Great hotel and convienent location. Clean rooms and great views onto the Med Sea, superb breakfast! Cant wait to come back and stay for a longer time. We really enjoyed the fitness and spa area.

Fabulous hotel. We were given an upgraded room with magnificent bay views, huge bed etc. The staff were so friendly and the dinner in the Coupole restaurant was exquisite and incredible value. We had two courses and a bottle of recommended red (house/local) wine. The bill was just slightly more than we would pay in London for a pizza meal with wine […] and dessert and we were 'treated' to smoked salmon & artichoke 'amuses bouches' and a salad prepared at the side of our table including its dressing to accompany the fish of the day filleted, skinned and beautifully presented, also in front of our eyes. We were offered three ways of having the fish cooked - Neopolitan style with tomato, anchovies & capers, local style in olive oil & lemon with olives, and one other way which i can't remember. Forget Cinque Terra towns, Rapollo is all ya need for beauty and and a great vacation environment. We could live there and be happy. And don't tell anyone else but the Bristol is superb in EVERY way!

At the price, we expected a better room withy more amenities. The room was adequate but not special. The staff, however was very helpful and courteous. Particularly a manage at the desk was especially cooperative.

It is "Grand". We had a sea view room with a small private balcony (this was a 3 nite stay) . The room was large, well furnished, and with a good size modern bath. The view was worth a $1M - you can see Portofino and S. Margherita across the bay (about a 5 min drive) and yet you have easy access to the very vibrant seaside town of Rapallo, while being […] up the hill and away from the street noise. Basic room considering it was branded as a superior double. jacuzzi was cold (tepid) therefore unusable. The a la carte hotel Restaurant charged my girlfriend and I, 80 euros for a seafood platter, consisting of 1 medium sized seabass and 8 king prawns. Not happy. Felt robbed

We really enjoyed it the spa was great the rooms were big for europe great view. must have sea view. The 10 min walk into town was beautiful and enjoyable. Great access to everything . Hotel was nice and view was good. Located a bit far from town. Total lack of service. Nobody was able to come to help when arriving and people at reception stayed in their little room talking when I was waiting to do check in. They saw us but they just ignore us. This is a good option to stay in Avignon. Rooms are clean, even though bathroom is a little bit old. Location is ok, but could be better (it is 10-minutes walk away from the main Avignon Square). But at the end, it is a good basic hotel, in the center of avignon, with great staff.

This property is a difficult one to rate because some aspects of the hotel are nice and high-end, but others are quite poor and really let the hotel down. The Junior Suite we booked was basically a larger standard room. Don't expect much when you book the Junior Suites or you'll be upset. You simply must book the Sea View or you'll also be upset with […] the views of the back of the hotel. The view is what sells this hotel. Some points of the property are quite tired and run down but others are a plus. The location is great as you're only about 10 minutes away walking down the path to the main part of the town. Repairs and upkeep let this hotel down. My travel partner got trapped in the toilet as the door was a pocket door that got stuck. We had to break the door to get her out. The hotel refused to move us into another room that day as they said the door could be repaired soon. It never was so we eventually got our room change. But, I have to say it wasn't until we raised a major concern. They thought it was acceptable to have to people in a room with a toilet door that didn't shut. Basically you had to shower or use the toilet with an open door. Not optimal for a multi-day stay. The front desk is also quite hit or miss. Some staff were great during the day, but in the evening the staff barely spoke English and were not very helpful. I would stay at this hotel again, but it's because of it's location and the view....not because of the level of service or quality of the establishment. It has lots to work on to earn it's 4 stars. Beautiful location looking over the bay of Portofino. Well located centrally on the Italian Riviera. We were a party of four couples staying at this hotel. On our arrival we were very warmly greeted and we were all upgraded to a ultra superior room. Hotel staff very friendly. We loved it here, in fact did not want to leave and we are coming back next year.

We had an excellent week and could not fault the hotel in any way. It is well positioned with a 20 min. seaside walk into town with everything you could possibly want available there.The sea view room was excellent with very frequent towel changes and nothing too much trouble. Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and comfortable,staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the terrace was fine. We stayed four days and would have liked some menu variations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bristol. The location is superb and the facility exceptional. The staff was extremely courteous. We will be back!

The hotel is situated about a 10 mins walk (along a pedestrian path) outside the centre of Rapallo. The breakfast is served on a lovely terrace and was lovely and fresh every morning. the staff brought fresh coffee/tea/cappucchino any time during breakfast. We never had dinner in the hotel as we prefer to eat in differnet places but it always looked […] nice. There is a fantastic "wellness centre" at no charge inc gym/turkish steam room/sauna/amazing showers. There are loads of loungers round the outside pool area. The room is cleaned every day and the towels changed twice a day - also every evening fresh pool towels are left in your room for the morning. The hotel is on the main road into Rapallo and could be noisy but it never bothered us - you can also hear the trains going by but again it was not a problem. The bus and train station are about a 20 min walk from the hotel and you can visit loads of places very easily(Portofino/Camogli/Cinque Terre/Santa Margarita etc). There is a bus stop at the entrance to the hotel into Rapallo if you don't want to walk. . Drinks were expensive in the hotel but we bought lots in the local supermarket. Hotel molto bello ed in bellissima posizione panoramica.

ficamos em um quarto muito espaçoso,com uma vista deslumbrante do mar e conforto,o café da manha com muito requinte e fartura.O serviço com eficiência e presteza.

L'albergo e' lusuoso e comfortevole, facilmente raggiungibie in macchina, parcheggio incluso. Entro 10 minuti a piedi si sta in centro via un bel sentiero lungo mare. Il Wellness e lo Spa sono meravigliosi!

Sehr angenehmer Empfang, grosse Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber dem Gast sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffett sehr schöner SPA und Wellnessbereich das Hotel liegt nicht zentral verfügt aber über grosszügige Parkplätze

Cadre très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur la Baie de Rapallo et Santa Margherita Ligure. Piscine, Spa, Salle de Sport, Massages font de cet hotel un site privilégié pour passer quelques jours de vacances. Le Personnel est à l'écoute des clients. Les places de parkings sont également un point très positif.

Die Buchung war spontan. Schoener Pool, kleines interessantes Fitness, Spa Mittwochs geschlossen leider. Zentral, etwas laermig von der Hauptstrasse doch dank Klima kann man die Fenster geschlossen lassen. Negativ, gibt es drei Punkte. 1. Personal beim Fruehstuecksbuffet ist nicht wach. Brauch zu lange auch fuer wenn man in den Ferien ist. 2. W-Lan […] gehoert in diesem Preissegment gratis dazu. 3. Parkplatz.. Wir habennoch nie so ein chaos betreffend den Parkplaetzen erlebt. Lieber mal ein paar Linien mehr auf den Bodenen dann weiss auch de Maseratti aus Italien, der Merzedes aus Deutschland oder der Audi aus Holland wie man parkieren muss. Nur die Tiefgarage, welche im Preis war, war leer. Fazit. Top Hotel mit freundlichem Empfang. Guter Service mit kleinen Abstrichen. Empfehlenswert. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, die Terrassen elegant, der Pool riesengroß, sehr gepflegt und abends wunderschön beleuchtet. Das Haus liegt allerdings oberhalb einer vielbefahrenen Straße, auf die auch Pool und Terrassen ausgerichtet sind. Es ist also ziemlich laut, vor allem wenn die getunten Motorroller vorbeirasen. Wirklich schade! Die Poolbar ist schön, […] der Service allerdings schneckenlangsam und die Drinks wirklich teuer. Splendido hotel trovato quasi per caso.Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia passare dei giorni in completo relax.

Molto positivo

-hotel liegt ausgezeichnet. wunderschöne aussicht. -typische italienischer service. -Der Kaffe ist schlecht für italienische verhältnisse. -Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, für ein 4 Sterne könnte es besser sein. -sauber und gepfelgt. -für etwas höhere Anssprüche in der region sehr zu empfehlen.

Très bel hotel, beaucoup de charme, super infrastructures: piscine, spa, propre, moderne, parking sous terrain spacieux, personnel de la réception aimable et efficace. Seul bémol : malgré la qualité du petit déjeuner, le service n'est pas à la hauteur de cette classe d'hotel (il faut hélas attendre plus de 15 min. pour pouvoir commander et obtenir un […] café en raison de la mauvaise organisation du service). Kanske lite långt att gå till stan. väldigt små rum och då blev vi ändå uppgraderade till ett finare rum än det vi bokat. Super trevlig personal!

Prix non justifies dans tous les domaines

hôtel majestueux, très beau de loin, propre mais vieillot (rouille balcon camoufflée par peinture, télé dans armoire peu décorative et pas d'écran plat, pas de chaine françaises, etc... beaucoup trop loin du centre ville -- vue mer certes mais ligne de chemin de fer toute proche -- petit déjeuner aléatoire...

Ce séjour est mon 4 eme depuis 3 ans dans cet hôtel qui devient une habitude,globalement, Très bon séjour,bon acceuil et vue merveilleuse quand on a une chambre face a la baie de santa marguerite et Portofino. Seul le bruit de la route et du train viennent un peu ternir cet endroit idyllique ...

Een aan te bevelen hotel

hotel très agréable, un peu excentré, mais très confortable. Un seul regret.....le français ne s'y pratique pas ou très peu !

c'est un très bel hotel luxueux avec un excellent petit dejeuner, de très belles chambres avec vue mer, personnel très à l'écoute
