It was terrible. First walking into the hotel, the AC was off. So it was hot in the room and had an unpleasant odor! There was a bum sleeping in the stairwell!

This was a very disappointing hotel. Luckily we were very tired and only had to stay one night. When we arrived at the hotel it was apparent that the pictures were several years old, at least 30. The outside lights only had the HO in Hotel lit up. That was the first clue things were not going to be good. The parking lot was dirty and run down, as well […] as the elevator and steps. When we turned on the lights to the room the roaches scattered. The bedspread had several cigarette holes in it. Our son wanted to sleep in the car but I did not think it would be safe(I wanted to also). In the morning we went down to the free breakfast offered. There was coffee, orange juice, cold milk(a plus), corn flakes, and bagels. They cleaned up everything by 9:45am, which to me seemed a bit early. I walked into the bar wih my luggage looking for the front desk and the bartender greeted me with "what's your problem?" The carpets needed some steam cleaning.

A very old hotel which hasn't been update in years All rooms have a balcony to main road A1 which can be noisy at times We knew we only needed a place to sleep since we were only here for a few days & are never in room BUT we didn't like that we killed 3 roaches 2 in bathroom & 1 on the dresser There is a pool which was clean & it had free breakfast […] but it was VERY limited sliced bagels a few small muffins & cornflakes NO juices only coffee & tea We had it the first morning but passed the other 2 days & ate across street their is a dunkin' donuts & a small restaurant I would not stay here if your look n' to go to beach the main entrance is a few blocks away Lisätietoja

Stayed here two nights for a good rate, but the room smelled the shower head was broken the AC did not work(in South Florida-inexcusable) and the safe in the room did not work. The safe was a concern because the chain lock was hanging on by a thread to the wall. Within a couple minutes of the beach and with CVS and Winn Dixie right across the street […] it was convenient. Good Location & Neighborhood. Nice Balcony. Carpets not clean, bathroom no vents or fan. Room= Bad Odor. We was 4 and 2 towers. No WiFi. Cable tv sucks. Beach around 1 mile walk, good. Not Recommend it.

The room smells like crack has been smoked numerous times! There werent any towels, irons, iw dryers. My friend woke up with some big bite on her head...it sucks!! NEVER stay here!

We stayed there just 1 night,and rest few hours. There is pharmacy in front of the hotel was convenience. Receptionist was friendly.

We had stayed here several years ago when it was The Polynesian and had a nice clean room that was well-maintained. What we found when we arrived here was that there's been no updates in the past 15 years! Same furniture (with burn stains), same carpet (which smelled), same air conditioning units(rusted and didn't work), and same bathroom (with outdated […] showerheads and cracked walls and doors). The very worst of the room was the disgusting "splattering" on the walls, which I won't even say what it looked like, but it was at the very least, unsanitary. The entire property, except for the lounge and outdoor bar (owned by another person), was in need of a total overhaul and refurbishment. I complained 3 times in 2 days about a pile of vomit on the pool deck before it was cleaned up and that just shows you their priority as far as guest satisfaction. I will say that a very nice man (Jimmy) did move us to a different room in the middle of the night and the air conditioning worked, for which we were very thankful. There was also a very nice young lady from Poland who gave us clean towels. She's the ONLY housekeeping staff we saw the entire time we were there so I'm sure she did the best she could. It's obvious there was no hskpg inspector going behind the staff to ensure the rooms were clean (and the walls were free of any body fluids). I have been in the hotel and hospitality business for over 35 years and have NEVER seen conditions such as the ones I saw at this property. Do not rely on the pictures they have posted on the website because these pictures were taken MANY years ago! Spend a few extra $'s and go elsewhere. That's my advice to you. I hope you take it. Antiquated,carpet,bedspreads probably 20 years old,door to room didn't even reach the bottom,a medium size rat could easily walk into your room,skip continental breakfast and cross street to dunkin donuts.i feel it's a good spring break hotel!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL. WHEN WE ARRIVED FROM DRIVING 380 MILES THEY WERE REPLACING THE TV. IT WAS REPLACED BY ANOTHER TUB OLD SCHOOL TV WITH A HOLE ON THE SIDE OF IT. THERE WERE ONLY 8 CHANNELS THAT WE WERE ABLE TO WATCH FOR 2 DAYS. THE BATH TUB CURTAIN HAD HAIR ON IT AND THERE WAS NO MICROWAVE, REFRIGRATOR, OR CHAIRS ON THE BALCONY […] FOR US TO SIT ON. THE WHOLE STAY WAS HORRIBLE AND I WISH THAT I HAD NEVER STEPPED FOOT AT THAT HOTEL. I WANTED TO CHECK OUT THE NEXT DAY BUT ALL THE HOTELS WERE BOOKED FOR THE WHOLE WEEKEND. SINCE THERE WAS A BOAT SHOW IN MIAMI AND SEVERAL FAIRS IN FORT LAUDERDALE. IT WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THE FRONT DESK SERVICE. I ASKED THEM NICELY TO CHANGE MY ROOM BUT THEY REFUSED TO. We stayed at this hotel as a last minute reservation. Even though it had an average of 2.4 stars, we found our 3rd floor room in very good condition, with a wonderful view from the balcony and an in room safe. We were told the rooms on the 3rd floor were the best, so I'd suggest getting one. The parking is great, too. The hotel itself looks aged, but […] everything works and the location is very good. I couldn't get the wifi to work, but then I'm only there one night so I just used my smartphone. There are regulars at the tiki bar and everyone is very friendly. The room was very dirty. After my son crawled on the carpet for a few minutes his legs, feet and hands were black. The AC unit was very dusty. The beds were old and the bathroom smelled like a urinal. The breakfast was far from something decent and the overall upkeep of this hotel was very poor. I would definitely try another hotel.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in..Front desk said maintenance was fixing tv or maybe ac. When we got into the room tv never worked, no phones, hair dryers and most sockets didn't work..Wouldn't even take a shower..too dirty

from an indifferent front desk staff to the noisy bar/lounge by the pool area which disturbed any the heaviest of sleepers, the hotel room air conditioner did not work and the room's carpeting, wall paint, and furnishings were shabby and nasty. Definitely NOT worth the money.

I dont recommend this hotel, i had bad experience that day......phone was not working at the room and from desk sent some one to nock my door asking OPEN THE DOOR, OPEN THE DOOR, CHECKING OUT and was 10:45 a.m. very loud, nockind the door really strong., for one second i though was the police....the lady was with me at that moment scar a lot.....i walk […] to the from desk to complein about it, and they told me, they did call to the room, i never hear the phone becouse the phone was not working.....first they have to may sure then everything is working at the room to dont have this kind of mistakes, second they have to train the employees right how to nock doors and talk nice.....and third parking lot is a mess...thank you. My group is all in their mid 20s so this review is targeted to that crowd. This hotel is perfect for this crowd. Mthey have a downstairs bar with cheap food and fun music. The rooms aren't super clean but it's safe and cheap and no one complains about your music. For our spring break style trip it was perfect.

This filthy building should be razed. The toilet plumbing is defective, the room door has obviously been forced several times - the chain lock on the door was installed backward the last time: The metal door on the fuse box in the room is swinging on one hinge. Casey's Bar, part of the "hotel", had kerioke howling in the open air table area under the […] room windows; and everything in the bathroom was dirty and rusted. It looked like a normal hotel on the internet. Fort Lauderdale should be ashamed of this "hotel". Has it really been inspected by the city? Drywalls had cracks on them, sliding doors did not work or jumped off the tracks, room smelled like mold.

I live in Naples and I booked this hotel through my IPOD on Alligator Alley on my way to Ft. Lauderdale for a last minute trip (based on the pictures alone). This hotel was a dump, our room was supposedly the best room in the entire place. The hotel clerk even said we had a beach view. Upon entering the room it smelled like day old vomit, had a mildewy […] feel, holes in the wall, and stained sheets. We walked across to CVS and bought beach towels to lay on. Even though we only slept in the room a few hours it was the worst sleep ever. In the morning I walked onto the balcony to check out this beachfront view and it was across the street and was only yay wide of a view since there was two tall buildings side by side blocking the view. Breakfast was terrible!, I request to turn off balcony light, because has to be from the main switch and they never did it so I couldn't sleep.

I recommend that the maintenance,cleaning,furniture, appliances,domestic and care are improved,the presence of the Hotel is not the best and would be good for your because they have good location to which you can take more gain.

I recommend do not talk about breakfast is included. They really offer coffee and muffins. Maintenance of the common areas is very poor. Location is very good with several possibilities at the surrounding area.

this hotel should be called a motel.it is not a great place for vacation. Right Across from beach in a great location. king bedroom has renovated furniture. Two double beds are not as nice. Has a bar on location staff is friendly. Breakfast is not great.

The hotel is in a good location with easy access to the beach and the major intersections. The food in the restaurant at the hotel is very good. We enjoyed everything we ordered.

I must say the outside of the hotel does not look appealing at all. The pool is super small. When my girlfriend and I walked in the place we were very skeptical in staying but the actual room itself was very clean, nice size tv and comfortable king size bed. Not in the best location on the beach, but a very affordable hotel. Front desk staff was extemely pleasant. Pool area and bar were very nice. An older property that has not been updated for a while. But, very clean. We would stay there again.

Upon arrival we noticed that our bathroom (toilet and shower) were not cleaned. The mirrors had hand and finger prints all over it. Every day our sheets werenot changed out or even made neatly. They didn't even vacuum the floors. The bathroom in the lobby was very dirty. We requested a non-smoking room and it was however, our bedspread had burn holes […] all over it and we found an ash tray in the closet. We were supposed to be in walking distance to the beach but discovered we had to drive about 4 miles to get to the beach.
