Great hotel for early departure

Perfect for a very early morning flight. Right on the doorstep of the airport. Free wifi in reception but NOT in the rooms! Hate this, I've paid for the room and should have it for free whereas people can walk in from the street and get it without paying. Marked down as a result.

for hotels to charge for wi-fi is outrageous , costs them very little to provide , you can use the computer in the lobby for free , but would prefer to use my own in the room . no great eatingplaces if you have no car , hotel pricy for food and airport no entry to good eating places before sercurity , you have to settle for a coffee bar sandwiches , […] well over priced . better to bring your own to eat in the hotel . Cobwebs in room. Weirdly toilet in separate room from sink and shower. Breakfast poor and expensive. Wifi expensive. Better hotel (Ballyrobin) less than 5 mins away.

Hotel was clean, staff at check in very friendly. Meal in the bar was disappointing- we ordered turkey and ham and staff asked did we want to order side but did not make it clear that there was no potato or veg with the dish (unusual in itself) so it was not substantial, also server when we asked said 'i did ask you if you wanted a side'. This hotel was ideal as we had an early flight to catch. The room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. We didn't eat in the restaurant, however we could see that both it and the bar area were kept very clean and tidy

First the 5 star rating for this hotel is false. The hotel is convenient for flying out of Belfast. The hotel and rooms are dated. The room was dirty, cookies all over the carpet, the air didn't work, and opening the window was very noisy and flies were everywhere. The bed is horrible, a hard, and very thin mattress which we checked for bedbugs and […] didn't find any. There is no place to charge cell phones. I arrived to find that my room hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest. It was difficult to get served at breakfast, and the food/drink kept running out.

The two nights we spent at the Park Plaza were great. Our plane got in fairly early in the morning, and check-in wasn't until 2PM. However, the front desk was happy to take our bags and see if she could arrange for a room to be ready as soon as possible because we were clearly tired. The location of the hotel is wonderful - literally a minute's walk across the parking lot to the airport and shuttle bus which takes you into the city centre. A return day ticket is £10, and the bus comes fairly often during the day (every 15 minutes, I believe.) The hotel is about 35-45 minutes away from Belfast's city centre, and that's the only reason I scored a point less on the convenience of the hotel's location. For the smokers out there, there are no smoking rooms, only an area in front of the hotel to the side, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Lisätietoja

Nice, simple, clean hotel within 50m of the airport. Bar and restaurant have a good selection of food options. Staff were helpful.

Room was quiet even though close to airport. Breakfast was not included. WiFi was not included. Bedside lamp had no bulb in it. It was a very convenient place to stay to catch an early morning flight out of Belfast. I would stay there again, for that reason.

From entering to exiting staff at reception and in bistro were excellent My expectations were more than met. Room was excellent Parking charges for residents is only let down £10 from 2.00 pm to 7.00 am.

We arrived late and the hotel was extremely convenient for the airport. Rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet since the airport was so close. The selection of beers and wines in the hotel bar was not great & the bar wasn't staffed full time but the was the only problem with our short stay.

Dissappointed, toilet smells in room, hairs in bath, tiny old TV with non functioning remote, woodchip wallpaper and windows that open approx 1 inch. Breakfast - scrambled egg took 25 minutes to arrive when there was 6 people for breakfast! This is not a 4 star hotel, it may have been when it was rated many years ago but now needs a real refit! Starting from bathroom to the bed everything was old, the room was so hot and the temparature control so old fashioned tht doesnt seem to work at all, furniture such as chair cushion was so old tht i can see stains on them. In the Bathroom they kept only one very small soap and they didnt bothered to change it for the next day and i had to call them […] up to get a new one. WAter got stucked in the Bathroom tub then i ended up calling the room service then she called the manager to explain the problem with the bathroom tub and informed him tht the problem should be solved before they assign the room to ne t guest. Also i felt itchy when i slept on bed, i got afraid if they have any bedbugs in the bed and i had woke up couple of times inthe middle of the night to check luckily i haventfound one. Well this is my personal openion, the only positive thing is the hotel is 30 seconds walkto the BFS airport, iam lucky tht i had earlymorning flight and this hotel helped me in tht aspe t Lisätietoja

It was a good option to the weekend. We arrived late on friday and went on foot to our hotel. In the first day we went to Belfast by bus, in the second we rent a car in the airport to know the coast and on Monday we had to take the flight very early.

Well greeted within the hotel though watch out a tuna sandwich will cost you about £5.... Really good night sleep comfortable and ideal ffor the traveller... One other warning they may try and charge you twice for staying...

Couldn't be more convenient for Belfast International airport. Ideal for an early morning flight. The room was clean and comfortable. Unusual to find a tiolet separate from the bathroom - toiletries provided. The TV was old and outdated and would have benefited from freeview chanels. Staff pleasant and helpful.

If you have a red flight or want the convenience of staying at the airport in comfortable and reasonably priced accommodation then this is the place. But don't eat here.... Food is grossly over priced!

A very pleasant stay, comfortable. They need to broaden their healthy eating options. At a cost of £9 for a continental breakfast, there was no flora spread just butter. There was zero no fat or low yoghurts. Just brown bread and fruit! Staff were extremely helpful in the reception. Staff in general were friendly and polite.

The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was conveniently located for my business trip. The service was lacking and in some cases quite rude. The food was mediocre at best. If you can stop somewhere else then I would.

Very rude check in experience where staff where desperate to charge on top of the paid fees for anything, really put a bad start to a generally poor stay. Once resolved, the tired bedroom was adequate but more low end 3 star than 4. Dinner was horrendously expensive. If you're flying into or out of BFS Airport (Belfast, George Best) this is a very convenient hotel location as it is 3 min walk to the terminal and 3 min walk to the Long Stay Car Park. Clean enough, comfortable and friendly service. P.S. Tip your waiter/waitress.

I absolutely loved the convenience of this hotel being right at the airport..I just walked right over to it with my luggage..so close! They were very polite and helpful...room was great!

Adequate and satisfactory hotel adjacent to the airport so ideal for conferences and early/late travel. The breakfast was over-priced for the actual quality. Hotel is on similar standard to Premier Inn and rooms are beginning to look a little tired.

Posizione comoda, la segnaletica stradale non è però delle migliori. Non c'è asciugacapelli in camera e la connessione wifi è disponibile solo a pagamento. Il personale è cortese, le camere silenziose e nel complesso non sono stato male, ma penso che la prossima volta proverò qualche altro albergo della zona.

Praktische Lage, 50 m vom Eingang zum Flughafen. Vom Zentrum Belfast sehr gut mit Bus (Linie 300) erreichbar. Bestens geeignet für red eye flights. Sauber. Minibar fehlt.
