Hotellin kunnossa olisi sanomista, esimerkiksi hissi ei toiminut kunnolla ja suihkun lattiakaivo ei vetänyt. Hinta-laatusuhde oli kuitenkin hyvä, koska sijainti oli erinomainen ja palvelu ystävällistä. Yksin menisin ilman muuta uudelleen, lasten kanssa en ehkä menisi.

"Relaxing getaway"
Had a fantastic stay. Surrounding area great for shopping and eating out. Hotel lovely and staff very friendly. Will be visiting again soon.

Easy to find.WiFi was good. Would recommend any time. Previous reviews have mentioned poor staff etc. We found this to be untrue.

"Unexpectedly good!"
Great hotel, easy access and parking, friendly service, very comfortable quiet room with excellent facilities. Only slight drawback the price of a glass of wine. Buy a bottle if you're having two or more glasses. "Why is hygiene such an issue?"
The state of the bathroom was pretty shocking with faecal matter smeared on the toilet seat and a similar ring visible under the toilet lip when you take a bath. The hotel is superficially comfortable but with such a slack attitude to cleanliness I always wonder what goes on behind the scenes. Shudder.

Loved the view of the stadium from our bedroom! Comfortable room and everything one needs. Palatial reception areas. Tesco, shopping mall and plenty of eateries all round the hotel. Handy nearby station and convenient cheap train travel to Manchester.

My wife and I spent two nights at this hotel. We were very pleased with it, being the first time we have stayed there. The hotel was very good value for money and now includes free wi fi. One thing that should be noted is that the main restaurant is not open on a Sunday night although you can still order food from the bar which I hasten to add is good […] quality. The first this I would like to confirm for anyone traveling from the north please remember to follow the sign for preston and not bolton @ A666. As you will have to drive across Bolton to get to the football stadium. Secondly if you have a Car with a high front most new vehicles. Then simply don't park close to the hotel where their are red iron bollards. […] As you cannot see them when your parked up. First impressions of the hotel our good. Reception staff fantastic. Room's not so fantastic. I don't like to be harsh in reviews but call it as I see it's I have stayed in many hotels mostly 4 - 5 Star. My comment on this could be worse but the staff where fantastic. The room was 2/5 on clean the window nets brown not white. bathroom very only fashion 2/5 on clean and tidy. The bed where a lot cleaner 3/5 for bed. Everything else was just average. Lisätietoja
