Hotellissa Ayres Suites Mission Viejo on ulkouima-allas, poreallas ja kuntokeskus tai -sali. Huonehintaan sisältyvä langaton ja langallinen Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä yleisillä alueilla. Tämän 3-tähden hotellin liiketoiminnan palveluihin sisältyvät liiketoimintakeskus (auki 24 tuntia), kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja limusiinipalvelu. Huoneissa on patio, josta on seuraava näköala: kaupunki. Ayres Suites Mission Viejon 115 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on iPod-telakat ja kahvin-/teenkeitin. Vierailu sujui aivan, kuten piti. Huone oli sellainen kuin luvattiin ja näimme molempina iltoina Disneyn ilotulituksen ikkunasta. Palvelu oli tasokasta ja aulabaarin ruoka hyvää. Edestä pääsee bussilla Disneylandiin, mutta kyllä sinne kävelläkin jaksaa. Yöpyisin mielelläni uudelleen.

Hyvä sijainti Disneylandissä käyntiä varten. Hotelli ja henkilökunta hyvää kolmen tähden perustasoa. Siisti, sängyt OK, aamiainen OK, pysäköintihalli OK, kolmen aamun käyntiin, huoneessa jääkaappi, kahvinkeitin, tallelokero, langaton netti, suihku. Eli kaikki mitä odotettiin oli ja toimi. Useita ruokaravintoloita lähellä, joista The Cheesecake factory paras.

Breakfast was pretty gross. Need to offer fresh foods. Eggs & sausage tasted like byproducts when all they needed were fresh items. tossed mine and went to bagels & brew. They should scrap the advertisement for it and just to cold items if they can not get it right. Same for coffee & juices. Yuck!!

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Went there basicly as our grandson had a La crosse came in Mission viejo on Saturday and didn;'t want to have to get so early to drive to his game. The breakfast they offered was very nice but would have loved to had have one of those waffle machines that most hotels that offer breakfasts now have.

We found this hotel to be in a quiet area but near a small shopping center. Room had a couch and coffee table which is so much nicer than having to sit on a bed. Nicely decorated and very clean. The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean. We stayed there because our friends had their wedding at Las Palomas, which was is 5 minutes drive. I recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

I was pleasantly surprised by this Hotel. The room was great, with a King, couch, little granite table for two and wet bar. Very quite room, might be due to the fact that there we not many guests, but nice. Breakfast was good and the staff was pleasant.

The Ayres has a great buffet breakfast. Not just coffee and cereal. We're talking eggs, bacon, hash browns, pancakes, plus all the cereal, oatmeal, toast, yogurt, and danishes you could eat. There is also a happy hour "light dinner"/snack every evening which was great, too. The pool was always uncrowded and the perfect spot to enjoy the weather with […] my family. As of late I divide stays by either nice or not. Nice means that all the elements for a nice stay are in place and in this stay that was exactly the case. The staff was more than ready and did provide fine service. Well mannered, pleasant smile and even made it easier when unloading our bags by suggesting we go to the back of the room and park to minimize […] the transporting of the bags. A nice hotel representative was waiting with the sliding doors open. Nice touch. The sleeping, comforts found in the room (even though I was not partial on using the bottle water available on the small fridge due to its price being was past my tolerance level) I had no complaints. It was an ample room, well appointed and next day, just like great fellow reviewers had pointed out, the breakfast experience was just great. The Chef went beyond the call of duty and no request went unattended. Overall, a fine value for also a Toll Road was less than a minute away so mobilizing was convenient (what's a few dollars for a fine piece of highway?). Mission Viejo was absolutely beautiful and only about 15 minutes or so from the ocean/Laguna Beach. The hotel was very nice, the staff was great and helpful, gave me plenty of extra towels when I asked. The jacuzzi and pool was amazing. The rooms were small, but the beds were really comfortable. I'll stay again and again.
