"one night passing by"
Hotels.comin asiakkaan arvostelu touko 25, 2011spent one night here, hotel was clean and staff was friendly, only drawback was that after 9 pm we couldn't get any food, the restaurant next to hotel was already close. So we had to walk to get some fast food elsewhere. However hotel was good in our needs, as we needed just one night stay in our way to next town.

"FunTime in Victoria"
Our stay was great. This is one of our favorite hotels in Victoria. Close to Inner Harbor. Very short walking distance. The swimming pool and hottub are great. Pool is luke warm which is perfect for swimming and the hottub is hot. we love it. Having all the extras as well is a big bonus. Billiards room and the games room with all the puzzles and books […] and the tv. Also having a shuttle that will take guests downtown. We went on a carriage ride for my birthday and it was so nice. We had a driver who was just lovely and full of energy so it made the ride very enjoyable. The shuttle took us to the restaurant for dinner and then back to the hotel. Great stay. We had a 4th floor studio suite which was much larger than we expected. Rooms were comfortable, kitchen was separate and bigger than those we find in most full suites. We were out of our room from 9AM until 4pm and when we returned our room had not been cleaned. We ordered room service for breakfast and left the food and dishes in the room thinking it would be cleaned before we returned. It was not and the room smelled bad. I had a spacious room with lots of clothing storage space. The coffee maker and microwave were very handy :) The pool, hot tub and sauna area very clean and relaxing although change room was freezing ! The mattress in my room was hard and hotel could benefit from new mattresses. The hotel's shuttle service was extremely handy and the staff was wonderful […] !! We loved the Royal Scot. I asked for a different type of room (King Bed) and I was updated to this suite without charge. Full working kitchen and dining room gave it the feel of an apartment. Provided with courtesy coffee, tea, cookies, etc.in the kitchen. Free shuttle service throughout the main part of Victoria made us feel as if we had a private […] driver. Beautiful location on the inner harbour made walking to all the main shopping, site-seeing, and restaurants very easy. Staff were warm and helpful. Added amenities are pool, sauna, games room with billiards and shuffleboard. Reasonably priced on-site restaurant and courtesy coffee all day in the lounge. "felt like home"
I liked the kitchen in the suite, the price was realistic for what we got, the place is well maintained,we had excellent service with the cleaning staff. I was pretty upset with our check in because the desk clerk was horribly rude, it was a shock. All the other staff was very nice. Hotel is conveniently located to downtown and local grocery shopping. Offers a good standard of accommodation with good onsite amenities including swimming pool, laundary and internet.
