekeeping checking on us. At 10:55 we opened the door, and there was housekeeping standing in front of our door and the cart was blocking our path out of the room. We stood there for a minute waiting to see if the lady would move the cart out of our way, but she wasn't going anywhere. After a long pause, we finally had to ask her to move the cart so we could get our luggage past. She moved the cart about three feet, and as we were exiting the room, she started pushing past us to get in. I was appalled! If check out is at 11:00, you'd think they would leave you alone until then, or at least check with the front desk to see if you've checked out yet.
