Hotellikäynti sujui hienosti lukuun ottamatta sitä, että sunnuntaina kaupungilla olomme aikana huoneeseen oli päästetty (annettu avaimet) muita ihmisiä. Ei ole kiva palata huoneeseen ja löytää pöydältä vierasta villatakkia ja paria ylimääräistä opasta. Hotelli oli sijainniltaan loistava ja uima-allasosasto oli ahkerassa käytössä.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.
Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä vaaditaan virallinen kuvallinen henkilöllisyystodistus ja luottokortti tai käteistalletus mahdollisten lisämaksujen takia.

"Average"
It was an average hotel...bit worn around the edges...the cleaners arem't very good as there were hairs on bathroom floor and on bed sheets..air conditioning/heater wasn't easy to use..heater didn't actually work...the bathroom is quite nice...the staff were nice..great location for what we wanted....but i would have rather had a nicer place.

Not the highest standard, the interior is a bit old etc. But the bathrooms were new and if you can get a good price, I can definitely recommend this hotel as it is situatuated very close to U-Bahn Samariterstrasse and the cozy area around Boxhagener Strasse. I would book this hotel again.

We stayed here Friday-Sunday in October 2011 on a leisurely weekend, needing to get away from busy London. Staff are very friendly & helpful, room was basic but very clean and extremely quiet, with very comfy new beds. The hotel is on Frankfurter Allee, only one block away from the metro, and 50 minutes door-to-door from Schoenefeld Airport. Easy to […] get everywhere by trains, or you can walk: we walked back from the East Side Gallery in half hour. In the immediate neighbourhood to the hotel (opposite & right from the entrance) there are several lovely bakeries/cafes, Kebab places, Thai & Sushi places, and a marvellous local steak house with Kenguru steaks at €8!! Given the location and the general price levels in Berlin, this hotel is a decent choice. The hotel is located a few meters away from the U5 underground station and in walking distance to the nightlife area of Friedrichshein. There are little shops and bakeries right outside the hotel and a shopping mall with a good supermarket a block away. However, […] it is an extremely basic hotel. The rooms do not have fridges, nor a tea kettle or coffee maker, the TV does not have one single channel in English (no BBC or CNN). While wi-fi is available it costs a fortune, and breakfast is not included in the room rate and they charge 14 euros for it. Cleanliness was not a problem and it is definitely a cheaper option in the area of Berlin. We also want to note that we would stay there again. You just need to be prepared when you stay there. "Care for old style eastern Germany service?"
we arrived early and it was not possible to check in before 2.30, despite the fact that check out time was 12 and we were up since 5am. Even after 2.30 we had to remind them to let us in before we got the keys When we got into our room half the accessories where missing, the heating didn't work in one room. "Tulip Inn Frankfurter Tor very convenient"
Rooms are very clean, comfortable, and the staff is nice. The location is great, in former East Berlin, very close to the Subway which takes you directly to Berlin Alexanderplatz. The hotel is adjacent to an indoor patio with several restaurants and pubs that make a nice place for a goodnight drink.

Convienient access to subway and a shopping/restaurant area. Room was pleasant but the television had no English language stations. Air conditioning didn't work as well as I would hope.

Housekeeping had a problem remembering to clean your room. Twice I came back to a room that had not been cleaned that day. After the second time, I discussed with the manager and he offered a free night's stay to compensate. The hotel was slightly hard to locate on the first day, our room was lovely up on the top floor, all the staff in the hotel where very friendly and helpful with a great command of english. The restaurants in the courtyard at the back of the hotel where reasonably priced and lovely food, especially the itialian and thai restaurant. L'hotel è posizionato a circa 100 mt. dalla fermata della metro linea U5, che con 4 fermate porta ad Alexdander Platz, da dove partire per visitare la parte di Berlino Est e comunque linea di scambio per numerose altre metro e linee S-Bhan. L'hote si trova all'intero di un piccolo centro commerciale con alcuni ristorantini, è molto confertevole, pulito, […] unica pecca il WI-FI a pagamento e l'assenza in camera di frigo-bar. Non conviene fare colazione in hotel poichè prima della fermata della metro c'è un panificio ''BACCA'' che vende cornetti a prezzi allucinanti (massimo 0,90 a pezzo). Godt hotel. Rent og pænt. Lidt dyr morgenmad men nemt at skaffe uden for hotellet. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale på alle tider af døgnet.
Dejligt ophold i berlin rigtig fin by.. Kommer gerne igen.

Friedrichshein er et genialt område med en rekke bra rocka / metal -utesteder, og en generelt noe mer "alternativ" atmosfære. Veldig tilbakelent og avslappet bydel. Hotellet er rent og pent og rimelig. Rommene får pluss for kjøleskap. Folka på hotellet van vennlige og service innstilte og kunne godt nok engelsk.

Godt til prisen. Tæt på U-Bahn og sjovt miljø. Lidt støj fra den brolagte gade. Hvis du ikke tar morgenmad fra hiotellet ligger der en udmærket bager med coffee-to-go og brød mindre end 50 m fra hotellet.

Durch die guten Verkehranbindungen kann man das Auto getrost in der Hotelgarage stehen lassen, ist nur ein wenig teuer. Personal ist sehr freundlich und engagiert. Es gibt jede Menge Bar, Schnellrestaurants und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Auch ein Frühstückscafé in der Nähe zu finden ist kein Problem. Das Arcadia Hotel in Berlin hat uns in allen Punkten positiv überrascht! Das Personal ist extrem aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sehr gepflegt und das Hotel ist von der Lage her auch ziemlich zentral gelegen, die U-Bahn-Haltestelle ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Hotellet ligger tæt på U-Bahn, så det er nemt at komme til seværdigheder. Dejligt med parkering tæt på i god P-Kælder. Morgenmad måske lidt dyrt. Vi brugte kun værelset til overnatning, og det var perfekt.

Morgenmaden en dyr og ikke ret god, Der ligge in bage/cafe 150 meter væk, der er væsentlig billigere og bedre. Hotelet ligger i det tidligere øst berlin, Der er tæt til alt offentlig transport, som fungerer rigtig godt. Sauberkeit im Bad war nicht so toll. Zimmereinrichtung Standard, kahle Wände, kein Kühlschrank. Preis bei früher Buchung OK, jedoch Frühstückspreis zu hoch.
"Arcadia Berlijn: handig voor fietsers."
Berlijn doe je het handigst op de fiets. Vanuit Arcadia is het centrum 25 min. rijden. In het hotel mochten de fietsen in een ongebruikt vergaderzaaltje staan. Super!

Fint standard hotel med pæne store lyse værelser, som dog er meget lydte - det var meget tydeligt at høre hvad naboerne foretog sig, selv når der bare blev set nyheder og børstet tænder. Standarden kan og bør hæves en smule, da puderne minder om en klump vat i et pudevår, og madrasserne er meget hårde. Temperaturen er svær at styre, og værelset som […] vi havde blev hurtigt meget varmt pga store vinduer som blev udsat for meget sol, så klimaanlægget havde svært ved at følge med. "Godt hotel, men en del trafikstøj!"
Hotellet har fin standard. Der er tre gode restauranter i arkaden. Eneste gene var gadestøjen. Det var ikke muligt at sove ved åbent vindue. Hotellet ligger tæt ved U-Bahn. Morgenmaden er for dyr for den standard, men man kan indtage morgenmad i et nærliggende bageri, hvis man alligevel ikke er til det helt store om morgenen.
