Had a conference at the hotel. You can walk indoors straight from the airport to the hotel. Room was really spacious and practical. Nice breakfast and everything works really well. Design is nice, though some spots are a bit worn. Internet usage was really expensive.

Connected to terminal 3 with a tube. Nice lobby area. Superb rooms with nice different views. The lounge on the top floor with the food and drink service was great.

Salad at the hotel was not very nice, very big chunks and only few very oily pits of bread on it. Hotel itself was very nice and cosy.

Erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde. Helppo saapua ja lähteä lentäen. Sekä junalla että metrolla pääsee keskustaan, junalla pääsee nopeasti useisiin kohteisiin Etelä-Ruotsissa. Valitsemaani huoneeseen sisältyi hotellin kylpylän vapaa käyttö sekä aamiainen ja välipalat yläkerran ravintolassa.

Hotelli aivan hyvä, mutta odotimme parempaa. Huone ei ollutkaan iso ja hieno vaan aika normaalin kokoinen, kun esim vertaa Gteborgin Scandic hotelliin, minkä huone oli isompi, isommat maisemaikkunat, sähöksäätöiset sängyt ym. ja kuitenkin Hilton mukamas 5 tähden hotelli ja kalliimpi. We had a perfect stay after a cruise before flying to Dublin. It was an easy walk to the airport. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

vey nice hotel. rooms very clean and comfortable however bed was rather hard but no great hardship for 1 night. would recommend as walking distance from airport and metro station. breakfast was excellent

Always good, my preferred departure hotel, you don't get surprises here. But as a regular guest would like some upgrade, and why pay for internet and movies on a 5 star hotel, it feels like a motel in Mohave desert, or is it just the last turn on the screw, come on Hilton you can do better

I decided to splurge for the convenience of this wonderful airport Hilton. Everything was excellent as expected from an international Hilton. I just hate being nickel and dimed. No free wi-fi? C'mon! The air conditioning would no cool any lower than 17 degrees Celsius. Room never did cool down to an acceptable comfort level to sleep well at night. Should have just stayed at the airport to catch the next flight to Florida instead of spending $250 for the room. The airport Hilton is a fine hotel with good execution on most details -- room comfort, bathroom, gym, breakfast, etc. While I think the rooms themselves are good value, the add-on prices (i.e., internet, room service, mini-bar, etc.) are beyond stratospheric, so keep that in mind, and note what's included in your rate!

This hotel was able to get us connecting rooms and check us in to one even though we arrived just after midday. The rooms were large, well designed and well equipped. The restaurant was good and lively, the breakfast buffet was very good and the gym equipment up-to-date and easy to use. The hotel's location was perfect for us. We were able to take a […] 10 minute train ride into Copenhagen for some sightseeing and shopping that afternoon, but had only a five minute walk to check in for our long distance flight the following morning . The hotel is perfect for those changing flights or similar. You shouldn't even get out of the airport since there is a direct connection to the hotel. And yes...it is Hilton :)

We use this hotel when we have an early flight the next day. Works really well for getting to the airport on time. Convenient also for taking the metro into downtown for last minute shopping.

Very pleasant with all the amenities of a top notch hotel. However, the WIFi reception was terrible on the 10th floor and I actually had to go to the lobby area to send some mails. The hotel also keep a charge of $87.00 on your credit card for five days to ensure payment for the minibar. I find this policy excessive as the minibar automatically charges […] the amount of the item if you remove it from its location. I booked this Hotel as it is at the Airport but discovered that besides being perfect for the Air traveler it is also perfect for holiday in Copenhagen as the Metro and railway is connected and the trip to centre of town is app. 10 minutes. Hotel is very good with all usual services.

Very clean, very nice .. only drawback is that the free internet service only covers the lobby and has a time limit.

Wonderful service and upkeep of the hotel. The hotel manager was quite accommodating to my families needs.

Convenient located at Copenhagen Airport but 180 (€25) for 24 h of wireless internet is ridicules. WiFi and lounge on top floor is included in Executive rooms.

The Hilton at Copenhagen Kastrup has always been great and thus stay did not disappoint! The rooms are a good size; beds are comfortable: bathrooms are clean although the shower is a bit under-powered.
