"Nice enough"
Renaissance is a nice enough hotel--rooms are lovely and clean. However, I will think a lot before staying again. When I asked for a late checkout, I got a lame excuse that because I was part of a group meeting in the hotel, I would not be able to do so. No maybe, no let's see what we can do...just a plain no. "1 star treatment at 5 star price"
We arrived at 5pm and were given the "hospitality" suite, which had a murphy bed and sofa, neither of which had been prepared with linens / pillows. We were then shunted to another really small room with 1 King (we requested 2 doubles). Then back to the first room, which had more space. "Very nice neighborhood"
Very fun place to spend the weekend..Great walking distance to everywhere, very centric. Just one thing, the rooms dont have minibars, so you have to go downstairs to buy water, sodas, etc...

"Renaissance - Great location and service"
I booked this room on hotels.com and requested 2 double beds. Upon check-in, I asked the front desk to confirm that we had 2 double beds and we did not. Without asking, they moved us to a larger corner room with a king and a pull-out sofa bed and sent up a rollaway cot. The room was very spacious and comfortable for us and our 2 kids. The waiter at […] breakfast for the buffet was super friendly and attended to our every need. He even went ahead and only charged me for one child - again without even asking. Great rooms, great location. The pool is rather small, but otherwise.. its a great place to stay. Will go again- and will recommend to friends.

Extremely convenient location and friendly front desk and concierge service. The room was very clean but I easily heard small children in the next room being put to bed and an argument in the hall. Thank goodness they both did not last long or get too loud. Over all it was a comfortable stay.

"Convenience at it's best!"
If you want to shop on King Street, this hotel couldn't be more accessible. It was an easy walk to all my favorite shopping destinations.

This hotel was in the perfect location, within walking distance to everything. Lots of great restaurants and shopping close by. No renatal car needed! The only thing that was a big dissapointment is the room we were in. It was directly across from the elevators. You can probably imagine the noise of people coming and going and the noise from the elevator […] doors and the constant "ding". Other than that, the room was very clean and comfortable. "Not what I expected"
I was not satisfied. The hotel was quite expensive for what I received. The rooms are quite small and lack neither a safe or refrigerator. The bed was way too soft. I asked for one large king but got two twins. The hotel has a parking arrangement with the garage across the street. When the attendant was present the daily cost for hotel guests was $12.
