Miellyttävä pieni hotelli kohtuuhintaan. Huone oli valoisa, avara, siisti, kaikki toimi hyvin. Paras mannermainen aamiainen niistä hotelleista, missä ollaan tällä matkalla oltu: tavanomaisen "pulla-aamiaisen" lisäksi oli erilaisia pikapuurohiutaleita, jogurttia sekä hedelmiä.

Hotellin sijainti oli tosi hyvä. Yöllä pientä meteliä, mutta oltiinhan suurkaupungissa. Ruokapaikat lähellä ja hyvä aamiaispaikka ihan vieressä.

Hinta-laatusuhde oli mielestäni kohdallaan. Tämänhintaiselta hotellilta ei tietenkään voi odottaa viiden tähden laatua, mutta huone olis siisti ja riittävän tilava, ja sijainti oli erinomainen.

Hotelli sijaitsi kivalla pienemmällä paikkakunnalla noin 20 minuutin ajomatkan päästä SF:n downtownista. Autolla oli kätevä liikkua (hotellissa ilmainen parkkipaikka!). Mutta myös vajaan 2 km:n päästä kulkevalla BART:llakin pääsee helposti SF:n keskustaan. Hotelli oli todella siisti ja hyväkuntoinen. Myös hintaan sisältyvä aamiainen oli kattava (tarjolla mm. puuroa, hedelmiä, jogurttia). Hotellin henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällistä. Suosittelen hotellia etenkin San Franciscon automatkaajille!

New lobby decor is very nice and the lady at check-in was very accommodating. Breakfast menu is good. Everything was fine except the air conditioning unit blasts cold air directly on you while you are in bed. It was too warm to turn it off and opening the window would have been noisy.
"Nicely remodeled"
The hotel has recently been remodeled and the main area now has a cafe and lots of comfortable areas to sit, including computer workstations and a kiosk to print boarding passes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was prompt and quick -- it's very close to the airport.

This is an older property but it is clean and adequate and conveniently located away from high traffic areas.

This neighborhood is not necessarily conducive to family outings unless your primary reason for being here is the Oakland Coliseum which is very nearby. The area is relatively safe and this property is certainly best for business travelers needing close and comfortable access to the OAK airport. "Good enough for when you have cancelled flights."
We had a flight canceled and the hotel was near the airport. Service was not stellar. We waited over an hour for a crib to be brought to our room and after requesting a taxi the next morning, there was no call back confirming that it had been ordered. After a long night, we were hoping for room service or some sort of in-house dining. We ended up ordering […] from the nearby pizza place. It was clean, the bed was comfortable enough. Wonder experience from the moment we checked in. Front desk check in staff was wonderful and very friendly. Room was clean and I especially love the fact the whole hotel is Non smoking, Beds very comfortable best nights sleep at hotel ever!

they were great to work with. everything was as expected. Best was that this facility provided free shuttle service to a number of us staying there for various functions such as concert, sporting events or shopping. very clean, great beds and even better pillows. I highly recommend this facility and will stay there again. and again.

I was only staying at this hotel for the night and had a long day. When looking for hotels near the Oakland Airport, I chose this hotel because I enjoy staying at Mariotts and since I didn't have any transportation, the hotel offered shuttle service to the airport. But, most importantly they stated it had a restaurant in the hotel. Yes, they do, but […] it is only open for breakfast so this was very disappointing knowing I had to order out from local restaurants and you know when you do that your food will be cold. So if you are on the go and don't have your own transportation and want a restaurant inside the hotel, don't choose the Courtyard by Mariott Oakland Airport. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay. "Not a good hotel"
If I had only had one of these problems, the hotel stay would not have been so bad, however, the remote control did not work, the bottom sheet of the bed was off and I had to put in on and the room was apparently located right next to the kitchen because when I woke up, my room smelled of bacon! When I stopped by the front desk as I was leaving to let […] them know that the batteries in the remote for the TV needed to be changed - she was on a personal call and waved me away! "Will Come Again"
We were visiting colleges in the Bay Area and found this hotel in the same proximity. Immediately the staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel was very clean and had a very modern look to it. Downtown San Francisco was not that far away. Overall, we plan on coming here again when traveling to Northern California.

I was surprised by the hotels furnishings. It was very nicely decorated and quite cozy. The staff was very helpful and patient seeing that there was an event going on and they were booked up.
