Hotellissa The Westport Inn, an Ascend Collection Hotel on 24 tunnin kuntoilukeskus ja ilmaiset polkupyörät. Ilmainen langaton Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä yleisillä alueilla.Hotellissa on liiketoimintakeskus (auki 24 tuntia). Majoitusliikkeen (vihreä/kestävän kehityksen hotelli) ravintolapalveluihin kuuluvat ravintola ja baari / aulabaari. Henkilökunta voi järjestää: concierge-palvelut, hääpalvelut ja tilaisuuksien tarjoilut. Hotellissa on muun muassa seuraavat lisäpalvelut: kielitaitoinen henkilökunta, takka aulassa ja ilmainen sanomalehti aulassa.Vieraille on tarjolla ilmainen itsepysäköinti.Tämä on savuton hotelli. Tämän hotellin kunnostustyöt valmistuivat: marraskuu 2011.

Vierashuoneissa on seuraavia näköalavaihtoehtoja: kaupunki. The Westport Inn, an Ascend Collection Hoteln 117 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on iPod-telakat ja kahvin-/teenkeitin. Vuoteissa on petauspatja-patjat, kolme lakanaa ja ylelliset vuodevaatteet. Ilmainen langaton nopea Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä. 32-tuumainen LCD-televisio, joissa on parhaat satelliittikanavat, ovat saatavissa. Kaikissa huoneissa on työpöydät ja puhelin, jossa on vastaajapalvelu; ilmaiset paikallispuhelut sisältyy huonehintaan (voimassa saattaa olla rajoituksia). Kylpyhuoneissa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä, designer-hygieniatuotteet, meikkaus-/parranajopeilit ja hiustenkuivaaja.
Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat pullovesi (sisältyy hintaan) ja silitysrauta / -lauta. Lisäksi pyynnöstä saatavissa oleviin palveluihin kuuluvat jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni ja allergiatestatut vuoteet. Tarjolla on siivouspalveluita: päivittäin. Kaikki hotellin The Westport Inn, an Ascend Collection Hotel vierashuoneet ovat savuttomia.

"Beautiful hotel.."
The deluxe building is nicest. The pool is in the deluxe building and the restaurant in the classic building. The classic building is set up more like a motel since their is not an inside corridor. I prefer the inside corridor with children. Restaurant has delicious food service is slow as anything though. For the most part I enjoyed it all. Everything […] is new and clean which is all you can ask for. Pool is small but great for the children. Plenty of parking too. "3 Stars is Generous"
Room was grungy. Smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Not that I expected the Waldorf Astoria, but it was still a disappointment.

"Not bad for the price and the area"

The beds were so high that I, a shorter person, had trouble getting up into them. But they were comfortable. Unfortunately, the room was so small with 2 queen beds that there wasn't any comfortable place to sit -- such as an easy chair or small sofa. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and are happy that the hotel has been remodeled from our first stay […] years ago. Also, that it welcomes small pets. "Westport Inn"
Stayed for 2 nights - they did a relatively nice job at renovating. The lobby and restaurant are beautiful as are most of the furnishings in the room. I have two criticisms: 1. They need to fix up the bathrooms - sink, counter and shelves. and 2. $14.95 for an unimpressive breakfast is too high. Otherwise, no complaints.

"Hurricane weekend!"
We had just moved to CT and were staying in hotels when Irene hit. Thankfully, the hotel had a back-up generator, so we did not really feel the effects of the hurricane. We had electricity, hot water, and the kitchen and bar was open! Some of the staff stayed overnight in the hotel, and they were very attentive to the guests. I commend them for doing […] such an excellent job - especially Krystal at the front dest and Alexa - wonderful waitress in the restaurant. The manager was awesome, too - and I'm sure she was the one holding it all together! A wedding was being held the night of the storm, and it was a very happy atmosphere (despite the weather). "Westport Inn"
Very average hotel. No restaurant, old, out of date room, very average customer service. Not what one would expect in this area of CT.
"Not ready for prime time."
The receptionist was delightful,but overwhelmed. She needed another person at the desk. They had to add a fridge that was requested 3 months prior. They are still under construction which was a mess. Although the a/ to be functioning it couldn't keep the room below 80 degrees and it was very humid. After several miserable hours of trying to sleep, we […] left at 5:30 am and left a beetle which we found under the bed spread. "Unfortunate"
It was probably unusual, but hotel upgrade was going on and it was very noisy in our area of the hotel in the afternoon. TV people were hammering and drilling and others were also making noise.

The hotel is under rennovations Show up to check in at 3:00 The Hotel was over booked for the amount of rooms they had completed rennovating This was a big problem because it was a graduation weekend and there were NO hotel rooms availible within 20 miles There were about 20 of us all waiting for a room when the hotel manager finallly told us that he […] didn't think the rooms would be ready but if we wanted to hang out he would call as rooms were completed Luckily I had been on a waiting list at another hotel 10 miles away and they just had a cancelation The hotel should of called and let us know there might be a problem so we could make other plans Lisätietoja
"Nice quality"
There was a lot of construction taking place ther, but other than that, it is in a convenient location, and the room and bed were great!
