Todella siisti ja kaunis hotelli. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Kaiken lisäksi hotellista löytyi mm. pesukone, kuivausrumpu, ulkogrillit terassilla, huoneen numerot ym. pistekirjoituksella, hyvät ja ilmaiset parkkitilat, loistavan kokoiset huoneet (ainakin tuo One Bedroom Suite Two Doubles, NonSmoking).
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.
Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä vaaditaan virallinen kuvallinen henkilöllisyystodistus ja luottokortti tai käteistalletus mahdollisten lisämaksujen takia.

Nice charm, clean & cozy. Indoor pool & spa. Only draw back there's no elevator to the 2nd floor. But the breakfast about makes up for that. Staff friendly and helpful no matter how late at night you check in.

Hotel was just what we needed. Good clean room, close to St Paul, convenient location, nice pool area and a good free breakfast.

We wanted to check in early. We were going to be at an event in St Paul by 12:30pm. Our room wasn't ready but the front desk let us check in & gave us room keys for our convience when we returned to the hotel that evening. I've never had a place do that before. In my opinion they were very customer friendly & I will stay there again.

The condition of this hotel was quite nice. The items that made the stay unpleasant were all hotel management issues. We picked this hotel because the web page clearly stated that it was a pet friendly property. The first thing we saw was a big sign at the check inkdest that stated "NO PETS ALLOWED". The clerk said that we could have a pet as long as […] we paid a $10.00 per day fee. The sign needs to be updated to avoid confusion. The real problem that we had was with guys running up and down the hallway with every other word starting with the letter "F" (hockey tournement in town) and management doing nothing to stop it until after 3:00am. I called the front desk to complain and hung up after letting the phone ring unanswered for 15 minutes. Breakfast was simple but nice and the hotel also had a nice pool area. We have stayed in many hotels through the years as we travel with our athletes and I have to say the young man that was at front desk in evening was the best. Very polite and understanding. The rooms were nice and very quiet, and clean. I was really impressed with the pool room. You didn't smell all the clorine like others that we have been in. I will […] recommend this Hotel to others. "Another fine stay."
If you are looking for an economical nice place to stay, this should suit you just fine. Second time we have stayed at this hotel and everything was fine. Greet pool, spa and hot tub. Pretty good breakfast (would be nice if it had scrambled eggs).

The room was adequate, it had a microwave and small refrigerator in it. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows left much to be desired, The bath towels were small and see through. The location is on a frontage road and not easily accessible. If we didn't know our way around this area, it would have been hard to find. Because we had a Do Not […] Disturb sign on our door one morning until 10:30AM, we missed the maid service so our room was not made up at all that day. When I talked to management about this, they could have cared less. I asked for clean linens and made my own bed. I have stayed at this hotel at a couple of times before, but will not go back. Very friendly and clean,great breakfast. Only complaint is it is time for new sheets and towel.
"Hot tub was a cold tub...."
Hot tub wasn't hot. It wasn't even warm. Couldn't sit in it comfortably. Had a smoke-free room, but it smelled funny. Beds were comfy.

Room was very clean, the only complaint I have is that the bed was very firm, the pillows were lumpy and overall, not very comfortable, but we made it work.

I was locked in my hotel bathroom for over two hours one evening, The only person available was the front desk clerk. He had to send for the owners who broke open the lock. They said the lock was defective and broke after I locked it from inside the bathroom. It was a frightening experience. My hotel stay should be free after that bad experience.

When we pulled in to the hotel parking lot, all we could hear was traffic noise from I94, which runs right in front of the hotel's access road. It was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in!! The room and carpet was damp and clammy and the room smelled awful!! But at least breakfast was good!!
"Cheap - but there's a reason!"
The hotel was decently priced for the area. It was only a few minutes away from downtown St. Paul or Minneapolis. The pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast was just OKAY. As usual, our stay at an AmericInn was comfortable and we've come to depend on the "always friendly" service.

"Decent Hotel"
The place was clean and comfortable enough. No problems. About a ten minute drive to St.Paul.
I picked this hotel for location and price. The first room had a distinct smoke smell - after asking them for another room they did move us. For the price and because we only stayed one night I would probably stay again.

Would have had a nicer stay, but our room was located near pool. The temperature of the room was hot when we arrived and took a few hours to cool. The room was near or above sauna. Pool room was hot too. Outdoor temps contributed. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable too.

We had a good stay. Bed has been well used. Room was decent. Manager said he was giving us an upgrade, we were not impressed and some things were not functioning properly, hair dryer was ripped from wall, and security latch was broken on door. For this price range this hotel over delivered in service and comfort. We were expecting a king size bed when we checked in and found out they only had queens. Room was a little cramped and the lighting seemed dark.

"Surprise upgrade"
I had reserved two queen rooms and when we checked in, to our surprise, we were told that we had a king whirlpool suite. I guess the hotel was completely booked for the night, and some guests from the previous night's stay had extended their reservations, so their rooms were limited. The upgrade was quite pleasant. King mattress was OK for comfort. […] There was a pull out sofa sleeper and coffee table, corner whirlpool tub in the room, and a double headed shower. There was also a microwave and refrigerator in the room. I was worried about road noise since the hotel is located off the very busy I-94. There was not a sound to be heard from the road or anyone in the rooms next to us or in the hallway. SUPER quiet rooms! Exercise room was a bit of a disappointment. There were 3 treadmills, an elliptical, and one other machine. Two of the treadmills were in really bad condition. The one I was on, the plastic sides along the belt were cracked and falling apart. When the person on the treadmill next to me tried pushing the fan control button, the whole display screen tilted forward and looked like it was ready to break right off. "Positive Experience"
Overall had a great stay. Friendly helpful staff. Great continental breakfast. Handy location (never more than 20 mins from major attractions - mall of america, zoo, excel centre etc). Very satisfied and would recommend. Comfortable, quiet, and reasonable rate.

We were completely satisfied with the entire stay. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. We had a very comfortable king size bed, with a jacuzzi in the room, mini fridge, and microwave. We would stay again.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was adequate; a step above continental. The pool and sauna were great too. Overall a great stay for the money!

"Hard to find"
difficult to reach - Hudson Blvd is too similar to Hudson road which is a well traveled frontage road along 94. The instructions I got over the phone were clear -

For the price it was a good deal but for full price probably not. The area it's in is kinda sketchy but nothing happened towels weren't the greatest and I didn't go to the pool area or anything. It was a decent breakfast the room was really quiet but mine didn't face the freeway didn't hear my neighbors either

its a great plce to stay have stayed there before but the hot tub was out of order ,and the sauna and the pool temp was pretty cold. other than that it was fine. just realy wanted to be in the hot tub,
