Hotellin sijainti erinomainen, lähellä Queensway Bayswater asemia. Huoneen wc/kylpyhuone erittäin pieni ja kosteusvauriot miinuksena (huoneen lattia pehmeä = mätä).

Hotelli on todella mukavalla alueella, aivan kulman takana on Queensway jolta löytyy monta kahvilaa, kauppaa ja ravintolaa. Huoneemme oli Deluxe double joka oli todella siisti, tilava ja mukava. Suosittelen. Ainoa miinus hotellissa oli varatessamme meille kerrottiin että lisävuoteita saa aikuisille ja kaikkii huonetyyppeihin. Kun sitten huoneen varattuamme […] tiedustelimme asiaa ei lisävuodetta saanut meidän huoneeseemme ja ne olivat vain alle 10v. lapsille. Kirjeenvaihto varausosaston kanssa oli melko tylyä, asia vain todettiin ja konemaisesti oltiin pahoillaan. Lisätietoja

Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla ja siisti sisääntulo ja respa sekä lounge. Mutta emme sattuneet saamaan kovin laadukasta huonetta. Ikkunassa haka rikki ja karsea veto! Huone pieni ja ankea. Hotellissa lienee varmaan parempia huoneita myös. Helppojen yhteyksien päässä joka paikkaan. Bayswaterin metroasema vieressä, minuutin matkan päässä :)

Ainoana miinuksena tulee mieleen se, että aamiaisella (kuului hintaan) piti maksaa erikseen brittiläisen aamiaisen herkuista kuten kananmunista. Käytävät olivat hauskan sokkeloiset.

Ensimmäinen yö ala-arvoisessa huoneessa (ikkunoissa senttien rakoja, joista veti oikein kunnolla, tuotiin kuitenkin sähköpatteri, tv ei toiminut, kylppäri ja vessa hyvin ahdas) mutta saatiin vaihdettua kelvollisen huoneeseen seuraaviksi öiksi.

Hotellihuoneeni oli todella hiljainen, mitä arvostin, toki huonekoko pieni, mutta se on niin yleistä lontoon hotelleissa, pidin sijainnista, metroasemia parikin aivan vieressä, mukavia kauppoja ja kahviloita ja yleisestikkin pidin ympäristöstä! palvelu oli todella hyväää ja ainoastaan hotellin "sokkeloiset" käytävät saattavat aiheuttaa pientä "päänvaivaa"...mutta […] toki reitin oppi...;) suosittelen tätä hotellia mielelläni muillekkin! Kaikki toimi erittäin hyvin ja hotelli oli parempi kuin odotimme. Huone oli juuri niinkuin esitteiden kuvissa ja siisti kuin mikä! Palvelu oli hyvää ja hotellin sijainti aivan kahden metroaseman vieressä, josta pääsee kaikkialle nopeasti. Ja vieressä vielä upea Hyde Park!

Matkustan paljon myös yksin, joten turvallinen olo ja kätevä sijainti ovat tärkeitä. Tämä hotelli täyttää molemmat toiveeni. Berjaya on peräti kahden metroaseman, ravintoloiden, kahviloiden, kivan ostoskeskuksen ja kauniin Hyde Parkin lenkki- ja kävelyteiden lähellä -- jopa Harrods, Notting Hill ja Portobello roadin antiikkimarkkinat ovat kävelymatkan […] päässä :-) ja Oxford Street ja West End ovat kätevän metromatkan päässä. Myös Paddingtonin asema on edullisen taksimatkan päässä, mikäli ei halua raahata matkalaukkua metroaseman portaita pitkin. Tämä olikin jo toinen kerta, kun asuin Berjaya Eden Parkissa, ja minua tervehtivät tutut, ystävälliset kasvot, mikä oli mukavaa. Hotelli on kauniissa, perinteikkäässä rakennuksessa, ja paikoitellen kuluminen kieltämättä näkyy, mutta tästä huolimatta ja yleensa 4 tähden hotelleissa viihtyvänä, tämä hotelli on minusta kodikas ja kätevä. Pieniä puutteita kannattaa minusta katsoa läpi sormien -- se on Lontoon hotelleissa ihan järkevää! Aamiainen on minusta hyvä, ja huoneeni on molemmilla kerroilla ollut mukava ja erittäin siisti. Ensimmäisellä kerralla matkustin mieheni kanssa ja toisella kerralla yksin. Silti buukkasin itselleni kahden hengen huoneen. Suosittelen tätä hotellia, sillä aion mennä Berjayaan jälleen ensi kerralla, kun matkustan Lontooseen. Kiva hotelli loistavalla paikalla! P.S. Berjayassa, kuten melkein kaikissa Lontoon hotelleissa, on eri tasoisia huoneita, joita remontoidaan eri tahtiin, joten kannattaa pyytää kivaa huonetta tai buukata sellainen. Meillä ainakin molemmat huoneet olivat joka tapauksessa tasokkaampiä kuin joissain 4 tähden hotelleissa Lontoossa. Huoneissa ei ole minibaaria, mutta koska lähellä on niin monta ruokakauppaa ja ravintolaa, take-away-ruoan ostaminen huoneeseen läheisistä ravintoloista tai huonepalvelun kautta ei ole ongelma. Lenkkeily Hyde Parkissa on mukavaa, sillä puisto on tosiaan kadun päässä, ja siten kuntosaliakaan ei kaipaa. Hauskaa matkaa! Lisätietoja

Very good location, 3min to Underground and walking distance to Notting Hill. Room standard is OK, but with very small bathroom.

Very small and out-dated room, badroom tiny and shower too low with only cold water. Clean, good area, right next to tubeline.

My doughter and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. We think that we got good value for the money. We had a room at the top with a view over the roof tops. The room was clean and so the bathroom. Breakfast was good and abundant and you could by a full English breakfast with an additional payment. The proximity of the underground was really nice and […] safe. the room we stayed in was lovely but you did'nt need the towel rail heaters on which made the room to warm but generally the price and location was good.

stayed in a single room for 3 nights, check-in staff not very friendly. Strange design for room location, for the very first time I got loss when tried to find my room! Basically one needs to go to first floor then take the lift to second floor! Nice Hotel in Bayswater, a few meters from subway station, and Hyde park, close to Restaurants and pubs .The only negative is the extremely small bathrooms. Nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff

I booked this hotel because the discount on the price was high and the location good. When I got there, I received a room that had an area of no more than 4 square m. the bathroom was in poor conditions. The Hotel was close to the Underground tube and nearby restaurants, shops, etc. Our room was small but was okay as we were only staying one night. The outside and inside of entrance was amazing, the lift was really tiny and as we were a group of 4 lift could only take 2 people. Let's start with the positive things: the area is great, a lot of stores and restaurants around the hotel and very close to the subway station. it was a very clean area! the hotel looks nice from outside and has a nice tea lounge. negative: it started when they gave us our room in the basement! not only was the room extremly small, you looked literally […] to a grey wall in front of your window! although we booked a double room, the bed size was tiny! after complaining, we got a new room on the 5th floor. the size of the room was also tiny, the bathroom even smaller! in the evening (after shopping) the elevator wasn't working and it took a day to have this problem fixed! as the blanket was not really big we asked for a second blanket. after the second phone call we finally received one - that was dirty and full of hair! after an hour and 3 more phone calls we finally received a new, clean blanket! our window didn't open, the air conditioner didn't work (turned off after 10 min and wouldn't turn back on) we were slightly disappointed. to top everything, we wanted to leave our luggage at the hotel and they asked us to pay for each piece of luggage! I stayed there for 14 days, and I enjoyed it. My main complaint is that there is not a free wifi at the hotel. You can buy access, but it is very expensive, so for me, the local Starbucks coffee was the solution. The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly. The room was very small, but nice. Very nice staff. 2 min walk from Bayswater and 5 min from Queensway tube. The hotel upgraded us, because they had better room avalible.

This "hotel" (I would say hostel) is way too over priced. First room we got was under the main level, under ground, very cold room. We were freezing all night and ther was plus something outside. Bathroom (or I could say -closet) was about 1m2 small. In the bathcloset was a noicy fan, which you couldn't power off. We were there so late, we didn't have […] energy to make a complaint. The next room we got wasn't cold or noicy. It was just a ruin from the 60's. The bed was shoddy. I wouldn't recommmend this "hotel" to anyone, EXCEPT if they cut their prices 50%. Service was good. Superb location, helpful staff but time for some renovation I feel

This hotel was like faulty towers, I would definitely not stay again nor recommend anyone else to stay. If you have a few extra quid, go to the Hilton! We got what can only be described as a matchbox room. This room was dirty and no where near what the pictures show - don't be fooled by them When we got moved, the room in fairness was ok. But...the […] bathroom door was too big and wouldn't close, the safe didn't work, the shower was stuck on extreme hot. When we rang to ask for someone to come down to fix no one came. Eventually I fixed it myself. I complained on the way out and was told the maintenance man doesn't work weekends!! Next I asked for a blanket similar to the one in our first room. THREE separate times I asked for it....it never came. There was wallpaper falling off the walls and the place smelt like mould. Could do with a lick of paint as it was very shabby. I have no idea how they got 3 stars for this place. The one good thing about this hotel was the very nice girl on the front desk who was friendly and the only professional working in the hotel I refused to buy anything in their bar as I did not want to give them another penny. The location of the hotel is great, but there are other hotels in the area. Do not go by the imagery they have. The rooms are not like this at all I would recommend strongly never to stay here. what a disappointment this hotel was.the pictures of the reception and foyer were lovley but the rooms and corridors were awful.It felt grubby and i didnt want to take my nice clothes off and get into bed.the bed was infact clean and almost comfortable eventhoguh it was a three quarter size for two adults sqyeezed into a very small room. wouldnt stay […] again. Low cost was the main advantage. Hotel a little tired and in need of some TLC, but at the cost acceptable. Very good location for central London and pleasant street and entrance.

This is a good hotel for exploring London for a few days, because the hotel is in a great location, close to 2 tube stations, so you can get around London quickly. The area is also nice, with enough restaurants and little shops. If you like comfort and space though, don't go here. First room we were shown to was dark and had patches on wall from previous damp. However, we were given another room which was satisfactory, if rather small - especially the en-suite. The hotel room we had was clean and comfortable though it is looking tired and in need of an upgrade .The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the sites of London and also for shopping. We would definititely stay there again.

Very close to underground stations, markets, shops and Kensington Park. Staff are wonderful. Overall look of hotel is upscale. The halls in floors with rooms are a narrow and maze like. 1 minute walk from Hyde Park and close to Marble Arch and Notting Hill

hotel was very close to bayswater subway station and was in a good area. However, the room was very small and bathroom even smaller. You had to leave the bathroom door open in order to sit on the toilet and shower stall was so small, it was impossible not to get water on the bathroom floor. Last time I stayed at this hotel the room was lovely. This time however that was not the case. There was just about room to walk around the bed and the bathroom was tiny with no windows or extraction and very tatty. There was a shower over the bath but the bath was so high that anyone with any slight difficulty with mobility would never get in - or […] out. The sink was a tiny vanity style one with hardly room to clean your teeth and there was just about room to use the toilet. To avoid claustrophobia setting in the only way to shower was to leave the door open! We did try the resturant but found it to be a dissapointment. The food was on the whole tasteless, not partucularly hot and the portions small. The desert menu stated deserts came with ice cream. It then came with cream - this is standard I was told - but as I am intollerant to cream I actually had to argue to get my desert changed. I did point out that if cream had been mentioned on the menu I would have asked to not have it! A diner at the next table finished his meal and asked where the nearest take away was as he was still hungey. All that aside the hotel is in a good position for exploring as it's close to 2 tube stations and has shops and resturants within easy walking distance. Attractions such as Kensington Palace and park are also easily reached on foot. There is a car park on the main road but the charge is £25 a day so public transport is a better option. Lisätietoja

a very nice hotel, close to wonderful kensington gardens, two underground stations and local supermarked. our room was very cosy, the staff polite and helpful. i would stay here again.

Very good value hotel!! Hotel was spotless and the staff were very friendly. The room was small but very comfortable with a T.V and tea/coffee making facilities. We stayed on the fifth floor and had a great view. Great location also, straight across the way from the Bayswater underground station so very easy to get to anywhere in London.

This hotel is good for value and there is no equal. What do you expect for the same rate. i see people complaining at the reception, but some of the complaint should be made at a more expensive hotel. After all, this hotel is in London, one of the most expensive city in the world. this is not a real hotel! actually, it is look like a hostel. specially when they give you a room in the basement or graound level. Apparently,they have some better room in some levels but still it was not even like a 3 star hotel.

stayed here for two nights with my partner and really enjoyed it. excellent location and clean spacious rooms. breakfast was very good too, we had continental, full english breakfast didnt reallly look worth the money but looked nice all the same. would stay here again if i wanted to stay centrally.freindly staff too

Hotel is Nice, Quite, but lucking an elevator for the new building !! I was the new building where i have to reach my 2nd floor room through long stairs and narrow passages.

Yes, all rooms in London hotels are on the small side. But I felt far more comfortable in my cozy single room here than the place I stayed near O'Hare airport before my departure. Very concenient area, close to two tube stations, supermarkets, and pleasant surroundings. Lovely walk to museums and other tourist attractions.Pleasant hotel staff. Would definately stay there again !!
