Room was recently renovated-very clean and comfortable-the building was older but well maintained-especially considering the neighborhood-I almost didn't stop and checked the address 3times to make sure I had the right place-overall stay surprisingly good-too bad this hotel is in such a scary area of town

The hotel itself was old, but clean, and taken care of. The best part was the staff, they were very eager to help with local transportation to surrounding attractions, and events, pleasant and cheerful and they made the stay worth it. Great for the price. Would stay again if in the area.

The staff were very polite and accomodating. Large pool for the grandkids. Older hotel, but was clean and comfortable and had nice amenities.

We like to stay here cause the price is reasonable - and easy to get to uptown omaha events with out paying top dollar. Have stayed here a couple times always clean and staff are nice.

We stayed here just because we had an early flight and wanted to avoid the 1-hr drive from Lincoln to Omaha early in the morning. It met our needs in that it was cheap, clean, nice staff and convenient to restaurants and the airport. Perfect for us. I would stay here again.

Hated the room. The staff was the only good thing about the place! Hard bed, NO noise control... had to listen to cars, bikes, tvs,kids, and much more!

The hotel had reviews of 3/5. It appeared to be at the intersection of 2 interstate highways. Imagine our surprise as we drove off the interstate and wound our way through a rather troubled-looking neighborhood for quite a way. As we drove up the the hotel the shuttle bus driver was just leaving his van. He looked like he hadn't showered in 3 or 4 days. […] His "Quality Inn" shirt looked even worse. However, the young woman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Just delightful to interact with. The bedroom part of the room was fine but the bathroom was more than a little sketchy. There was a bathmat in the tub/shower that clearly had not been removed for cleaning in a LONG time. The amount of mildew in the bathroom was extensive and it seemed obvious that no one had even thought to use a little bleach to remedy that. The room was quiet and breakfast was fine. The hospitality attendant on duty upon arrival barely deserved the title. She had the personality of a wood fence and had absolutely NO idea of how to make someone feel welcomed. The entrance to the wing housing my room was secluded and unsafe. The hallway was muggy because of the pool and had an undistinguishable odor. The room was not any better. […] It was dated, dirty, stained and smelly. Seriously, a King business suite but two trash cans were unavilable? Two bars of soap was an unreasonable extravagance? There were no king business suites avail on the second floor?.......is the bed too heavy? The only good thing about this hotel was it's location, my husband enjoyed the continental breakfast, and the helpful young man (shuttle dirver) who suggested a convenient route to the airport to pick up my husband. I stayed at this hotel for the Berkshire meeting in 2012. Most importantly, the hotel is a five to ten minute drive from Old Market and the Convention Center, so it is an excellent bargain. Most of all, what made it feel like home was the warmth of the staff who I met and who ferried me around downtown Omaha in the hotel's van. I got limitless free rides, pretty much at all hours - with a warm, personal touch that was better than what I've experienced at Four Seasons or the Ritz Carlton. I got to know the entrepreneurial owner, Ajay Makwana, and his managers. It felt like staying at a friend's home. While the amenities are typical of a budget hotel, the execution was winning. Free, high quality, high speed internet. (Ajay used to be a network engineer.) Safety cameras all over the hotel - that made me feel extra safe. A 24 hour convenience store right across the road. A heated swimming pool with lots of sun. The only thing missing is an exercise room but that will be installed this summer, according to Ajay. He really cares about excellence and taking his business to the next level - and I hope you consider staying with him. I'm definitely staying there my next visit to Omaha for the Berkshire meeting. We payed for our hotel on expedia two weeks before we stayed at the hotel. When we arrived they told us that our cedit card had been declined, but I new they got their money because it had came out of our checking account two weeks prior. After explaining this to the manager she fumbled with her computer for 5 minutes and told us we were right and everything […] was in order. The first night we had a hard time getting into our room with the key cards we were giving, every tenth try on a average it would work. The towel holder in the bathroom came off when we removed a towel. The second night we were awakened with a loud crash at 2:00 am, the tv had fallen off of the wall!! After further inspection the installer of the tv mounted the bracket upside down. In the morning i notified the hotel manager about this and he was just concerned if the tv was broke and if we were responsible for replacing it. I told him that the tv was fine and explained to him that the tv mounting bracket was mounted upside down. He sent the maintence man up and he concluded that the bracket was upside down. What really burns me is he didn't care about the quality of sleep that we had gotten that night. I guess I should have payed 10 dollars more for a hotel that was better. :( Lisätietoja

Everything was fine but when we wanted to talk about prices of rooms etc. they couldn't tell us anything. We were wondering who actually owns those motels and who runs them? We'd rather deal with the people there but that wasn't the way it was. We really do prefer small town home owned businesses. We did have a fun time. thanks!!

The hotel was way older and in a sketchy neighborhood compared to the photos online. Our first bed had hairs in it, so we had to switch rooms. Unless you need a really cheap deal, I'd stay somewhere else!

Not a good location if you don't have a car. Very few decent restaurants to walk to. When I left my room, I was constantly hit on - at the convenience store, walking down the street by men in cars, men pulling up to the hotel when I was entering. Maybe it's a red light district??? nothing fancy, but close and easy access to airport. We stayed a total of 5 hours but the staff was very friendly, rooms need some updating but all in all it was ok for a few hours sleep.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood & was very easy for me & my fiance to find. we were very satisfied with the service, their hot breakfast, pool, etc. we will be definitely staying there the next time we go down to council bluffs.

Had previous reservations for a handicap room and ended up paying extra when we arrived for what they said was the only handicap room they had, then when we entered the room it smelled of mold. When we went to check out and leave from the only handicap parking space they had the managers car was parked in the no parking zone next to the handicap spot […] so close to our car we could not get in the door let alone get the wheelchair between the cars. The front desk clerk had to call the manager to wake him up to move his car. There is no excuse for blocking handicap parking. This hotel will never get our business again. Lisätietoja

I found some hair in the bathtub which is repulsive to me - - - especially as it all belonged to the guest before me! I did tell the gal who checked me out and she said she'd have it checked. But, I'll never know if someone would have the same problem in any room!

Cheap room, you get what you pay for! 1/3 the price of downtown Omaha only a few miles away. If you just need a bed this place is fine.

well the heat either was on or off if you turned it on manually and most of the stuff in the room looked like it was from the 70s i was not impressed at all with it other then where it was from where we were going.

The hotel is getting a little old and some of the past maintenance was a bit on the shanty side. However it was clean and comfortable. It is important for me to state that the owner and staff belong in a 5-Star hotel, they were so nice and couldn't do enough for us. Thank you for your top rated service!!!

Friendly staff, great rooms, clean and very comfortable. Staff were very accommodating of our needs. Scuttle service to the airport was a life saver for us, and once again, from the manager to the shuttle driver, all very professional. I would give this experience an A++
