Kaikin puolin onnistunut loma/hotelli, siisti, palvelutaso ok, ainut pieni epäkohta oli, kun vuoteet olivat kapeammat, kun mihin ollaan totuttu, ei kuitankaan haitannut, päinvastoin olivat romanttisemmat.

As well as restaurants, there’s great entertainment on your doorstep, along Kungsgatan and down towards Stureplan, just five minutes' walk away. There’s plenty of shopping in the same building as the Hotel (including trendy interior design store R.O.O.M. on PUB.03), as well as right outside the Hotel, along Drottninggatan or Sergelgatan down to Sergels Torg square and the prestigious Gallerian shopping mall. If you want culture, head south along Drottninggatan, via Kulturhuset cultural center, the Swedish House of Parliament, Royal Palace, and continue to the Old Town (Gamla Stan), some 10 minutes’ walk away. You can get to many of Stockholm's major theaters within a few minutes, and as well as the historical Centralbadet spa with its health center and gym. Tickets to a wide range of sightseeing tours are available from reception. The Filmstaden Sergel multiplex is just 50 m from the Hotel, on the same site as Hötorgshallen, an amazing indoor market right, which is a must-see.

Hotelli hyvällä paikalla, aamiainen hyvä, huone ok, vaikka pieni miinus ikkunattomuudesta ja lievästä tupakan tuoksusta.

Budget-huone ikkunattomuudellaan mietitytti ensin, mutta osoittautui varsin oivaksi valinnaksi. Valoisa aika meni kaupungilla pyöriessä joten eipä sillä ikkunalla mitään olisi tehtykään :) Huone oli pienehkö mutta sisustettu erittäin järkevästi ja trendikkäästi jokainen neliö huomioiden. Parisängyn lisäksi huoneeseen mahtui hyvin myös vauvan sänky. […] Rauhallinen hotelli ihan Stokiksen ytimessä. Aamiainen oli aivan mahtava! Todella runsas ja monipuolinen. Olisimme voineet istua syömässä vaikka puoli päivää jos mahaan olisi vain mahtunut. Ja sijainti..o-ou! Kaupoille liiankin lyhyt matka ja mukavia ruokapaikkoja kävelyetäisyydellä. Hyvä sijainti Tukholman keskustassa. Vieressä Konserttitalo, Hötorgetin halli ja Tunnelbana. Luomuhenkinen aamiainen kohtuullisen hyvä. Palvelu mutkattoman joustavaa. Huonesijoittelu vanhassa talossa sokkeloista mutta siihenkin parin harharetken jälkeen oppii

Hyvä sijainti Tukholman keskustassa. Huoneet pieniä ja kuumia. Ilmastointi piti niin kovaa meteliä ettei sitä voinut pitää yöllä päällä. Hyvä aamiainen.

Huone erittäin likainen. Puhtaat pyyhkeet ja lakanat oli jätetty erittäin likaiselle käytävän lattialle. Siinä ne olivat pari tuntia ja sitten siivooja tuli vaihtamaan. ei ollut oikein mukava käyttää pyyhkeitä! Respan palvelu ontui koko ajan. Monta ihmistä yritti hoitaa samaa asiaa, mutta ei siitä tullut mitään. Avainkortit piti käyttää monta kertaa […] uudestaan kun ne eivät toimineet. hississä. juokse sitten rapuissa. Huone perhehuoneeksi hiukan pieni. Yleisesti hiukan kohennettavaa ulkopuolisesti ja sisustuksellisesti viiihtyisemmäksi. Aamupala hyvä, joskin tila pieni.

This was second time visiting this hotel. Last time we had great room for four people , but now the room was smaller. Other window didn't got closed at all the noise of other rooms toilet wasn't nice. This hotel has a great situation in a center of city and breakfast was good. Maybe next time we try some other hotel.

Olin muuten tyytyväinen hotelliin, mutta aamupalalle jonottaminen ei ollut mukavaa. Henkilökunta olisi voinut ilmoittaa ruuhka-ajan etukäteen, niin olisi voinut välttää sen. Ruoka sinänsä ja palvelu oli hyvää.

Olin muutaman päivän kaupunkilomalla 9-vuotiaan poikani kanssa. Hotellin sijainti mahtava. Ikkunasta näkymät konserttitalolle ja Hötorgetille. Kauppahalli, ruokapaikat ja tunnelbana vieressä kätevästi. Huoneet viihtyisät ja rauhalliset. Tulemme varmasti uudelleen ja olemme suosittelleet hotellia jo ystävillemme.

Very central location next to Hötorget and PUB department store - you can't get any closer to the main shopping street Drottningsgatan than this. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff. Not entirely quiet location due to proximity of busy Högtorget market square.

Parempaa sijaintia tyttöjen shoppailu- ja terassireissulle ei olisi voinut ollakkaan! Neljän hengen majoitus yhdessä huoneessa toteutui varavuoteiden avulla ja vei hieman liikkumatilaa, mutta tyylikäs huone, tasokas ravintolabaari […] ja ylellinen aamiainen kohensivat tunnelmaa! Moderni ja viihtyisä hotelli - kulman takana Hötorget ja ostoskatu + tavaratalot. Lähellä ravintoloita. Olisin kuitenkin liikematkustavana toivinut, että pitkän työpäivän jälkeen olisi saanut iltapalaa hotellilla. Piti kuitenkin lähteä ulos erikseen joko hakemaan take away-ateria tai mennä ravintolaan syömään. Hotelliin siis sai tuoda take away-ruokaa, […] tästä erikseen mainittiin respassa! "Stay in Stockholm"
Located right next to the walking only road leading to Old Town, and right next to the "Hay Market" which every morning was reset with booths selling fresh fruit, flowers, and vegetables. Every night Hay Market Booths were taken down and the booths stored somewhere close by.. It used to be used to provide Hay for the many Horses in Old Stockholm, hence […] the name. What is really cool is just before closing you can buy all the products at 50 to 90% off, as they do not want to restock the inventory or some of it is at end of life. Lots of fun and some of the best Strawberries I have ever had. No idea where they get the fruit, vegetables, and flowers in the early spring like this. The walk only road is full of shopping, eating, and walking to Old Town, which was packed with people and shipped in snow for the annual Olympic quality 1 Km races with teams from around the world. Lovely hotel in a central location making it highly accessible for shopping and the central sights of Stockholm. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Good breakfast options, and ability to take a doggy bag on your day of departure if you leave early.

Just make sure you get there before 9am, after that you have to queue. Comfortable and a great location if you want to get around the centre of Stockholm. The breakfast buffet is perfect for starting off the day with many Swedish treats. The staff were helpful and accommodating for a family of 4.
I had a single room with no window, and the size was not as small as I had expected which was good! Pluses: Good location and good breakfast. Fast free internet. Nice reception area to relax in. Negatives: The bathroom smelt like the drain after the door was shut for a while. The front desk staff could be quite dismissive and didn't offer great service. The hotel staff was friendly & helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of items. There was something for everyone. Centrally located,10 minute walk to the neighborhood of Gamla Stan. I would stay here again.

Great location! We took the Arland Express from the airport and it was just about three blocks from the hotel. Just remember to turn right not left when getting off the train. Cuts at least a block off the walk. Breakfast was amazing. If you leave hungry, it 's your one fault. Lots of variety. Bar is open till 1 AM. Wine and beer not. Bad price for […] Stockholm. Only complaint is my contact lens case and the case for my flat iron disappeared during the last cleaning. Very odd and no explanation from staff. The hotel was excellent value and in a brilliant central location. We had a family room with our two children and it was all very comfortable even though the rooms are not massive. The decor is also quite interesting and creative, which we appreciated. The bathroom was a bit basic, but there were lovely toiletries which more than made up for it! Very nice position, close to the market and the center of town. Too crowded, you had to queue to get breakfast.
There is no cupboard in the room. Air condition does not work properly. The bathroom and the shower room are small. In the question "Would you recommend this hotel to others?" it is better if you add other choices as Other, or Yes/No Reason, where one can explain why he will recommend it or not.

Truly a great hotel at a great price. The location was outstanding, the service was superb and the breakfast was great. We had an interior room and it was a little bit stuffy but overall we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return or recommend a stay

The hotel is conveniently located in Norrmalm, not far from Gamla Stan, etc. The room was nice and clean, including the bathroom. The area isn't necessarily picturesque, but the farmers market is a bonus.
