The room was comfortable enough, and quite clean...but the properly is very run down and need of maintenance. You have to be careful about which room to get since bathroom fixtures are failing and the room air doesn't always work...so when you get your room, go up there right away and check everything out (especially the water pressure out of the shower) […] to be sure you can live with it. It's gone downhill in the last couple years. Needs and upgrade or at least an attempt at maintence. Appears they've cut back on employees to reduce costs and it shows in customer service. The place is a ghost town during the week and that includes employees.

The stay itself was not horrible. Our room had a light directed directly into our room, which was not good, but we just closed the curtains and had no trouble after. While checking in the computers were down which made it very difficult and a hour long process. The problems came after when I was charged for two rooms for three nights and we only stayed […] one night in one room and had already paid for it on an online website. It took me three days of calling and talking to VERY rude people before I finally was able to get it figured out with the help of a nice person. Toilet ran constantly.Sink faucet dripped. Bathroom wallpaper was peeling. Towels were stained. The carpet was ripped by the door, and old. On the plus side, the mattress was comfortable, and the sheets were clean.

My stay sucked! I was refused a room and was demanded a credit card to pay for the room when I already had a paid reservation. I was waiting for about an hour and a half until I was finally given the wrong room! Ridiculous!! Never again!

The check in process of this hotel was rediculously long and the staff never cracked a smile the entire stay. They clearly had no sense of ungency when looking at very long line at midnight, when they knew we all just wanted to get checked in...

Stayed one night on the way to California from Utah. Arrived at midnight. Fast check in. They charge a $30 deposit. For what I don't know. No free internet. Room was nice and clean. Hotel rooms were in desperate need of some basic maintenance. Rundown and outdated. Carpet was stained. Curtain rod coming off the wall. Door stoppers missing causing holes in the wall. The room was OK but the beds were really uncomfortable. The casino had 3 tables open for playing cards while at least 20 people were waiting to play on these tables. They refused to open another table for the remaining players. I don't think I will be staying at this hotel again.

Stayed here for the mint 400 offroad race that was held in Jean. Hotel/casino served its purpose. Rooms need some renovation. Had fun for the price. Would stay again.

I was very happy with our room, right away you could see it was clean. The bed sheets are all white making for a clean crisp look. The room isn't decorated just has the basics which was fine since all we were doing is sleeping there. We slept very comfortable.

I've stayed at Buffalo Bill's before, and I certainly don't expect a Four Seasons. It's inexpensive and sparse, but it seems to be going downhill even from it's previous basic condition. The toilet never stopped running, there's tons of noise, the beds and linens are getting older and less comfortable, and the amenities (soap, shampoo, etc) are embarrassing. […] I still do like the theme and decor of the hotel, but you really should know that, overall, it's only 2 stars for comfort at best at this point. I have stayed at the Primm Valley Resort and Buffalo Bill's and can easily recommend BB over PV...They are both run down, lacking maintenance, and in dire need of upgrade but BB is certainly more comfortable. I haven't stayed at Whiskey Pete's, but from what I've heard from associated it's not worth staying there (worse than these 2). There are no real […] restaurants available here, during the week Raymond Ayalla's (mexican cuisine) and the Buffet are not open. So you only have Denny's (extremely slow service) and a taco bar (I won't mention Panda Express because it's terrible...the food sits around and gets stale). If you play blackjack and get a suited blackjack, they will give you a free hotdog card...which you redeem at the tree bar. hotel was very easy access to shopping, gaming and eatery's, stay was very pleasant, But our rooms bathroom shower nozzle was stuck in one position, And shower pan leaked water on the floor.

Although Buffalo Bill's is a bit run down and in need of maintenance it is head and shoulders above the "Resort". We had to switch rooms because our shower would not drain. No smoke alarm in room & the mattress was terrible. The new room we were given was a pet friendly room for the handicapped which had a special shower that leaked all over the floor because there was no catch rail on the bottom so it could be wheel chair accessible. The rooms have not been remodeled since the place opened. More than half of the properties attractions were broken down, and most of the elevators have been vandalized. Finally, half of the dealers in the floor barely speak English, and tend to be very rude.

Stayed here because we were driving into California the next day, great location at the stateline, instead of hectic strip locations.

I book my room through hotels.com and usually get a rate of around $45 per night. Sometimes Sunday is a bit more if they are having a concert or it's a holiday weekend. The rooms are comfortable and clean, although a bit dated. TV is an old 'tube' type and this room (702B) had a problem with the cable connection box...you had to wait about a minute […] or so for it to "warm up" before reception was tolerable. The shower head was cracked and kept falling off, I left it on the toilet with a note and the next day it was repaired...nice! However the water pressure was unsatisfactory and it took me about 20 minutes to take a shower...other rooms I've stayed in didn't have this problem. Not much in choices for restaurants, Denny's is always solid but slow. The buffet is never open and the mexican restaurant is only open on weekends. Otherwise there is a taco bar, Panda Express, and McDonald's on the premises. If it weren't for the fact these 3 properties were the only options I probably wouldn't stay here, but I can say Buffalo Bill's is head and shoulders above the standard rooms at Primm Valley "Resort", but maintenance is still lacking here Lisätietoja

The place is dirty and run down. The bees are comfortable, but theses places really need some updating and maintenance. Gross! And the staff suck as well. They can not even program gets right!

We hadn't stayed here in a few years and were surprised at the decline. The casino was practically empty, the buffet and roller coaster were closed. Our choices for food were mcdonalds and dennys. The sheets were too short for the beds. Next time we will just drive all the way into Vegas.

We traveled with our grandchildren for just an overnight stay. The rooms were fine. The placement of restaurants and the arcade etc was very poor in that we had to drag our kids through the casino to get to them. They are from nonsmoking/nondrinking homes and were not used to the bad smell. I also was charged $30 on my credit card that i have no idea […] what it is for. Nothing was said when i checked out and there was not supposed to be a resort fee. The room was clean but the AC was either on full blast or the heater was on full blast. Therefore the room was very cold as the night time temperature was in the low 20's. The service at the in house Denny's resturant was unacceptable. I am Caucasion with German ancestry and I was handed a spanish speaking menu. The coffee cup was dirty and when I complained […] the waitress took the cup but never came back with a freash clean cup. No tip for her. I had a question at the front desk and there were no other guests there so I asked my question and I was treated as if I was putting the Woman out!
