Tämä Dongcheng - Wangfujing -osassa kaupunkia Peking sijaitseva Grand Hyatt Beijing on lähellä kohteita Dongdan, Kiinan historiallinen museo ja Tiananmenin aukio.Lähistöllä ovat myös Kielletty kaupunki ja Suuri kansanpalatsi.

Hotellissa Grand Hyatt Beijing on kuntokeskus, uima-allas sisällä ja poreallas. Yleisillä alueilla on langaton ja langallinen nopea Internet-yhteys (maksullinen palvelu). Tämän 5-tähden majoitusliikkeen (hotelli) liiketoimintapalveluihin kuuluvat liiketoimintakeskus, kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja teknologiatukikeskus. Hotelli, jossa on 7 ravintolaa ja myös kahvila ja baari / aulabaari. Henkilökunta voi järjestää: matkajärjestelyt/lippupalvelu, hääpalvelut ja tilaisuuksien tarjoilut. Hotellissa on muun muassa seuraavat lisäpalvelut: kuntokeskus tai -sali, höyryhuone ja sauna.Lisämaksusta vierailla on käytettävissään lentokenttäkuljetus - menopaluu (käytettävissä pyynnöstä).
Vierashuoneet.
Vierashuoneissa on seuraavia näköalavaihtoehtoja: kaupunki tai piha-alue. Grand Hyatt Beijingn 825 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on tallelokerot (kannettava tietokone sopii) ja minibaari. Televisioissa on parhaat satelliittikanavat. Huoneissa on työpöydät, ilmainen sanomalehti ja suoravalintapuhelimet sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Vieraat voivat käyttää lisämaksusta huoneessa langatonta ja nopeaa langallista Internet-yhteyttä. Kaikissa vierashuoneissa on jääkaappi ja kahvin-/teenkeitin.Kylpyhuoneissa on erillinen kylpyamme ja suihku, jossa on käsisuihku, vaaka, kylpytakit ja meikkaus-/parranajopeilit. Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat tohvelit ja pullovesi (sisältyy hintaan). Lisäksi vierashuoneissa on saatavissa pyydettäessä: silitysrauta / -lauta ja herätyssoitto. Huoneen kunnostus on tarjolla iltaisin ja siivous on saatavissa päivittäin.

Hintaansa nähden ihan hyvä hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Palvelu toimi hyvin kaikissa asioissa.

Hintaansa nähden hyvä hotelli. Sijainti lähellä kiellettyä kaupunkia, ja metroasema lähellä kävelymatkan päässä (20min). Kartta näyttää väärän sijainnin hotellille, osoite on oikea. Eli ei ole todellakaan kielletyn kaupungin sisällä!

Jianguo Hotel oli paljon odotettua parempi. Vaikka keskustaan matkaa 4 km , niin metro käyttö vaivatonta. Henkilökunta erinomaisen ystävällistä ja tehokasta. Seuraavalla kerralla käytämme myös samaa hotellia.

Tämä hotelli oli oikein hyvä perushotelli Pekingissä. Alueella sijaitsee tosin kaksi eri Holiday Inniä, joten taksikuskeilla oli usein hankaluuksia erottaa näitä toisistaan. Aamupalan säännöstely (tuotiin kerralla paikalle vain pieni määrä pekoneita jotka loppuivat puolessa minuutissa) ja se että pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin vaikka emme olisi sitä halunneet olivat hieman ärsyttäviä piirteitä, mutta muuten vierailu oli viihtyisä. Respan henkilökunnalla oli perus englannin kielen taso, mutta hotellissa työskentelevältä olisin ehkä odottanut vähän parempaa kielitaitoa.

"Great hotel in great location"
We booked the hotel for it location and the nice pool an spa facilities. Everything was fine except we were dissapointed with the food both in the italien Restaurant and the Buffet in the courtyard restaurant. We might be back, but we will eat somewhere else.

"Nice hotel - needs some updates"
The hotel location is very central, convenient to Tianamen square. The lobby, pool area, and breakfast were great. Access to the mall makes it easy to get to ATM, eat, or do some shopping. The room was clean, but the carpeting and bedding showed need for updates. The mattresses were hard.
"Luxury of the highest order"
After two weeks on horseback and two days on the train the Grand Hyatt was a splendid place to recover in an ambience of excellence and luxury. Simply wonderful!

The Hotel wanted to charge me again for the room even though I paid on Hotels.com I showed them the e mail from Hotels.com that the room was prepaid but the manager at the front desk insisted that I pay for the room. I had to make an international call to Amex. I have stayed in this hotel many times over the years and sadly the quality of service and […] management has became very bad. "Excellent Hotel"
Gave them a 5 overall, only because it will not allow me to give them a 6. The room was very clean an modernized. The service was excellent from the moment I arrived at the door. The location is very convenient to most of the major tourist attractions. I was very well pleased on all fronts. They even have a easy way to schedule tours through the concierge […] and can accommodate what you would like to see based on how long you are staying. If you have never been to China before and you have concerns about missing the comforts of home, rest assured the Grand Hyatt lives up to the highest of standards. "Grand Hyatt in Bejing"
The hotel was very nice but I feel breakfast should have been included in the price we paid. We checked other hotels and their prices were less than the Hyatt but just as nice with a wonderful breakfast included. Also, quite skimpy onbottled water in the rooms. The hotel is defentely grand, with a very nice restaurant at the lobby "made in china." The rate was a bit high for the room quality but the location is ideal.

From the minute you drive up to the Grand Hyatt Beijing, you are made to feel welcome. The facilities and service are first class in every way. The reception desk and conciere staff are very knowledgeable and were very helpful. It was so nice for a "foreigner" to be able to communicate in China. The Grand Hyatt was literally a breath of fresh air in stuffy, smoggy Beijing. We were upgraded to a suite at no charge. The room actually got "too cold" from the air conditioning. The hotel is a business style property, but the amenities were quite nice, including an in-room massage. "言葉の問題が・・・"
全体的に便利で満足でした。 強いて言うなら予約時にクレジットカードで支払い済だったのですが、チェックアウトの際に再び支払いを求められました。 日本語が分かるスタッフが一人でも常駐してもらえるともっと安心感のあるホテルになるのでしょう。

２泊グランドハイアット北京にお世話になりました。 お会いした全てのスタッフの方がとても親切でした。 ビュッフェは種類が豊富で、両親（60代後半）もとても満足をしていました。 お部屋は広さもちょうどよく、トイレ、お風呂も２つずつあったので３人で快適に過ごせました。 １つだけ残念点が。。。 冷蔵庫に私達の前に宿泊していた方の忘れものが残っていました。←スタッフに伝え謝罪がありました。 １つ残念なこともありましたが それ以外は大満足、また、ぜひ宿泊させて頂きたいです。親切に対応をして下さったスタッフの皆様に感謝しています。ありがとうございました。

"Lækker oase med super beliggenhed"
Hotellet er super godt og ligger tæt på både shopping, den himmelske fredsplads og den forbudte by. Meget familievenligt med en dejlig swimming pool og personalet var meget behjælpelige. Maden på hotellet var i topklasse.
