"Great Place to Stay"
Our stay was, for the most part, very enjoyable. The staff was WONDERFUL, the hotel was very clean, and we had a great time. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but most hotel beds are. Overall, great hotel!

It was ok for the price. The room was a little tacky with paint missing on furniture and not quality look. but the price was good and the staff was friendly.

Very average place to stay...convenient to where we needed to be but wouldn't stay there again. Our room was not very clean and the linens were shabby. Breakfast was just OK. The staff was friendly which was a plus.

"Super * in Overland Park, KS"
The only complaint we had was the breakfast. The reason we chose this hotel was because it did serve a free breakfast, but it wasn't worth eating. There wasn't much there and what was there was either hard or cold. We had a ballgame to play as soon as we left the hotel, so we didn't have time to stop someplace else. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The hotel was very convenient to where I needed to be. The staff was very nice and overall a good experience. The hotel it's self is older but the room was clean and comfortable.
"Get's the job done"
I rated this hotel high but don't get me wrong...It's in no shape or form a 5 star hotel. But it definitely does the job. Great location right off the highway and pretty much surrounded by restaurants. The rooms look like they came out of the 80's but it's clean and the maids do an exceptional job. I barely interacted with the front desk but when I […] did, they were very nice(had an issue with my hotel card demagnetizing several times and leaving me locked out of my room). "Super 8 in Overland Park"
I was happy to arrive at the hotel with my students and eager to get to sleep. This trip we went on required two different fundraisers to get the students to be able to go. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was due to it's continental breakfast. We were told on arrival that there would probably be no breakfast tomorrow morning "so...sorry." […] Luckily, there did turn out to be cereal in the morning, but when we arrived on our floor, our rooms were not together as previously asked, and the entire hallway reeked of pot. A great (sarcastic) place to take high school students. In my room, the hair drier attached to the wall fizzled and sparked before starting to smoke and die, and one of my students complained of a large brown stain on some sheets. Very convenient to retaurants & bars. Primarily right in the heart of Overland Park Kansas..The price was reasonable couldn't beat it for a 2 night stay.

The owners were very rude and threatening as I had scheduled another night and they were calling me every 5 min starting at noon to get down and pay or get out. I had explained after my shower I would be down, The man sent his wife up twice to open the door and harass me.

the room was pleasant enough. great price. but the location was a little too far off 70. I drove a little too far in each direction for my taste, only because time was a factor, other than that I would definitely stay there again. close to some bars and restaurants.

"Cleanliness is a problem"
My linens had yellow stain and were not clean at all. Some towels seemed clean while others were yellow and dark. Breakfast was minimal (cereals, muffins, bagels, juice) nothing else. No in-room fridge/microwave.

Was in Overland Park,KS delivering a car, have stayed at different Super 8 hotels throughout the U.S, this one was by far the best one I've stayed at, super nice and friendly hotel staff, breakfast has a descent amount of choices, one of the staff members advised me that even more selections are on the way, room was very nice and clean, walls are a […] tad bit thin, could hear the guy in the room next door talking the next morning but it was no biggie because I was in the room the night before being a little noisy because I was watching the HEAT vs CLIPPERS NBA game...lol...so the guy next door got his revenge, would recommend this hotel to my co-workers definitely, will stay there again if I'm every back down that way. I was disappointed with how rudely I was treated by the check in staff. When I talked to the manager about my experience, including being lied to, he only offered to speak with his staff member. Otherwise it was a nice room to relax in.

"Good stay"
My stay was satisfactory. I got a small room but it had the necessities to make my stay pleasant. I spent my days out and about and only needed the room for the evenings. The free continental breakfast was not extravagant and did not serve any fresh fruit which was disappointing. Overall, for the price I was satisfied.

I go to the area every month on business, but just found this motel. Even though the rooms are small, the room was very comfy and the staff was great! I will definitely use this motel on all of my future trips, and I would recommend it to others who need a reasonable price and good accommodations!

Comfortable bed, which was all I needed. The wide wndow seat was cushioned to provided a place to sit besides the desk chair and the bed in my somewhat small room. The desk clerk was friendly and cheerful as I registered, which was nice. I'd stay here again.
