Tämä hotelli vastasi odotuksia. Täällä kannattaa yöpyä, jos käytössä on vuokra-auto loman aikana, sillä hotelli sijaitsee Tennesseen ja Missisippin rajalla. Huone on siisti, mutta ilma tuntuu kovin kostealta. Ilmastointilaitetta kannattaa siis käyttää. Aamiaiselta ei kannata odottaa liikoja, mutta se kuului ainakin meidän vierailullamme hintaan ja ajoi kyllä asiansa. Tarkista, ettei herätyskellossa ole tarpeettomia herätyksiä valmiina. Lentokenttä on melko lähellä, joten jotkut ehkä heräävät keskellä yötä lennoilleen ja laittavat kellon soimaan ottamatta sitä pois päältä. Meille kävi juuri näin. Sen jälkeen kuunneltiin jonkin aikaa aamuyöstä lähteviä ja laskevia lentokoneita.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.

"Cold welcome and thin walls makes for unpleasant"
The host at the main check in was rude. Did not have very good manners. The walls were thin which made it difficult to sleep with all the "things" going on next door. I recommend a different hotel for anyone wanting a warm welcome and a less than X Rated sleeping quarters.

"This place is in the "Ghetto" and Next to a Prison"
That should pretty much tell you how my stay was .. They put me in a room with broken locks and it smelled like urine. It's loud as hell - You can hear the highway, generators from the prison and trucks going by non stop. Worst experience of my life .. I left within 2 hours checking in and ended up at another hotel.
"good deal for the money..."
We enjoyed our stay for the following reasons...It wasn't over-priced, the location was excellent (only about 10 minutes to downtown Memphis),the staff were friendly, courteous and competent. We have a service dog and they seem to be pretty good about dogs staying for free...it was quiet on our floor so if other dogs were there, we sure didn't hear […] them. Very clean. Centrally located we have.a.small dog I was worried.about the smell of other animals. But it was.wonderful.the breakfeast area is small now real coffee.cream but it was very very clean. I've been in some trashy La Qintas. This was a Very nice La Qinta. I always evaluate a hotel by the back of the bathroom door. It didn't pass the test...slight mold as chipped paint. But the front desk service was great and lobb very nice.

As we were travelling with our dog, La Quinta was one of the pet friendly hotels listed on our itinerary and although we had not stayed with this hotel chain in many years, we were pleased with the accommodations. Our room was fresh looking, attractively decorated and very clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Additionally, there was no pet […] fee! I believe all of the pet owners were booked on the same floor as I saw a range of sizes and pets on our floor & in the lobby. "Sufficient overnight stop"
The room was quite large and the bed comfortable. The cleanliness was boarderline mostly because it was an older well worn hotel. The nieghborhood could have been better, I wouldn't want to take a walk in the area. One overnight was all I'd want to do here.
"Excellent hotel for the money"
We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was better than usual. The only problem was that the plumbing was old enough that when one room ran the shower the pressure in other rooms went down a little. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

We arrived late and the staff was very accomodating. They offered late check out since we had arrived in the middle of the night. It was nice to have them offer, instead of begging for it with other hotels. Had a king bed and the mattress was very comfortable, not saggy or old. "East Memphis La Quinta"
Overall this was a nice hotel. The person at the front desk was rude and seemed irratated when we showed up and he was on his cell phone. Our room had a recliner in it which was broken. The room was spacious which is nice when you are traveling, gave us places to put our luggage without tripping over it. The continental breakfast was good. La Quinta inn was a great hotel with very clean rooms and a great staff.

The only issues we had with the hotel was the quality of the workout machines, they were old & missing buttons & the breakfast. The breakfasts had little variety. They had biscuits & gravy a lot & the gravy was awful. More variety & healthier options would be appreciated.

Comfortable room, nice staff, decent breakfast (better than most at this level). The neighborhood was "so-so". I didn't feel unsafe, but it wasn't the greatest. I would probably stay in Germantown if I went back. However, overall I was very satisfied with this hotel.

"Great Locaion and Great Facility"
We have stayed at other places , and this hotel was the cleanest I have seen. from the parking lot to the room to the pool and the front desk very clean and well maintained. The only thing I found that could stand improvement is the Louge Chairs in the room were small, especially for a big man like myself.
