This hotel is beautiful. Everything was spotless and perfect. Walk outside to look at the gorgeous Eiseman Center, Get to anywhere in North Dallas quickly, or hop on the dart rail that sits right at the front door. The staff is awesome and the room service food was surprisingly great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Really nice. A little problem finding our reservation thus upgraded our room. Because it was our anniversary they treated us with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. What a treat.

They do not tell you up front the parking is not free it will cost you $9.00 per day to park your rental car and when checking out they hit you with this extra charge and then when you complaint to the night manager you get treat it like a criminal and want to call the police on you because you complaint. I will never ever stay there again

The staff was very friendly and helpful, however, the room needs updating and the mattress was very thin unstable and terribly uncomfortable. I informed the concierge of this problem and he moved me to a suite. The mattress was exactly the same in the suite. This is clearly not a 4 star hotel and should not be classified as one. The hotel looked nice, but the employees where not nice, and the hotel had you pay for everything including the TV, and I'm talking network TV. So we looked at paying for pay for view, and a movie that was already on Netflix would have cost us $18. We will never to back to this Hotel again.

For the price, the room was good size and very clean. Great bed!. Had to call for towels as there was only one of each type inthe room.Only one robe was in the room which was occupied by 2 people. The bed and pillows were not good quality. Woke up with a sore neck. The hotel must be near an airport. Every 7 minutes or so you can hear a jet. The hotel looks good, staff is friendly, the pool and work out room are good. At the end of the day I want to sleep..

I"m in town from Oklahoma at least once a month most of the year and I stay here every month. I know when I'm here I never have to worry about anything. The customer service is impeccable and kind, cleanliness is spot on, there's a variety of well priced places to eat literally with-in walking distance and if needed there's a Wal-mart 6 minutes down […] right off the main highway. I booked my room with two beds several weeks in advanced and paid for everything online. When I checked into the hotel, I was given a room with just one bed. I was told that a large group had check in and took all the available double bed rooms. This meant that I had to share a bed with my daughter. Great service. If I had to pick one main reason why my stay was rated as a 5, it was due to the staff going out of their way to help me. I won't go into detail about everything else (i.e. food service, upkeep, etc.) as they were just as good as any comparable hotel. However, as an example of the staff's service, I asked one staff member where the fitness […] center was. Instead of telling me how to get there, he walked me to the fitness center and then showed me around. Additionally, he went on to describe where other fitness centers (i.e. 24 Hour) located near the hotel. (By the way, the fitness center was good enough that I could do a full workout of weights and cardio) I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my colleagues, friends, and even family. We went for a relaxing romantic weekend and couldn't have asked for a better hotel and hotel staff. the room was great, the bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was more than extraordinary. The door of my bathroom broke in the middle of the night and the night staff did not have the necessary tools to fix it - the only option was to move to another room (with a very noisy air conditioner) and wait for the engineer to open up the door the next day. Have stayed in some very nice Renaissance hotels before. This was probably the worst one I have ever experienced, and I was shocked given the location and reviews. Food was pretty awful and overpriced, and the room was very minimal and crowded. Only upside was friendly staff all the way around from food to management.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Renaissance Hotel. As a frequent business traveler, I found this hotel to be the best for my needs, the staff was professional, the facility is easy to get to and the amenities are nice.

Hotel was clean, price was competitive, staff was polite. BUT room had 2 decaf coffees (no regular), they automatically charged me for parking when I didn't park, and were very confused with the bill at breakfast. I would only stay here again if I absolutely had to.

If you are heading to the North Dallas area on a weekend, this hotel can't be beat. Unfortunately, the prices go way up to serve the business crowd Sun-Thu. But for just over a bill with breakfast included we couldn't be happier.

This is a dog friendly hotel. The staff treated my Golden Retriever like he was a celebrity. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel and the staff, for the most part, was very helpful. There were no coffee cups in my room though for the in-room coffee maker. That was incredibly annoying but the coffee was undrinkable so I guess they were doing me a favor. The guy who checked me in was rude, but everyone else was nice. I would recommend it. The Hotel looks and feels new. The rooms are clean as is the hotel itself. It provides for a great no nonesense stay. Staff were nice and attentive. The only thing lacking is a little warmth. Not a romantic get away. But a very good room for a reasonable price.

Absolutely loved the hotel. Beautiful! Nice workout room and pool. But room didn't have good lighting or mirror for putting on makeup. Will have to bring my own makeup mirror next time. Also room just had cups, towels, etc. for one person. Had to ask for more of everything. Noisy at night.
