For an overnight business stop, or a base for a couple of nights, I don't see how you can go wrong here. The hotel is very modern and clean, with smart bedrooms and bathrooms. Our second stay at this hotel, and the standard was as good as before. Free underground parking, spotlessly clean and cool rooms and great service. Ask at the front desk for a useful 10% discount token off many local restaurants.

Our stay in this hotel could not be faulted. We were made to feel most welcome and at home. In fact the duty manager seemed to go out of his way to help everyone and was polite and cheerful (not overly) at altimes. The free underground car park was appreciated too!

Had a great stay at Ramada Encore Hotel very clean &tidy staff very helpful would recommend to anyone.Also most of all very reasonably priced.Ideal for all whatis going on in bournemouth.

The standard of the hotel was very good, staff were attentive and pleasant. Our room was kept clean. The buffet breakfast was of high standard, infact you could not fault the place all, even the location and parking were good. I would recommend this place to others for a short stay break.

Good value. Helpful staff and very good breakfast. The room was fine and very clean. Not a very good view though.

I travel a fair bit for work and conferences and this hotel proved a pleasant surprise as it seemed new or newly refurbished. I did not have a room with sea views - I understand you can see the sea from the upper floors but as I was all day at a conference this was not a problem. The usual buffet breakfast was welcome and the eating area and the room […] were light airy and spotless. Staff were pleasant and quietly helpful. Convenient location in that I was able to walk the half dozen or so blocks from the station - a block or so to the cliffs and very close to the venue I was attending. hotel close to the shops and bournemouth gardens which was nice. hotel was very clean staff were very helpfull and happy. they helped us with a problem that we had and was sorted straight away. would definatly return one day!

Good central location,with free parking.The room was modern,with wooden flooring and one armchair although no wardrobe.Breakfast was good but sometimes had to wait when things ran out usually fried and scrambled egg.Would stay there again.

Pleasant, clean hotel, but more suited to business people than tourists. Only a shower there was no bath, there was no wardrobes or drawers, just hooks to hang your clothes. Only had breakfast but that was very nice.

Loveley clean modern hotel, very nice staff, good buffet breakfast lot's of choice.The evening meal menu looked ok and not over priced like some hotels, plenty parking with disabled bays. The hotels disabled rooms are excellent very spacious with a full wet room type bathroom with shower & seat, wider doors for wheel chair access & lift to all floors. […] All the rooms have wet room bathrooms so someone with some mobility could manage if no disabled rooms available, at least you dont have to try and climb over a bath to take a shower. This is the second time we have stayed at the Ramada and will definitely be back. The staff are very helpful, breakfast excellent - all you can eat buffet style sets you up for the day.A good location close to the station if you are not driving and if you are plenty of parking.

Very central location - once car parked no need to use for resort. Some unique eating places.

It was our first holiday together as family with our little 3 months old boy. When I had to boil watter I realized how dirty the kettle was, I had to wash it first before preparing my babies feed. Room was cold and when i tried to heat it up the a/c was spreading only cold air out for 20 min than i gave up and switched it off. Toilet didnt have a brush, […] shower gel was empty, not replaced. No complimentary toiletries. Toilet smeled a bit moldy. Sofa chair in room which i thought would be nice to feed my baby during night, was very uncomfortable. No carpet in room, room not cozy at all. However the worst thing was that the bed was horrible, made noise with every move made. I could not turn in bed as every time i move my baby wakes up. I complained and the friendly receptionists offered me another room but after checking two of them realized that the beds in all rooms are the same as have a complitely wooden frame which makes noise with every move. I stayed at Ramada Encore,Bournemouth July 12 to july 15.I had stayed one night in Spring so had good idea what to expect.From checking in you are aware of a professional attitude from staff.Room was clean and had good selection of tv channels Bathroom modern and bed comfortable. All good review apart from the bed could have been more comfortable. The bed was a tad noisey due to the design and the mattress was really firm. But spacious, convenient, nice bathroom and great coffee at breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently close to the sea, about 10 min walk. It's also useful to be able to park in the garage (clearance 2m), but to get a parking spot, it's a good idea to be early at the hotel. There are a few places outside if you have a large vehicle. The staff were courteous and well trained, and the room clean. Very nice hotel. My partner & I found the hotel to be very clean and the staff were helpful & friendly. The breakfast at the hotel was also very enjoyable. The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the town centre, beaches & pier. Our stay at the Ramada was a pleasant experience. The only drawback was limited wardrobe space.

The hotel is modern and clean and all the staff were extremely pleasant and friendly, in fact I could not fault their attitude to guests. I arrived early and was allowed to leave my luggage until my room was ready, without charge. I was allocated a twin room and preferred a double bedded room; this was changed for me speedily and without problems. The […] rooms and bathrooms are modern; the only criticism I have was that there were no drawers or wardrobe, just 2 poles for hangers: extra hangers were brought to me quickly on request. (I was on an extended holiday, travelling in England, so had a fair amount of luggage!) The breakfasts were, without doubt, the best I have ever eaten in a British hotel; choice and quality were excellent and the staff cleared tables quickly and efficiently. I ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and found the food to be of good quality and reasonable price; there is even a set meal, which represented very good value. I was delighted to find that there were 2 computers to use in the lobby, free of charge. The hotel is quite near to the station and there is a bus stop close by. Basic Hotel with all amenities. No frills. Good if you want cheap and cheerful. The bed was really uncomfortable. Was on a good bus route for the town. Good situation for travelling the Dorset coast. Would recommend if bed was more comfortable and someone wanted a base for a couple of nights

Great location - 5 to ten minutes walk to most things. Room was clean and modern. If you are looking for character you won't find it here but it is inexpensive, modern, clean and convenient.

We stayed a whole week, which I got the impression was a longer-than-average stay for this location. Great breakfast and nicely set. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Nice walk to the center of town, although one stretch of it was a little seedy. Walking distance to the train station (unless you have a lot of luggage). Other plusses: WiFi […] access, the in-room tea pot was very handy, quiet. Wishes: more room to put clothing away (I hate living out of a suitcase), the mattresses were a bit lumpy, and the hair dryers were strangely placed (not in the bathroom). The hotel is well situated for the beach and local restaurants. The booking in process was quick and easy and the reception staff were very friendly and informative regarding local sites to see. The room was rather minimalist in that, although all the necessary accoutrements were there, there was, for instance, no wardrobe but instead, there were two […] boards screwed to the wall each with large pegs sticking out on which to hang clothes. My first thought was that it was a slightly up-market Travelodge! This, plus the lack of a fridge, would prevent me booking more than one or two night stay - definitely not suitable for any longer than this. The bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom roomy and clean - the power shower was very refreshing! The buffet breakfast is worth mentioning as they served the best sausages I have ever tasted in an hotel. A bonus was that the car park was free - something that other local hotels did/would not provide. Excellent hotel modern very nice bathroom and comfortable beds. The hot buffet breakfast was excellent and the staff were extremely efficient and friendly.Parking was free which is an added bonus, I certainly would stay there again.

The hotel is very vibrant and clean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and of a good size. The staff are helpful and friendly.
