We enjoyed it very much! Our favorite part was that they provided a bus tour for very little amount. 4 hours of seeing and experiencing the sights of Buenos Aires. Love it! Added an extra touch to our stay.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has a great central location and is located in a very safe neighborhood. The staff is also very friendly and willing to help you with whatever they can. They all also speak English which was a big help for me. The rooms are also very comfortable and clean. A very nice old style hotel filled with antique furnature in a very good part of Recoleta. Good shopping nearby and conveniently located.

The reception is really quite ornate and then when you get into the room it is very basic, no pictures on the walls etc. Its a great location for recoleta but it left me feeling a bit non plussed.

Location was great but the hotel is really shabby from the lobby and elevator to the rooms. The best thing was the location and the room safe! My husband said the shower was terrible. We only used hotel as a day room, so I did not use the shower.

Hotel is located in centro but a few blocks from recoleta clean and friendly staff but getting anything done might take a while..dotn opt for the internet they charge 14.00 and say it can be blocked in seperate segments this is not true. overall i had a good experience it was conviently located 5 blocks from the recoleta cemetery which is a must see! […] the # 10 bus to palermo, and the zoo is about 1 street away(I recoment the bus very easy and extremely cheap! 1.25 pesos) there is a mall nearby and some good resteraunts. and safe to walk at night. great for the price! Great location, fantastically helpful staff, clean, quiet. BUT: two of the 4 nights we were there the A/C did not work well and it was too warm to sleep. The BIG issue was the shower. The water came out at a trickle and was either hot or cold. Needed improvement.

great location mediocre breakfast in a windowless room in room internet unavailable ( and if it were there is an extra $12 cost daily) had to sit in one small area of lobby where a signal could be detected nice furniture, TV, a/c, superb location in an "Upper East Side" type neighborhood if competitively priced, it is a good deal

The Hotel is located in a nice quite area not really close to anything useful. Forget getting there with a taxi, no driver knows where it is. When I booked the room they gave me the impression that the Internet connection would be free but forget it you pay more for a connection here then in a Las vegas hotel. The hotel and the rooms are dusty and […] smells like fresh paint. The showers did not work properly. Overall it would have been a OK experience if they didn't say they where a four star hotel and charged you for it. We wanted a good base to explore Buenos Aires, and were fortunate in our selection of the Park Chateau hotel. It is in easy walking distance to the major parts of town, and to the transit system. The staff was very helpful and assisted us with tours and transport, and the quite location made for restful nights.

evening staff very nice and helpful. morning staff NOT so much. the hotel was very nice and comfortable. there is not restaurant there, but the neighborhood provides all.

Very nice room in downtown Buenos Aires. Good space, clean bathroom and quiet. Breakfast OK but not outstanding. Hotel style a little old fashioned, elegant even if not 4-star. My only gripe was that wi-fi was only in the foyer and very expensive ($14 for 12 hours only), a significant addition to an otherwise very reasonable room rate.

Very old hotel when you get above the main floor. Internet works in the room rarely. One place in the lobby by the elevator was the best spot to find the Internet. They seem to be clueless about the need to upgrade their WiFi service...it did not even work in the "Business Center" which was almost a joke.

Crazy classic lobby makes you think whole hotel will be over the top - but rooms stark and contemporary. But that was fine - clean and in a great neighborhood.

As soon as I arrive to the hotel Oct 7th we were call to let our baggages close to reception because they will prepare the room. During this time, my briefcase with passport, money, laptop and cards, disappears. The hotel management doesn’t take any responsibilities, the reject to call the police and when we ask to see the securities cameras, they indicate […] these cameras were not recorded but it was monitored. When we ask for the people that was monitoring at that time, they announce us no one was watching the screen. Their attitude form that moment was aggressive against us. This is a nice hotel within walking distance to all main attractions. Most staff spoke English and were very helpful. Only downside was the very dated and poor condition of the bathroom.

The hotel was very boutiquey. Cool elaborate furniture and dim lighting. we found it a little too dark. The bed and sofas in the room were comfortable but uñfortunately the water pressure in the shower was non-existent. Bfast is mediocre and is served by one girl who struggles refresh the items. It was nice to have a computer to use in the business […] center (since there is only one computer in this room with two chairs other folks are always waiting to use it. It's located in a nice, affluent neighborhood, within walking distance to many attractions and the San Martin metro station. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Nice breakfast. I enjoyed my stay! The only area to improve is its internet; they charge $14AR for 12 hours wi-fi connection.

Everything was very nice except one of the air conditioning split wall units did not cool at all (only worked on fun) and the other made a lot of noise and leaked water all the time. Called maintainance to fix it three times and they only came once and fixed it only temporarily.

got this hotel on a discount and including breakfast it was a great deal. breakfast is good, rooms are clean, location in recoleta is VERY good. cemetery and other sights within 10 mins walk. dont expect luxury. tango show is not really included for free (you have to pay drinks) and is within 20 mins from the hotel. we did not go.

Hotel is in a cost reduction mode. We came back from a tour at 4 PM and our room was still un-made. They were also out of maps of the city. Just sorry... Location is great in the best of Buenos Aires. Maintenance was mediocre.

Hotel location was ideal and many sites, restaurants and shopping venues within walking distance in a safe neighborhood. Hotel not as clean or comfortable as I would have expected from a 4 star rated hotel. No coffee maker in room, no restaurant/bar service, noisy.

I was disappointed with some things but location is excellent . One of the front desk clerks was very professional the others not so. Also the security guard who usually serves night shift was rude, unprofessional. The major problem was, that we do not speak Spanish and they /except for that one front desk clerk/ do not speak understandable English. […] The girl at the front desk was OK too. Beautiful interiors, great buffet breakfast, extremely helpful concierges. Alao they got us taxis to the airport at cheaper rates. Would love to stay there again.
