Hotellin palvelut.
Hotellissa Coastal Inn on uima-allas sisällä, sauna ja kuntokeskus tai -sali. Huonehintaan sisältyvä langaton ja langallinen Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä yleisillä alueilla. Liiketoimintapalveluihin sisältyvät liiketoimintakeskus (auki 24 tuntia), kokoushuoneet pienille ryhmille ja AV-laitteet. Vieraille on tarjolla ilmainen aamiainen. Henkilökunta voi järjestää: liiketoimintapalvelut ja valuutan vaihto. Hotellissa on muun muassa seuraavat lisäpalvelut: kielitaitoinen henkilökunta, pesulapalvelut ja ilmainen sanomalehti aulassa.Itsepysäköinti sisältyy huonehintaan. Hotelli saattaa tarjota vieraille laajennettuja pysäköintioikeuksia (maksullinen). Tämä on savuton hotelli.
Vierashuoneet.
Vierashuoneissa on seuraavia näköalavaihtoehtoja: kaupunki. Coastal Innn 102 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on ilmainen sanomalehti ja kahvin-/teenkeitin. Vuoteissa on patjana: petauspatja. Ilmainen langaton ja nopea langallinen Internet-yhteys on käytettävissä. 40-tuumainen LCD-televisio, joissa on kaapelikanavat, ovat saatavissa. Kaikissa huoneissa on työpöydät ja puhelin; ilmaiset paikallispuhelut ovat käytettävissä (voimassa saattaa olla rajoituksia). Kylpyhuoneissa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä, hiustenkuivaaja ja hygieniatuotteet (sisältyvät hintaan).
Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat silitysrauta / -lauta ja avattavat ikkunat. Lisäksi pyynnöstä saatavissa oleviin palveluihin kuuluvat jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni ja herätyssoitto. Tarjolla on siivouspalveluita: päivittäin. Kaikki hotellin Coastal Inn vierashuoneet ovat savuttomia. Vierashuoneiden kunnostustyöt valmistuivat: huhtikuu 2012.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.
Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä vaaditaan virallinen kuvallinen henkilöllisyystodistus ja luottokortti mahdollisten lisämaksujen takia.

The staff were extremely friendly. The complementary breakfast was a great bonus. The hotel was quiet, except for the noise from showers in adjacent rooms. The pool is small but attractive.

It was a very friendly atmosphere. The staff was very helpful. They were doing remodeling at the hotel but it in no way affected the time we spent at the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet around our room also. We would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay at this location again.

Kind of an older building, but conveniently located, affordable, clean. The noise from the hallways is extremely audible in the rooms, and the continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, but hey it is free. Nice little exercise room as well. Definitely good value for the price.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms on the other hand were very dirty and dated. Our sink in the bathroom would not drain and there was food under the beds that did not belong to us when we arrived.

Front desk staff were very good. TV volume was set to VERY low for courtesy of other rooms. I could barely hear it so staff quickly gave me another TV with higher sound. Carpets need to be replaced.....the Restaurant was incredibly disorganized. I've never been at a place before where every single table had NO FOOD being served. the hotel was across the street from the mall,Chapters and an inside amusement park. It was very close to everything, if you didn't want to dive you could very easily walk.
The location was great but more attention needs to be paid to the cleanliness of the facility.

"Coastal Inn Moncton Conveniently Located"
This is our third stay at the Coastal Inn in Moncton. Staff was great....we were able to check in early! It's within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, movie theatre and more!

We stayed at the Coastal Inn because they had competitive rates and included a continental breakfast. Located right across the street from Crystal Palace and many other stores and restaurants, and amenities. Really friendly staff, great little pool. Good overall experience. Staff were very friendly and accomodating... washroom small for a wheelchair accessible unit. Would not be able to accommodate an electric chair, and be able to turn around. Room smelled musty when we arrived, however put on room fan, and was ok when we came back later that night. Great location for shopping and attractions. the last time I stayed at Coastal Inns in Moncton must have been before a major renovation, the room I was in has improved 100%, nice job very comfortable and fresh.

Whilst the hotel itself is located just over the road from a large shopping mall & the buffet breakfast was good we just didn't feel that this would be a hotel we'd stay at again. If we ever did return to New Brunswick then it's likely that we'd stay in Moncton itself which is very close by.

"Great stay - excellent location!"
I really enjoyed my stay at the Coastal Inn! It is in a perfect location because it is within walking distance of the Champlain Mall, Sobeys, Wal-Mart, and much more. It seems to be right in the middle of everything, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to dine-in or get take-out from. Our room didn't have a minifridge, which was disappointing, […] but the free ice kept what we needed cool. (Other rooms may have minifridges!) I didn't get a chance to go swimming but the pool was a good size and good depth. It would have been nice to have a hottub, but it was fine without it! Really friendly staff, clean rooms and perfect location at an affordable price. Will definitely be going back sometime soon! Highly recommend the Coastal Inn! Lisätietoja
