So it's good because it's close to Disney, it's about a 20 minute walk (maybe shorter if you can cut through the Grand Californian Hotel). Just go up Disneyland Drive. However, the hotel had slow service at the restaurant, the showers had trouble and meant we couldn't shower after a long hot day at Disneyland. Great overall! Good location and walking distance to Disneyland. Room 1107 is handicap access and the door does not open easily. We had to use some muscle to open the main door every time. Also, there was no hot water at 5 am. Called the front desk, help came right away and they said it just takes a long time when there is high demand, yet two hours […] later, there was instant hot water. Overall very pleasant experience! Boutique hotel atmosphere. All staff members I encountered were very friendly and service oriented. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable and room rate very reasonable. Very charming and looking forward to staying there again! :)

Parking was HORRIBLE!!! Hotel parking lot needs to be monitored to prevent non-residents from parking there illegally.

I couldn't believe how noisy the hotel was. The room is definitely not sound proof. We heard banging from other rooms throughout the night and in the early morning. Any person talking or child yelling outside could easily be heard. It was quite ridiculous. This place is great room had hardwood floors pillowtop beds clean and comfy walk to Disney was 10 minutes kids had a great time the pool was really nice ate at the restaurant it was good no complaints easy walk to bubba gumps and cheesecake factory will stay here again the staff was exceptional

I recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to stay in walking distance of the Disney parks but does not wish to pay the inflated prices charged by the Disney resorts. The Anabella is clean, comfortable, has a very nice restaurant and has other family restaurants near by.

The hotel and room were very nice. The hotel staff lack a little in service. At 3:15 Pm we arrived to check - in; I counted at least 8 hotel staff personnel but only one person assisting guest with check - in. At least three were just standing around doing nothing. However, I did not wait that long to check in about 15 minutes. There was no place at […] all to park and when i questioned it they said I could park on the curb, which I need. Two hours later they asked me to move my car to another curb. We did not actually park in a hotel spot until Sunday which was the last day of our visit. mattresses were squeaky and old, maintenance never came to fix the leaky toilet reported on first day, room was cramped and small, they put us next to the janitor closet despite requests not to, just overall not a good experience and will never stay here again

The room was extremely small and somewhat uncomfortable. I thought this hotel was overpriced for the kind of room I had. There were much nicer hotels in the area for alot cheaper. When I told the desk clerk at checkout about my experience, she seemed very uninterested. Would not stay here again.

The only good thing about the hotel was it's proximity to Disneyland...other than that, it's terrible! We paid for a King bed, but only got a Queen bed...when I called the front desk, all they said was "sorry...that's all we have". The paper thin walls can't be overstated...you can hear EVERYTHING...even people walking by! There are no AC vents or exhaust […] fans in the bathroom...makes the entire room very uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was a little pricey (buffet) for the quality of food. Chose not to partake our second day. We walked to Disneyland and California Adventure as was our plan.

It was very comfortable. However, the gentleman at the front desk was a little rude. Also, the bathroom floor is rather slippery.

I was disappointed in this hotel. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't what it represented itself to be, either. Although the staff was friendly, the room they assigned me was all the way in the back of the hotel by the garbage bins. I was told that was all they had available for my type of room. The walls were paper thin and I spent a couple of evenings […] being unpleasantly entertained by screaming children and a couple who were having marital issues. Ugh! The food was okay, but not stellar. The bar at night was nice. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was that they boasted about having an adults-only pool. However, they failed to mention that it wasn't heated or cleaned regularly this early in the season. The "right next door" to Disney was actually a 25 minute walk to the main gate- no shuttle available unless you wanted to wait 40 minutes for the ART system to return to the hotel next door. Everything was great - accessibility to the Disney Parks was easy. The people at the hotel were very accomodating to us and even changed our room when we didn't like our room location (due to noise of the main road).

My wife and I have stayed here many times. Went here for my birthday, and did not disappoint again. Rooms are always nice, and the grounds always clean. However, the room wasn't as thoroughly cleaned as normal, so there were a few dust bunnies around. Also, the bottom floor gets a lot of noise from the rooms above us. They are hardwood so this is expected […] but in a theme park location, you may want to ask for a top floor room. Location is close enough to walk to the park, and the restaurant is very tasty and resonably priced. Just don't eat there if you are in a hurry, as it can take a long time, even when it isn't busy. After paying a PREMIUM rate for a average hotel room,there was no real aminities like a breakfast... But what really got my goat was they charged me for parking, yes parking, and they even taxed the "parking rate". all that being said, when in Anaheim, Expect to PPPPAAAAYYYY

There were multiple loud trucks outsiding backing up and beeping and reving their engines between 5:30am -7:00am. Workers started mulling around outside at 6am. It was terribly loud and impossible to sleep.

Positives: the exterior of the hotel is very nice. The staff was very pleasant, courteous and helpful. The location is great. The size of the suite was great. Overall we feel like we got a good value for our money. The restaurant was nice with good food, although somewhat overpriced. Negatives: The proximity to the busy roads made it loud in the room. […] The shower was horrible. The towels were scratchy. I can't imagine why anyone would ever take them. The plug for my hair dryer (a standard plug) would not stay in the outlet in the vanity area outside the bathroom nor did it fit in the outlet in the extra room. Our first impression was WOW, we will definitely be staying here again. The grounds were pretty and the room was quite impressive. Having a teenage boy, we loved that he had his own room (we had the casita suite) and having a 9 month old crawling baby, we loved the hardwood floors (who wants a baby crawling on dirty hotel carpet?). You really can't […] get a better location unless you stay at one of the Disney Hotels and who doesn't love Coco's for breakfast? Even Tilly's was pretty good. However... while unpacking, I opened the mirrored closet doors and found the biggest cockroach I've ever seen in my life! My husband promptly squished it to death and I called the front desk to have them clean it up. Of course, after that I didn't want the baby crawling around, I wasn't even comfortable with her sleeping so low to the floor in her portable crib. It caused a rough nights sleep for me & in turn, my husband. I hope they get the roach problem taken care of... I don't know if I will be able to make myself stay there again and it is a shame. The price was right and they treated our whole family of 21 great. A few even got room upgrades so we could be in the same area of the hotel. Please Anabella, call pest control!!! :) Lisätietoja

The room was really nice, but not worth the price since you have to pay extra for parking(14$) Internet (9.95) pack in play (15$) and no free breakfast:( my husband did not realize it when he booked since he thought those amenities are usually included.
