Vähän oli viileää huoneessa, mutta muuten erittäin hyvä hotelli sekä sijainnilta, laadulta että palvelulta!

Mukava pienehkö hotelli. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen, mutta aulabaarin tarjonta onnetonta. Sijaintinsa puolesta loistava koska päärautieasema ihan vieressä. Köpiksen kentältä junalla 20 min. ja olet jo hotellissa.

The hotel is in a fantastic location in Malmo, right next to the central station and a 2 minute walk to the main square. The rooms were relatively large and provided you with enough room to lounge around and relax. The breakfast in the morning was nice and had a good selection of both hot food and continental foods. Got a cheap prize for a 4 star hotel in Sweden. Hotel is of nice standard, breakfast is more than good enough and the staff is nice. Lobby gives an impression of a higher standard, but the rooms drag it down. The room interior havent been upgraded in 15 years. The dark colours and wore down golden brazz give the rooms a bit of a shady tired look. Also […] found cobweb in the ceiling of our bathroom. Everything in this hotel was very nice- the rooms, the staff and the atmosphere. It was very close to the Malmo central train station. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and friendly hotel. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Close to the railway station. I can really recommend this hotel.

We found the staff was so helpful & friendly. The room was very clean & the buffet breakfast was just awesome. Overall there is nothing negative about our stay at this hotel. Would definitely recommend to others & would use Elite hotels elasewhere if they are all the same quality.

Our room was extremely spacious and centrally located. My only complaint was that we stayed on a Sunday and the restaurant was closed (as were most restaurants in the area,) but the recptionist tried to help us find another restaurant. The free breakfast was beyond standard fare, with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, as well as meats, cheeses and breads! I used 3 different online booking sites for this trip and the outcome with Hotels.com was THE best! The quality of the hotel was the highest of the 3 while the price was the lowest! I got lucky!!!

Wonderful location very near the Sweden end of the Oresund Bridge. The entrance is between the buildings on the cobblestone walkway (it was confusing at first). The parking garage was spacious with plenty of manuevering room just like USA standard parking garages. The included breakfast was wonderful, the location very close to the waterfront and train station as well as the tourist information center. The hotel serves a very nice breakfast. The front desk personnel are very accommodating and helpful. The room's are comfortable and clean, but without air conditioning in summer it gets a bit stuffy. Great Location. Located across the street from the train station and one block from city hall. No air conditioning which is typical for Europe. Rooms overlooked canal and main street great view however it was too noisy to open the windows for air during the night. Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel.

We stayed at the Hotel Elite Residens in Malmo for 11 nights in August-September, 2009 due to a wedding in our family. There were others in our family group staying there as well, taking an additional four rooms. The staff were always extremely helpful to us--very friendly and professional. The hotel decor is lovely. The room was a good size, clean, […] and quite comfortable, except for the desk chair which was more of a short-backed dining chair and not comfortable for working very long at the desk. Wireless internet is included but you have to provide a new username and password (which they will happily give you as often as you need) every three hours to stay connected--that was annoying. The included-breakfast was a full, Scandinavian breakfast with a wide selection of meats, cheeses, eggs, bread, cereals, crackers, etc. Delicious. The location is excellent--across the street and canal from the central train station, and within walking distance to the old city and numerous squares for shopping and eating. The only real down-side was that our room opened to a busy street and, like most hotels in Malmo, there was no air conditioning, so on warm nights with the window open, it was quite noisy. Most nights are cool though in Malmo, and the hotel does provide fans if requested, so we were able to adjust. If this would be a problem for you, I would suggest requesting a room away from the street. Over all, we loved our stay there and would highly recommend this hotel. Lisätietoja

Rummet var rent och snyggt men det märks att det var ett par år sedan det byggdes. Möbler m m visade spår av slitage och kändes kanske inte som 4 stjärnigt. Frukosten var fullt tillräcklig även om prinskorven,baconet och äggröran vid 0730 uppvisade spår av varmhållning sedan ett par timmar.Bortser man från frukosten var det helt ok men kanske inte så […] mycket mer. Super. Dejlig morgenmad.

Hotellet var ganska slitet och dubbelsängen var bara 120 cm, trångt för två vuxna! Golvet hade bågnat, förmodligen nytt golv lagt ovanpå det gamla men inget rörelseutrymme. Bra frukost och trevlig personal samt närheten till Malmö centralstation är väl det bästa man kan säga om hotellet.

det mesta bra men sängarna var väldigt smala för att vara dubbelsäng

Mysigt lite gammaldags hotell ett stenkast från centralstationen i Malmö. Härligt mjuka sängar, fräscha badrum.

Jättetrevligt bemötande från personal som tog sig tid. God frukost Lugnt och skönt Juste pris, verkligen prisvärt

Fint hotel til prisen.

Efter minst 20 besök under flera års tid på favorit-hotellet Residens tvingas vi konstatera: Rummen har blivit sunkiga. Hög tid att snygga till dem bums. I övrigt håller service, bemötande och frukost samma höga klass som alltid.

Prisvärt, fräscht, trevligt bemötande, bra läge
