Did not have heating, blanket have cigarette burn holes, room is dirty, wash basis taps are rusted, lift does not work

There is no way this is a 3 star hotel! I felt every spring wire in the mattress that existed ! The carpet was stained and the bathroom as eroding around the shower. If we didn't arrive so late, I would have checked out the minute I saw this room!

This hotel is the french equivalent of the hotel in that one. Disgusting room, useless staff, really sketchy.

Yes this might be advertised as being close to the airport, but only distance wise, not convienence wise. There is NO train connecting the two places so you have to travel backwards to paris nord before you can get a train to the airport. It is in a sketchier area anyway. Hotel staff quoted us 25euro for a taxi to the airport and promised to order one for us and have it outside by 5.50 AM. Not only did they never do this, but then the front desk guy in the morning quoted 35euro to order another one. When the taxi arrived, now 30 minutes late, the driver quoted 50euro. That is basically 80$ to get to an airport 10 min away. We only had 35euro so he refused to take us. I was within minutes of missing my flight due to this crap (had to then take multiple trains). Arrived at the airport 20 minutes prior to takeoff for an international flight. Only due to a miracle was the checkin line and security line short enough for me to make it in the nick of time...... This place doesn't offer free breakfast, doesn't have free wifi, and every day gave us 1 bath towel for 2 people (no hand towels). The flusher was missing on the toilet. The door had been broken into before. The sink didn't drain at all, either did the shower. The pillow was abismal. The TV was from the 1980s. They still use actual keys instead of keycards to get into the rooms, and require you to keep them on the giant key holder. Stay in Paris by Gare Du Nord, then it is a direct route to the airport by train. Also you will get way better service, way better choices, and have far more things close to you. Lisätietoja

The only good thing I can say is that the employees were nice. Everything else is negative. Room was very dirty. Moldly walls and shower. Very small room. The bed had no padding and you could feel every single spring in the mattress. The hotel is advertised as an airport hotel but they have no shuttle and it is 30 euros to get a cab each way!!!

This is truly the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in on vacation. It was obvious that they just do not care to impress, and pay no attention to detail. Even the lobby (the first impression) was tattered looking.

Hôtel dans un état de délabrement inimaginable. Le matelas doit avoir 50 ans d'age. Je ne le recommande sûrement pas. Très loin de l'aéroport. Il y a pas mal d'hôtels plus corrects, plus proche de l’aéroport et meilleure marché dans la zone de Roissy.

Bien isolé, on n'entend pas les avions. La chambre est bien chauffée. Prix raisonnable et proche des fast foods pour ceux qui sont de passage, c'est plutôt bien.

j'ai commandé un lit double, on me donne lits jumeaux, mais je suis redescendu pour changer... nous n'avons pas facilement une personne qui reponde au téléphone, mais une fois arrivée à l'hotel, la personne s'occupant de l'accueil était pourtant pas occupée.. (j'appelais 2 minutes avant on ne trouvait pas la bonne adresse., matelas HS.. mal dormi on […] s'enfonce par le milieu..bascule, ODEUR de cigarette alors que chambre non fumeur, ....lait froid au petit déjeuner (on nous l'a chauffé à notre demande..)sinon ça va.. liegt direkt in der Anflugschneise-jede Minute ein Flieger ,ohrenbetäubender Lärm, Aus dem Auf zug mußten die Gäste rausgeschweißt werden,da dieser den Dienst versagte, und so weiter----------------- für 2 Nächte gebucht und nach einer Nacht flucht- artig das Hotel verlassen. Eichhorn

Hôtel situé à seulement 18 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport Roissy-CDG: idéal pour ceux qui, comme moi, souhaiteraient éviter les embouteillages parisiens sur leur route vers cet aéroport. Le personnel est tres accueillant et l'hôtel est facilement repérable et accessible, avec un garage gratuit. Mais cet hôtel paraît un peu négligé: des dalles qui […] se détachent sur le perron, au risque de faire tomber le client imprudent; vieille moquette pas bien entretenue à l'intérieur; chambres exigues et lits étroits (j'avais réservé des lits doubles, mais j'ai eu des petits lits séparés); baignoires et toilettes vieillisantes et mal entretenues; vieille télé et produits de toilette de mauvaise qualité. Au finish, cet hôtel ne mérite pas les 3 étoiles qu'ont lui attribue. Tel est mon avis. Cependant, quand on a un avion à ne pas manquer à Roissy-CDG, je le recommanderais bien volontier. chambre sale, moquette brulée par fer a repasser, peinture sale, odeur d'égout dans les canalisations . Pour un hotel de cette catégorie, la qualité n'est pas satisfaisante. Que peuvent penser des étrangers visitant notre pays et arrivant dans un hotel , de cette catégorie, avec des prestations digne d'une seule étoile?

Dojazd RER D 45 minut i potem 5 minut na piechote, ta linia kolejowa RER D jest bardzo zaniedbana ale sam ten hotel jest naprawde OK. W poblizu super restauracje i dwa fast foody. Nad hotelem przelatuja samoloty ale pokoje maje izolacje i podwojne okna i wcale NIC z tego nie slychac (!)

L'hôtel est idéal pour les départs tôt le matin pour l'aéroport cependant le confort des chambres n'est pas très bon, ça sent le renfermé, le chauffage ne fonctionne pas et le sèche-cheveux non plus. Le personnel est sympathique cependant.
