The hotel is real close to my fathers new apartment. It also is also close to lots of places to eat. Bed was comfortable.

Easy to get to location and very clean. Free breakfast is always nice. Pool is only 4 feet deep but it is clean with working hot tub. Work out facilities are better than average. I have stayed in this hotel 3 times visiting the area.

When I got to the hotel to chech in the girl at the desk was friendly. She gave me choice of floors to stay. The room was clean and neat, I was happy with it. In the morning breakfast was good but didn't have things that I was looking for but for the area it was fine. When I checked out they were very helpful and nice.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Just as a heads up ... you will need to request the frig and microwave. And there is no restaurant on property as the hotels dot com description conveys. The staff was very gracious in proving all that we asked for... so they made our stay. The staff was informative and kind, the pool and Jacuzzi were clean and well kept, and the room was gr8. The breakfast was ample but could be better.

The hotel was wonderful except our maid didn't do a very good job the second day...it was a great location and had a great breakfast and very nice pool.

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We were initially put into a room that only had one queen sized bed, but we went back to the desk and immediately were assigned a new room for our family of three. Hotel is very nice and with good location. Nest to a big mall and about 15 minutes from the Corning Glass Museum. The breakfast was very nice with hot food. The pool was great- water was not very cold as suggested by one of the reviwer.

The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and cosy, and the overall experience was very nice. It was a very pleasant way to spend the night during our road trip.

I very much enjoyed my stay and if I can get the rate I paid on a regular basis, I would never stay anyplace else when I travel and you have a hotel in the area I'm traveling . I really was well taken care of by your staff in Horseheads. They were all very friendly and helpful and attended to any of my needs very quickly and efficently.

This was a very nice place to stay. It was clean, the breakfast was good, it was conveniently located. The only downside was the noise from the highway.

The Country Inns & Suites was easy to find and was a nice place. The breakfast was a little disappointing, though adequate. Considering the nightly rate, a microwave and refrigerator should have been provided.

Check in time was indicated as 3:00. We arrived about 2:40 as we had an event to attend. The room was not ready when we arrived and the staff had to send someone to see what rooms were available and ready. We did not get into the room until about 3:15 and arrived late at the event we were attending. Aside from the usual things I expect (cleanliness, courtesy, decent location & reasonable price), I was pleasantly surprised by a number of things: 1) fresh cookies, granola bars, fresh fruit & coffee availabe round-the-clock, 2) the breakfast was a hot breakfast and - get this! - acutally healthy! The room did NOT have a fridge and microwave as advertised, and only one person was manning the fort so checking in was dicey. Nonetheless, I recommend this hotel for one night stays if you are on your way to Corning & Seneca Wine Country. This was a very nice hotel. It was in a very convenient location to the interstate as well as a large shopping mall. The rooms were large and very well decorated as well as very comfortable bedding. The free breakfast was also a nice touch as it always saves some money for the day. Highly recommend!

This hotel is beautifully situated outside of Corning, NY and the southern end of the Fnger Lakes! It was very easy to get up and go on any direction. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and our room was terrific. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great -- until breakfast. Two hours before the breakfast time ended, they had run out of eggs and sausage and the waffle iron was broken. Breakfast was a complete failure. They were out of accompanying meat to go with the eggs. The toaster was broken so no toasting bagels of toast. The waffle iron was broken so no waffles. No Danish or other pastry that did not need toasting. The worst hotle breakfast we have ever seen.

We requested a DVD player in our room, and when we arrived the concierge informed us that none of the rooms came equipped with one. With 2 kids it would have been nice for them to be able to watch they wanted while we were there, rather than being stuck with some of the less than stellar TV programming!

My one night stay was better than I had expected. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The staff was very friendly and curtious. The breakfast was very good, although a few things could have been a little hotter.

When we checked in all that was avaliable was a smoking room. We were not at all happy with this. The room smelled very much of smoke. Otherwis the hotel was very nice, and the girl that checked us in was very nice ,although she was unable to get us a non smoking room
