Hotellin sijainti latinalaiskorttelien sydämessä on erinomainen; RER lentokentältä tulee kätevästi viereen ja illallispaikkoja on alue täynnä. Myös messuille RER-junalla kätevästi n. 30 min. Aamiainen pelkistetty ranskalaiseen tapaan, mutta kaikki tuoretta. Hotellin henkilökunnasta osa oikein sydämellistä, osa taas ei ollenkaan palvelualtista.

We loved everything about the hotel. The rooms (we had two rooms) were lovely and had a great view. The surrounding neighborhood is really fun, lots to do. We could walk many places, and metros and buses were very convenient. The hotel was nice enough to provide a rollaway bed for a friend who joined us at the last minute from London at a very reasonable […] charge. The only downer was that the internet service did not work properly, and it was irritating and inconvenient because it made it harder to figure out the daily plan without being able to check hours of operation, restaurant reviews, etc.. The location of this hotel is just about perfect: only steps from Blvd. St. Germain, Notre Dame, and countless restaurants and cafes, yet tucked away in a quiet little side street. Having never spent the night in the center of Paris, I can't say first hand how this compares to other hotels of similar price. The sleeping area of the room was clean and […] well maintained but rather small and cramped, whereas the bathroom was surprisingly spacious in comparison. The staff were all extraordinarily courteous and helpful, to include little things like always standing up and greeting us whenever we entered the lobby. If there was one marginal area it would be the cleanliness of the bathroom. The sink area seemed quite clean and new, but the bathtub, walls and floor looked a bit scruffy. Having come from a German hotel in which you could literally eat off the bathroom floor, perhaps I was a bit biased. The carpeting in the hallway had also seen better days. We didn't partake of the 14 Euro breakfast because there were more than enough restaurants and cafes in the area where one could eat more cheaply. All in all a positive experience and a very nice place to lay your head after a long day of walking around Paris. Great location in the Latin Quarter. Rooms are small but comfortable. This is a small Paris style hotel - staff was very friendly and speak multiple languages. Near to nightlife and many attractions.

Just returned from a 3 night stay with my girlfriend and am very happy to report that we had a very enjoyable trip. The hotel proved to be an excellent choice and worthy of its rating on here-especially for the competative price when compared to other hotels in the area. The staff were friendly and polite at all times and although we didn't need much from them, certainly made themselves available. Situated just off the busy Boulevard St Germain, and round the corner from the Latin Quarter's more touristy restaurants and bars, it is down a nice quiet street and very quiet and peaceful if you feel like an early night or a long lie. The hotel location for sightseeing is incredible-just round the corner from Notre Dame, 10 min walk to the Pantheon and very nice restaurants in striking distance by foot. Great memories of walking along the Seine in the sun back from the Eiffel tower... I can't comment on the food as neither me or my partner are keen on big breakfasts so we just went for coffee and a croissant as nearby cafes. For the price I paid I certainly can't fault it, and I'm not sure that I would even if I had paid two or three times as much. Reading this review back I can see that it might be read as too good to be true but really, I am just very happy as from experience in Paris, the difference between getting ripped off and getting a totally heavenly experience as we found with some restaurants and cafes (one day choosing a seemingly authentic and pleasant cafe and being exploited, then going to the one round the corner and being treated to great service and lovely food) it can often be down to a little luck how your stay turns out-not so with this hotel. Hotel near tourist attractions, near metro, lot of restaurants with affordable price. Very recommended,

The hotel is in an excellent location, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. The only gripe was that the internet didn't work, but that didn't affect us too much as the staff were able to use their system at the front desk. I would recommend staying here.

We stayed 3 nights over the weekend in a standard room on the 5th floor. The room interior is quite old and can actually look dirty even though it isn't (The cleaning was well done). There was no roof light, only two bed table lamps and one at the writing desk. Also the bathroom had limited lightning, which makes it irritating when putting on make-up. […] The hair-dryer is one of those old wall-mounted things which makes your hair dry take ages. Except for that the staff is friendly and everyone we met spoke adequate English. Even though the hotel is located in a busy neighborhood we had no problems with any noise from traffic or nightlife. Perfect location near some of the oldest smallest streets in Paris. A minute from the Seine and only 3 minutes to Notre Dame. Lovely walk 10 minutes from Pantheon, La Sorbonne, Jardin Du Luxembourg, Pont Neuf and a key metro and RER line. NIce bilingual staff. The staff in the hotel are extremely nice - gave us all the tips and help we could get first time getting to Paris. Hotel itself is pretty nicely located - close to louvre (walkable), notre dame and other tourist sites. Overall loved the experience!

We really liked this hotel and would happily revisit. It's very conveniently located near a metro and RER stop, and just a few blocks from Notre Dame. We speak a little bit of French, but it was completely unnecessary except for our own practice because all the staff spoke English. This is a small hotel, with 5 rooms per floor, and only 7 floors. The […] rooms are spacious by European standards, and on the small side for American standards, but perfectly acceptable with plenty of storage. The room is well-appointed, with an inexpensive mini-bar (including a corkscrew) and a hair dryer. The bathroom is also equipped with a 120 volt 2 pin outlet that would take an American hair dryer or electric shaver. Wi-fi is provided in-room for free- the only minor complaints that we have are that the signal strength on the 4th floor wasn't great, and the pre-paid cards were a bit of a hassle. Be sure to ask for a separate card for each device you want to use. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the Parc Saint Severin. This hotel was quite charming and nice, but completely overpriced. The neighbourhood is great, VERY touristy, but close to Metro stations, and right near Notre Dame. It is walking distance from many sights, and right across from a Canadian bookstore for those who enjoy reading while on vacation! We had to stay here as we could not find anything cheaper in a good area (all the cheapest hotels are by the airport, not worth staying at) and had to book this at the last minute. We arrived in Paris fairly early in the morning and expected to leave our luggage with the front desk after flying all night, and have to return later in the day to check in. Instead, we were greeted with a tastefully decorated, cozy room with a large comfortable bed and clean bathroom in the heart of Paris, ready when we arrived. The room was quiet […] enough for a mid-day nap to recuperate in order to better explore Paris, and the room was complete with charming built-in shelves displaying a small selection of books relevant to Paris and its environs. This hotel is in a perfect location, very close to shopping and dining as well as museums and culture. The wireless wasn't working and it was a weekend so they couldn't get it repaired, which was annoying, however they made an effort to help out by giving us the code for another wireless (which we couldn't get in the room, but at least they tried.. […] ..) Clean and friendly hotel, centrally located, with helpful staff - and the tiniest of lifts!

A wonderful find in the Latin quarter of Paris. Very clean and well maintained. Good size rooms a bonus. The front office girls were wonderful and an asset to the group. We will definitely return. Simon and Annette, new zealand

Excellent location. The only negatives are that the carpets on the landing need a good cleaning and that the lift is very slow and small.

We were more than impressed with this hotel. It was in the centre of all the restaurants but was around the corner so was lovely and quiet. The room seemed as though it was newly decorated and was lovely and cosy. We were on the 5th floor so had lovely views over the church next door. Bathroom was modern and clean, people were lovely and welcoming.

Overall it was good. It’s quite center of St Germain, so location is very convenient, close to 2 subway stops. But it’s on a little hidden street. That makes the hotel quite and charming. But also it’s very tricky to find as well. I had to take taxis a lot. Taxi drivers don't know the hotel mostly and no one recognized the name of the street. Though […] I always carried hotel name, address and even google map printed. If taxi drivers have a GPS, then you are lucky. But when they don't, they drive and look up the map at the same time. Also one end of the street is pedestrian road and blocked, the other end is also not easy to find. But if you know your way around, this is in the perfect location, close to everything! The night time manager is always sleepy, and told me to ask the day time manager. During the day time, there was a tall nice manager. He was very helpful and super nice. Since it’s always hard to communicate with French in English, he helped me so much to arrange so many things. I couldn’t have done anything without his help. I really do appreciate it. Lisätietoja

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Recommend walking to St Germain, which is a 10 minute walk away, for restaurants and bars. Look forwarding to returning again soon.

We just finished a two week trip in Europe, and this was by far our favorite hotel! The location is fantasic: you are so close to Notre Dame and even closer to public transportation, yet in a very quiet pedestrian area! The hotel is simple, but the location is perfect. If you want a small but comfortable and clean room, and nice staff, though with limited service, this is the right choice. A minute away from subway and just a few steps from a back street filled with nice restaurants and bars.

Ideally placed. Surprisingly quiet despite being in the middle of everything and next door to a very touristy area. I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent location. Hotel very quiet and our room was bigger than most 3* hotels we have stayed in previously. We did not take breakfast - the price was extortionate for a continental one.. Definitely the best location we have ever enjoyed with reasonably priced restaurants. Would stay again. Very close to RER and tour bus routes.

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. Check in was a breeze, and we found the room very clean. It's in a great area very close to the metro (St. Michel stop) and the RER (St. Michel/Notre Dame). There is great night life in the area, and it is super close to areas of interest- Notre Dame, Ste. Very good hotel. Right in the middle of the Latin Quarter of Paris. Staff was versed in English and very polite. All in all a good stay.

Hotel is in good shape, great location and very quiet for such a central place. Rooms a little on the small side, but fine for a one or two night stay. Would be a bit cramped for two people though.

This is a little gem of a hotel in a great location. It is situated in a quiet street just 200 metres from Notre Dame and from Cluny La Sorbonne metro station and there are lots of goods bars and restaurants nearby. While the employees were extremely helpful and the hotel was in a great location, I would not come back. The rooms were incredibly small (even to European standards) and the ceiling in the bathroom was entirely too low for the 21st century, especially when you are in the shower (I am 5'9 and my head nearly touched the ceiling; My husband is 6'4 and […] could barely even get in). The room smelled like cat urnine when you turned on the air conditioner and the first day that we arrived, the elevator was not working so we were forced to carry our luggage up an extremly narrow, winding staircase to the 4th floor. They did provide free "breakfast" the following morning because of this incovenience, but it merely consisted of tea/coffee and crossiants. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The room was not large by American standards but pretty good by European standards. The room was clean and had all that was needed. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast was additional but a good deal. Great location.

The Hotel is situated in middle of the latin Quarter, with many restaurants and a festive nightlife. But still the Hotel is located down a quiet street, so there's not any, even in the weekend. So perfect location.

Well located on a quiet, traffic-free street yet within a few steps of bars/restaurants + shops - all rather tourist targeted perhaps but plenty of choice. Just a short walk to the river and Notre Dame, we also walked to Eiffel Tower, Arch de Triomphe and beyond although some might consider this too far. Metro close-by if needed. The Hotel Parc Saint Severin is so centrally located in Paris that we hardly needed to use the Metro to get around. This hotel is in a great location for walking around Paris: Ile St. Louis, Notre Dame, Musee D'Orsay are all just a short distance away. Metro is nearby as well. Staff was fantastic and very helpful. Room was large (we were upgraded) and clean. Elevator was tiny and stairs were odd-shaped, normal for Paris hotels. Only real drawback was that the corner […] below our window was apparently a popular hangout for young adults, they were outside talking and making noise until the wee hours. Hotellet ligger fremragende placeret. Kun et minuts gang fra de hyggelige, men dog ret turistede, små gader, der er fyldt med restauranter for enhver smag. Fantastisk udsigt fra hotelværelset ud mod kirken. Vi blev dog en kende skuffede, da vi så hotelværelset, der var væsentligt mindre, end det hjemmesidens billeder efterlod indtryk af. Nettes kleines Hotel nahe dem Boul Mich und Louvre in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Zimmer neu renoviert und Service OK.

Et fint lille hotel med super beliggenhed. Vi havde udsigt over Paris' tage med egen lille altan. Meget stemningsfyldt. Ikke billigt men fint til prisen.

Rett ved cafeer o.l, likevel rolig område om natta. Flere metroer å velge blant, gangavstand til "flytoget", så hele Paris er lett tilgjengelig. Veldig fint lite hotell liggende i en stille bakgate i Latiner kvarteret. Meget kort vei til tbane og tog-1 min gange fra hotellet. Mange restauranter i umiddelbar nærhet. Noen veldig turistfelle men mange koselige. Hotell rommet er lite men absolutt bedre enn forventet. Ny oppusset rom og rent og ryddig. Veldig hjelpsom og hyggelig betjening. Hotell […] frokosten er liten også området frokosten blir servert, men vi ønsket kun lett frokost alla utlandet og fikk det vi ønsket. Alt i alt veldig fornøyd med oppholdet.
