Very modern style hotel, compact rooms and showers, very comfortable and cosy good size beds. Complimentary tea, coffee and water, excellent choice of breakfast, fresh hot bread and fresh orange juice plenty of choice of cereals fresh fruit and yogurt. Hotel was quiet and near to town centre, everything we needed within walking distance. need to get there early if you want parking, room small but ok, carpet could have done with cleaning or renewing. Good all round service from staff

The hotel was clean and the lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit basic, and the room was VERY small, although we knew it would probably be tight. They were let down by the bar attendant who served us cold tea, and cold red wine! The all day coffee was empty and she made no effort to provide hot water.

Extremely friendly, helpful staff. Room small but fine for a quick overnight stay. Good location - short walk into town. Motorcyclists: no problem parking in the private car park behind for no extra charge.

As most of the reviews say, the rooms and bathrooms are very small and by no means luxurious but the beds were comfortable, and the room was warm and clean. Only problem we had was we asked for a twin room and the beds hadn't been changed from a double. The maids did come to our room to ask if we would like to change the beds but we were happy to avoid […] the hassle for one night. Location is fairly central, about 10-15 min walk to the Christmas markets and breakfast was a very decent buffet for a 2* hotel. Modern bright rooms that although small are perfectly comfortable and clean. Well located for the city centre and good continental breakfast. What you would expect for the price.

The rooms are very small and the bathrooms are tiny. It is very clean and neat. The location is pretty good with a short walk to bistros. We used the hotel as a base to travel into Belguim to visit the WWI battlefields and museum in Ypres.

The Hotel is clean and comfortable and very good value for money. The breakfast is excellent and the parking(at extra charge) is needed for piece of mind. Good position for all amenities . Plenty of eating places nearby. No complaints about the Hotel or their staff who I found very helpful.

The room was small, but well equipped, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, the hotel was well placed for walking into the centre of Lille. Tip - you ned to pre-book parking (pay). It is worth it as parking nearby is difficult

hotel agréable assez calme, toilettes et douches séparées mais non clos entièrement. Le rideau ne se trouve pas au niveau de la fenêtre mais 50 cm bons centimètres devant, rideau suivant un arc de cercle ne permettant pas d'accéder à une partie de la chambre (cintres et toilettes). Dit hotel was het net niet. Wel schoon maar erg erg klein. Geen mogelijkheid om je jas op te hangen, klein kast, zeer kleine douche. Badkamer was schoon maar door de vloer was de indruk anders.

Chambre confortable, mais petite et surtout sans bureau ! C'est, pour un déplacement professionnel, tout à fait pénalisant. Les chambres de l'Ibis (classique) à quelques rues de là sont plus agréables (mais la literie est moins bonne)

Chambres petites, tout comme la salle de bain. C'est correct mais limite en ce qui concerne l'entretien des chambres. Niveau service, le petit déjeuner inclus est très bien fourni. Pour le parking, n'y comptez pas, les rares places s'arrachent trop vite.

Hôtel calme, chambres propres confortables mais minuscules, quelques articles cassés dans une des deux chambres(une lampe , le chauffage salle de bain), bon emplacement , petit déjeuner très agréable avec vrai café et vrai jus d'orange ( ce qui est très appréciable).

Hotel ligt vrij centraal in het centrum. Hotel is redelijk in verhouding met het prijsniveau. Kamers zijn vrij klein, maar alles is aanwezig en schoon. Ontbijt is goed.

Parfaitement situé en plein coeur de Lille, proche de la gare et des lignes de métro. L'hôtel est correct et le personnel très agréable. Le must est le buffet du petit-déjeuner, extra !

Les chambres sont très petites, mais suffisantes pour une nuit. La propreté de la salle de bain n'est pas conforme à ce qui est attendu pour un 3*. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est somptueux.

Correct mais extrèmement bruyant : la salle de petits-déjeuners connait un niveau de bruit proche de celui d'une cantine (c'est dire). Ce bruit n'est pas dû aux clients mais au personnel qui traîne les chaises au sol, entrechoque la vaisselle, positionne le porte-plateau sur le seuil de la cuisine au lieu de l'enfouir au loin dans les communs, ... Bref […] du travail oui mais pas de professionnels ...Les chambres de cet hotel (que je fréquente régulièrement) sont très exigües du fait que c'est un ancien hôtel ARCADE. Pratique parce que pas très loin de la gare. Il vaut mieux avoir plus d'informations pour des piétons sur le site. Pas très cher pour le week-end. Propre et calme à côté de cour. La clé de la première chambre ne marche pas bien, mais l'on a changé de chambre tout de suite. Dans la deuxième chambre, au dessous de la douche, il faisait quelques bruits […] agaçants, mais il semble que l'on a réparé. Donc le maintien de l'hôtel a besoin plus de soins.
