Hotels.comin asiakkaan arvostelu helmi 24, 2013Hotelli palveli hyvin Universal Studioissa käymistä. Huoneisto oli amerikkalaiseen tapaan suuri ja kohtuullisen siisti. Auton saa aivan huoneen viereen. Ympäristö ei järin kiehtova ole, mutta jos käyttää huoneistoa vain yöpymiseen se toimii. Hotellissa on ERITTÄIN lämmin ulkouima-allas, jossa viihtyy viileämmälläkin säällä. Yllättäen lähintä supermarkettia sai hieman etsiä. Hyvä hinta-laatu-suhde.

Hotels.comin asiakkaan arvostelu helmi 23, 2013Menimme hotelliin Disneypuistojen takia. Valinta oli täydellinen! Hotelli oli satumainen kaikkine rekvisiittoinen, sopi hyvin lapsenmmieliselle aikuiselle. Huoneet olivat peruskuntoisia ja siistejä. Hotellin ulkokuoressa riittää ihmettelemistä pitkäksi aikaa. Erittäin toimivat bussikuljetukset Disney puistoihin olivat käteviä. Suosittelen ehdottomasti lapsiperheille ja kaikille ikuisille lapsille. IHANA!

My boyfriend and I left NYC in the madness of Hurricane Sandy and decided to take a weekend trip to Orlando to relax and have some electricity and water for the week. The Ritz was the perfect escape from it all. It's about a 15 minute drive from the airport and all the major attractions, the staff was accommodating, the rooms were large, clean and comfortable […] and the pool is AMAZING. I thought the service in the hotel was great overall. This was a trip for my wife and I and some friends visiting us. While I found most aspects of the hotel to be very pleasant there were a few shocks. I knew there was a fee to park but $18 per day plus tax is a bit steep. $40 for a piece of steak and then a further $11 for mashed potatoes and the […] same for a salad was shocking. $7 for Jello and $4 for a snickers bar, c'mon now that's just rediculous. I never checked out the prices for the mini-bar in the in room refrigerator but I know it would have been shocking. At checkout we received a bill for room service (which we never used) for a pot of coffee delivered to the room, $16.97, call it $17.00 for coffee, really? We questioned it with the lady at checkout who got us a copy of the receipt and it was evident that the signature was not mine. On further checking it appeared that it had been misfiled as the numbers on the ticket was the same number as our room but in different order. The Ritz Carlton is a magnificent place to stay. The customer Service is outstanding. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel Like every penny you spend is a penny well spent. Whenever I travel without my children My husband and I chose the ritz Carlton. The one and only complaint would be the over priced spa 50 min for $172 is astronomical […] in my eyes. "Great hotel for everyone"
This is a brilliant hotel suitable for everyone. The staff are so friendly and always willing to help. The grounds are also excellent and so are all the amenities. The freshly made lemonade which was put out each afternoon was a nice touch. You definitely need a car when you stay at the hotel. my 11-year-old daughter and i LOVED this hotel! i travel all over, and this was the best service i've ever received - everyone from the bellman to the maid to the waiters and the concierge, to the valet. they went out of their way to make conversation, remembered things about us, and it felt like a formal but respectful type of service. my daughter […] loved the two hours she spent at ritz kids, and we also had treatments at the spa, room service, ate at the restaurant, swam at the pool. it was out of the disney traffic area, so we had some respite at the end of our busy days. the little touches were wonderful, and we can't wait to return! "Good for relaxing romantic short trip"
Had a nice stay for 4 nights. Rooms are very very comfortable. Great place for a long weekiend for a romantic getaway. Service is top notch. "Very average experience"
Hotel itself was fine. The quality of service was very average as for such a renown brand. The restaurant was not available (very small and always fully booked). After a week in a Disney Resort, we decided a change of scenery would be nice. The kids loved the pool and the Ritz Kids programs.
