we were very satified with our stay until the end when it came time to check out. we were told by the manager on the day of the check in that the breakfast was included in the room rate. my husband myself and the two kids were informed of this. however when we checked out we had to pay ten dollars per person per day for breakfast. the issue here was […] we were lied to and we did not appreciate that. everything else, the staff, hotel etc were exceptional,NO COMPLAINTS, except not being told upfront of the breakfast charges.being dishonest is the issue.We visit Lourdes every other year if not yearly. we are frequent visitors and do hope this does not happen to other visitors. Very clean and comfy. So convenient from the train station and a short walk to Lourdes. Staff very friendly and informative. Room was small - like most Eurpoean hotels.

The location across the road from the railway station was ideal for our late evening arrival. The room was perhaps a little small but very clean, pleasant and comfortable. The staff were efficient and very helpful in answering our various questions so we could make the most of our short stay in Lourdes.

Nice hotel, convenience location, friendly staff

small but clean rooms across the street from train station , took bus to the cathedral and pilgramage sites , overall adequate

Hotel was clean, charming and very close to the train station. Services were good although we did not have breakfast at the hotel. Beds were very small but confortable. A little far from the main attractions if you walk.

Other than a small room we were quite satisfied. The hotel restaurant was top notch with good menu selections and reasonable prices. That bathroom facilities were modern and clean.

Very good hotel, very good location accsros the train station.

We traveled to Lourdes from Paris not knowing what to expect. The staff welcomed us very politely and were considerate enough to provide a meal for us after our 6 hour train ride despite dining room closing hours. The rooms were clean, well decorated, and delightful to spend time in after a long day out at Lourdes Grotto. We were given a room with a […] scenic view which made every morning something to look forward to. The meals were excellent. The chef seemed to take great pride in his dishes. We were amused to see him stick his head out of the kitchen to watch our recation to his plates, most especially his desserts. A pretty decent hotel, particularly taking into account the price. The room was very small and on the top floor, and the window was set back and high up resulting in very little natural light. The shower was particularly small. But these were the only negatives - it was clean, comfortable, friendly, well placed and cheap. The pool is a nice bonus too. […] I would stay there again. Non smokers should specifically request a room on the 1st or 2nd floors (these are the non-smoking floors). Food in nearby restaurants is better than in the hotel. Lisätietoja

The hotel was comfortable, quiet, clean and near the train station in Lourdes. Our family used the pool and hotel staff brought towels right up to us to replace the towels used at the pool even though the material in the room said to use the towels at the pool. Breakfast was the most disappointing compared to other hotels we stayed at in France for […] the cost. Overall, the room was great for our family! bonne table, propreté et qualité du personnel sont à noter. parking gratuit. Chambre minuscule (106), et surchauffée 26° !!!

. Face à la gare, très pratique. . Bon restaurant, on peut y prendre tous les repas .A 15 minutes à pied de la grotte de Lourdes

Vriendelijk onthaal en goede service .

Juste devant la gare, donc pratique,mais loin des sanctuaires ( 15 mn marche).Chambre un peu petite, mais très propre,confortable,coffre-fort gratuit . Accueil sympathique, petit déjeuner varié,dans un cadre agréable avec décoration un peu rétro (car ancien hôtel Beauséjour racheté et rénové par Best Western , bref le standard de BW mais avec un certain […] cachet). Ce qui manque : minibar, et bouilloire pour le café et le thé ( c'est peut-être un manque de place). La chambre était bien insonorisée, bien que donnant sur la rue, mais c'est hors saison .. Hotel muy recomendable y más viendo los otros que hay por los alrededores. Lla habitación no es muy grande, pero es acogedora y muy limia;posee una buena cafeteria. Aunque no está en el centro, está a unos 15 minutos andando de los santuarios. The distance to The Grotte from the hotel was a littel farther than expected , on foot it takes about 15 minutes. The load go and return was up and down, The return way from The Grotte on foot with carring water 2x1.5L plastic bottle was a good exercise. The panorama seeing rom the hotel was a beautiful view of Pyrenes mountains. Cleaness, facilities,service […] were all very good including good reasonable restaurant. Hotel is keurig, recht tegenover het station, met zwembad en gratis wifi internet. Wel iets te ver weg van het Heiligdom als je daar vaak moet zijn. Kamers zijn netjes, al is een eenpersoonskamer er ook echt een eenpersoons schoenendoos.
