Extended Stay Deluxe Boston - Westborough - Westborough

Overall, it was a a great place to stay. No breakfast on Sunday was a letdown. Front desk staff not very knowledgeable about surrounding area, including where to get breakfast on a Sunday morning. Too many confusing turns and loops to get the hotel.

We had a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. The smell was so bad that even when we left the hotel, we could still smell it on our clothing and luggage. We would not recommend this hotel.

While there's nothing wrong with this place, you don't leave inspired by its cleanliness or anything. Smells like stale smoke in the hall, older generally including linens. Breakfast seems to be anything that comes prepackaged.

the first room I was given was already occupied. Old TV. Window was left wide open so it was rather cold. Bathroom showed no evidence of "freshly cleaned"; it wasn't dirty, but didn't seem as clean as it should have been,,,

The cleanliness of this hotel wasn't bad, however, one of the receptionists was terrible. My luggage was also lost from my flight in, and the hotel didn't even have shampoo to give me. The first room that they gave me keys to also wasn't ready, so they had to give me keys to another. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

An excellent Hotel. We wished we could stay longer. The receptionists were very nice. We did not have our meals over there, though. The hotel was just like living in your own home. They have a full kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster, kitchen sink and kitchen cabinet with spoons, plates and cups (not disposable) and other cooking utensils. We were […] really amazed at what we saw. The bedrooms are spacious and neat. They have a television and a dvd player in each room. My teenage daughter was there with five of her peers for her birthday sleepover. They had two queen beds and brought sleeping bags along. They had a good time and they were very happy too. It is really a Deluxe hotel. The only con is that they did not have a free wifi, you will be charged for using it. However, I will definately go there again and I recommend it for anyone who wants to get out of home but feel at home. TX Lisätietoja

I had stayed once before at the lower end Extended Stay and the "Deluxe" version actually made a big difference. It was cleaner, and just had a better feel. I would stay there again.

clean,close to resturants,groceries, and friends

Wow! My husband and I have not stayed at a place like this in, well, ever! The entire floor wreaked of smoke, our room stank and there was plaster falling from the ceiling. We were told by a maintenance man tending the front desk that the hotel was full and nothing could be done to accommodate us. We reserved two one bedroom suites and we were pleased with the space and layout. The kitchen area was clean and well supplied. The freezer already had ice in it. Linens were clean and we were given more towels than needed. If you are fussy and like pressed bed sheets, then this is not the place for you. Airconditioning unit was quiet. If you leave something behind, it will be locked in storage and retrievable only when a manager is on site. We checked out 2 days ago and we are still trying to retrieve an item left there. I didn't get the room I booked. The first room I got was unmade and dirty. The next room was clean but the a/c controls were broken/missing and the shower had no water pressure. To make matters worse, I woke to find out the advertised complimentary breakfast was not being served that weekend. I was traveling alone checked in after dark. Parking lot was well lit and it was right off major road easy to find. Desk clerk was very nice and helpful. My air conditioner had leaked overnight when I told the clerk she was very nice and appreciative that I told her so she could get it fixed. Would definitely stay there or at another next trip.

Was not happy with my stay...was not what was advertised to be...too much money for what I what got...If you go do not check in late at night or stay on weekend...

Needed a hotel for weekend trip to Boston. Convinient off turnpike, not to far from city. Hotel staff were very helpful with directions. A good price and location for the money. A very good experience.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, close to restuarants and amenities.

Especially if you book with Hotels.com. They completely absolve themselves of all responsibility for service - typical response is : since you booked at Hotels.com, we cannot do anything!

The hotel was under renovations so I was very disappointed. It is in the middle of nowhere!

Thin walls, can hear neighbor phone conversations and footsteps from upstairs. Curtains do not block sun in the morning. Ant problem. Broken equipment in workout room. TV volume not working consistently on all stations.

The hotel was everything I expected. Nice size room and was pretty decent.

It was what we were looking for. A clean place to sleep for the night. The exercise room is a joke, the equipment is from 1900. I didn't even see a pool. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

It was clean and well maintained from what I have seen. The stove worked well and the fridge as well. Lots of space and very clean. Just need a pool and this would be a great hotel I think.

There was a liquid spill on the elevator that was there for hours and a bit of a smell when we got to the second floor. We were disappointed to be charged an extra $5 for an "extra" guest (we are husband and wife staying in one room, one bed. You probably have more male guests than female guests. The one thing I missed was not having any cream rinse after I shampooed my hair. This is definitely a woman's must have.

I have stayed here several times now. Workable kitchen, comfortable bed, clean room and a recliner for watching TV. Exercise equipment is getting old.
